[00:00.000 --> 00:02.760] On eBay, every find has a story.
[00:02.760 --> 00:05.360]  Like if you're looking for a vintage band tee.
[00:05.360 --> 00:08.080] Not just a tee, the band tee.
[00:08.080 --> 00:12.560] You wore it everywhere until your BFF stole it.
[00:12.560 --> 00:14.120]  Now you're on eBay.
[00:14.120 --> 00:17.980] And there it is, same tee from the same tour.
[00:17.980 --> 00:20.240] The things you love have a way of finding their way back
[00:20.240 --> 00:22.760] to you, especially on eBay.
[00:22.760 --> 00:24.840] Where else can you find that mint trading card
[00:24.840 --> 00:26.840]  you searched everywhere for?
[00:26.920 --> 00:31.040] Or your first car, the one you wished you never sold.
[00:31.040 --> 00:32.560] It has to be eBay.
[00:32.560 --> 00:36.280] Shop eBay for millions of finds, each with a story.
[00:36.280 --> 00:39.440]  eBay, things people love.
[00:39.440 --> 00:40.480]  What's going on, Texas?
[00:40.480 --> 00:41.400]  It's Bluff here.
[00:41.400 --> 00:42.880] Do you like playing casino style games
[00:42.880 --> 00:45.520] like blackjack, bockrout, craps, and slots?
[00:45.520 --> 00:50.280]  Well, spinquest.com, that's S-P-I-N-Q-U-E-S-T.com
[00:50.280 --> 00:52.000]  has over a thousand games available
[00:52.000 --> 00:54.140] for you to play from the comfort of your own home.
[00:54.180 --> 00:57.100] New players get $30 coin packages for only 10 bucks
[00:57.100 --> 00:59.140] and instant cash prize redemption.
[00:59.140 --> 01:00.020] Now, what are you doing?
[01:00.020 --> 01:02.620] Put that barbecue down, quit sweeping those tumbleweeds,
[01:02.620 --> 01:03.620]  and get to playing.
[01:03.620 --> 01:06.060] Spinquest is a free to play social casino.
[01:06.060 --> 01:06.940]  Avoid where prohibited.
[01:06.940 --> 01:09.260]  Visit spinquest.com for more details.
[01:09.940 --> 01:13.900]  ["Pomp and Circumstance"]
[01:13.900 --> 01:16.900]  ["Pomp and Circumstance"]
[01:16.900 --> 01:45.420] In a world of deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act.
[01:45.420 --> 01:59.020] As the clock strikes 13, it's Tuesday the 6th of January, year of our Lord, 2026.
[01:59.020 --> 02:05.020] Well today we're going to take a look at the beginning of the trial, the arraignment of
[02:05.020 --> 02:06.020]  Maduro.
[02:06.020 --> 02:10.220] It's going to be Trump on trial as well, quite frankly.
[02:10.220 --> 02:14.620] And it's interesting to see some of the comments that people like Jonathan Turley are making.
[02:14.820 --> 02:19.300] I have some big issues with some of these comments and the perspective that they're
[02:19.300 --> 02:20.660]  looking at with this.
[02:20.660 --> 02:25.420] It's also comical, some of the things that he is charged with.
[02:25.420 --> 02:28.980] And so then the question becomes, who's next?
[02:28.980 --> 02:32.940] Nobody is asking, are we ever going to follow the law anymore?
[02:32.940 --> 02:38.660] No, now the question is, so which one of these four or five countries are we going to go
[02:38.660 --> 02:40.660]  to war with next?
[02:40.660 --> 02:41.660]  And on whose behalf?
[02:41.660 --> 02:43.260] Will we do it for the oil companies?
[02:43.260 --> 02:44.540] Will we do it for Israel?
[02:45.460 --> 02:47.740] When are we going to do something for the American people?
[02:47.740 --> 02:54.540] You know, there's talk now amongst MAGA that Trump is going to bring back the usury laws
[02:54.540 --> 02:57.100]  and cap interest rates at 10%.
[02:57.100 --> 02:59.260]  That's a great headline.
[02:59.260 --> 03:04.260] Unfortunately, there's a big difference between candidate Trump and President Trump.
[03:04.260 --> 03:05.260]  We'll be right back.
[03:14.540 --> 03:24.700] Well, it was very telling as Maduro was arraigned.
[03:24.700 --> 03:28.940] You see the conservative press, just as the Trump administration has been doing, pushing
[03:28.940 --> 03:31.380] on the fact, oh, he's not president at all.
[03:31.380 --> 03:36.700] Because as I pointed out yesterday, for a head of state, extradition is different and
[03:36.700 --> 03:40.180] you are not allowed, you know, basically what they did is war.
[03:40.180 --> 03:42.060]  It's not a police action.
[03:42.060 --> 03:45.820] There has never been an understanding that you just go seize somebody, especially a head
[03:45.820 --> 03:47.860]  of state like that.
[03:47.860 --> 03:54.380] Even Duterte, right, of the Philippines, who decided, like Trump, and Trump really liked
[03:54.380 --> 03:59.820] this guy, he thought he had it right, he was just going to do extrajudicial executions
[03:59.820 --> 04:01.060] on the street of the Philippines.
[04:01.060 --> 04:05.860] If the police thought you were dealing drugs, they could just shoot you dead right there.
[04:05.860 --> 04:09.440] And they didn't, nobody came after him while he was in office.
[04:09.440 --> 04:14.880] They arrested him after he left office, and he's standing trial now.
[04:14.880 --> 04:18.040]  But again, this is a show.
[04:18.040 --> 04:20.160]  It is a theatrical show.
[04:20.160 --> 04:26.280] I showed you yesterday not only the pictures that they took of Maduro, put him in baggy
[04:26.280 --> 04:32.360] pants and handcuffs and put, you know, blindfolds over his eyes and took pictures of him and
[04:32.360 --> 04:35.880] Trump put it out on social media, but they also paraded him through the streets of New
[04:35.880 --> 04:37.320]  York.
[04:37.320 --> 04:41.200] And I said at the time, that's an interesting jurisdiction for the Trump administration
[04:41.200 --> 04:42.920]  to choose.
[04:42.920 --> 04:47.840] They just went with the default of where charges had been filed previously.
[04:47.840 --> 04:52.160] But Trump doesn't have a very good record in New York in terms of trials.
[04:52.160 --> 04:58.720] And now he's going to be standing before a 92-year-old judge, which the lawyers have
[04:58.720 --> 05:02.520] said, basically, this guy doesn't give a crap about anything.
[05:03.080 --> 05:04.640] He's going to do his own thing.
[05:04.640 --> 05:07.560] And he's ruled against Trump several times already.
[05:07.560 --> 05:12.360] He is a Clinton-appointed judge, so it's going to be very interesting to see what happens
[05:12.360 --> 05:13.360]  with this.
[05:13.360 --> 05:16.880] Unfortunately, there's not going to be any further developments for quite some time.
[05:16.880 --> 05:22.120] It'll probably be this summer before the trial actually begins.
[05:22.120 --> 05:27.320]  What I thought was interesting was Jonathan Turley's comments.
[05:27.360 --> 05:35.720] And I'm afraid that Jonathan Turley is losing his credibility, at least with me, because
[05:35.720 --> 05:40.520] of the cheerleading that he's doing for Trump and because of what I said yesterday about
[05:40.520 --> 05:41.520]  whataboutism.
[05:41.520 --> 05:44.960] Hey, we got precedents for this.
[05:44.960 --> 05:47.200]  You don't have law, right?
[05:47.200 --> 05:50.700] Presidents should not be making law like this everywhere.
[05:50.700 --> 05:54.520] This is the disease of judicial supremacy.
[05:54.520 --> 05:57.120] Well, the Supreme Court decided this.
[05:57.920 --> 05:59.640] We don't really care what the Tenth Amendment says.
[05:59.640 --> 06:02.000] We don't care what anything else says.
[06:02.000 --> 06:08.240] If the court wants to redefine what marriage is, well, they can do that instead of precedent.
[06:08.240 --> 06:13.040] And now it's the law of the land, because it's something that the Supreme Court did.
[06:13.040 --> 06:14.320] Well, now we're seeing this with everything.
[06:14.320 --> 06:18.320] Well, if it's something that the president did, now it's the law of the land.
[06:18.320 --> 06:21.160] No, that's not how we do it.
[06:21.160 --> 06:26.440] There was absolutely, for example, with homosexual marriage, there's no authority for the federal
[06:26.440 --> 06:30.280] government to have any decision about that.
[06:30.280 --> 06:36.520] They overthrew the will of the people and the constitutions of the state.
[06:36.520 --> 06:40.680] Everywhere that had been put on the ballot, it had been defeated, even in California.
[06:40.680 --> 06:44.680] Yet the Supreme Court comes in and says, no, we're going to define it for you.
[06:44.680 --> 06:47.160] Where did you get that authority?
[06:47.160 --> 06:49.480] And why does that become a precedent?
[06:49.480 --> 06:52.120] And so this is what Jonathan Turley had to say.
[06:52.120 --> 06:57.880] He was laughing about the fact that Maduro claims that he's president while in a prison
[06:57.880 --> 06:58.880]  jumpsuit.
[06:58.880 --> 06:59.880]  Seriously?
[06:59.880 --> 07:04.160]  Let's make a decision about this.
[07:04.160 --> 07:05.720] Is it going to be a war?
[07:05.720 --> 07:07.900] Is it going to be a drug raid?
[07:07.900 --> 07:09.160] What is this really about?
[07:09.160 --> 07:13.560] Because if it's a war, which is what they were saying earlier, this guy's a prisoner
[07:13.560 --> 07:14.560]  of war.
[07:14.560 --> 07:20.480] If you get captured, for example, if you're captured and your rank is colonel, you're a
[07:20.480 --> 07:24.160] prisoner of war, but your rank is still colonel.
[07:24.160 --> 07:26.280] Even though you might be in a prison jumpsuit.
[07:26.280 --> 07:27.280]  Oops.
[07:27.280 --> 07:28.280]  Let's see.
[07:28.280 --> 07:29.480]  What is it?
[07:29.480 --> 07:30.480]  Okay.
[07:30.480 --> 07:32.000] This is what he had to say here.
[07:32.000 --> 07:38.000] He said, Trump does not need congressional approval for this type of operation.
[07:38.000 --> 07:43.400] Presidents, including Democrat presidents, have launched lethal attacks regularly against
[07:43.400 --> 07:44.840]  individuals.
[07:44.840 --> 07:49.520] President Barack Obama killed an American citizen under his kill list policy.
[07:49.560 --> 07:51.080]  That was wrong.
[07:51.080 --> 07:52.600]  I spoke against that.
[07:52.600 --> 07:54.920]  That was wrong.
[07:54.920 --> 07:59.240]  I don't care if the guy was a terrorist.
[07:59.240 --> 08:01.520]  I do care if he's a terrorist.
[08:01.520 --> 08:04.600] He needs to have due process.
[08:04.600 --> 08:08.160]  Because if we're going to kill people simply because, well, I think he's a terrorist, I
[08:08.160 --> 08:14.040] mean, that's essentially what Duterte did, and it's what Obama did.
[08:14.040 --> 08:19.080] He killed this guy, then he assassinated his son later on, who was like a teenager.
[08:19.080 --> 08:25.240] We need to have due process because if we don't, the government becomes a terrorist
[08:25.240 --> 08:26.240]  drug cartel.
[08:26.240 --> 08:33.720] A lot of people are joking, calling the Trump administration Marco-terrorists, Marco Rubio.
[08:33.720 --> 08:40.840] I think that's the best description of them I have seen, but here's a clip of Turley talking
[08:40.840 --> 08:41.840]  about Maduro.
[08:41.840 --> 08:44.640] Law professor and Fox News contributor Jonathan Turley is here.
[08:44.640 --> 08:46.360]  Jonathan, welcome to you.
[08:46.360 --> 08:48.200]  First off, it's been a big day.
[08:48.200 --> 08:50.600] What struck you most so far?
[08:50.600 --> 08:57.760] Well, his statement in court was remarkable that he's still the president of his country.
[08:57.760 --> 09:03.760] You would think that the prison jumpsuit would disabuse him of that concept, but certainly
[09:03.760 --> 09:08.640] over 50 countries around the world would not accept that, and I don't think the court will
[09:08.640 --> 09:09.720]  either.
[09:09.720 --> 09:12.000]  This is Noriega 2.0.
[09:12.000 --> 09:16.920] He is going to be arguing that he is still the head of state entitled to immunity, just
[09:16.920 --> 09:22.840] that very few people believe that's true, and he's in a worse position than Noriega.
[09:22.840 --> 09:28.200] So I expect that they're going to stick the landing on this.
[09:28.200 --> 09:32.840] This is going to go to trial, and he stands an excellent chance of being convicted.
[09:32.840 --> 09:39.040] The only scarier thing than that operation for Maduro should be the superseding indictment.
[09:39.040 --> 09:43.360] They have a lot on him more than most of us imagined.
[09:44.240 --> 09:46.920] Now let's listen to these charges here.
[09:46.920 --> 09:48.720] Boy, what have they got on him.
[09:59.720 --> 10:01.040]  Yeah, let's look at the charges.
[10:01.040 --> 10:02.040]  Listen to this.
[10:13.360 --> 10:14.840]  Machine guns.
[10:14.840 --> 10:23.400] It's no wonder AG Barr was on the newsroom earlier, defending the capture of Maduro based
[10:23.400 --> 10:26.240] on what we know about him and his wife.
[10:26.240 --> 10:27.240]  Listen.
[10:27.240 --> 10:34.040] Well, yeah, and so then they get Bill Barr, who is both an attorney general but also George
[10:34.040 --> 10:41.080] H.W. Bush's right-hand man to rebuild the CIA after the fiasco that they had with the
[10:41.120 --> 10:44.240] church and pike hearings that were there.
[10:44.240 --> 10:53.080] So yeah, Bill Barr, the guy who either executed or escaped Jeffrey Epstein, the guy who as
[10:53.080 --> 10:58.520] soon as he got in, he wanted to kill Julian Assange, we should go to Bill Barr and get
[10:58.520 --> 11:03.840] him to define for us what the law is.
[11:03.840 --> 11:06.880]  Give me a break.
[11:06.880 --> 11:09.160] More of the deep state.
[11:09.160 --> 11:14.600] And of course, it was obvious even in Trump's first administration that he was going to
[11:14.600 --> 11:17.040] the deep state well in order to get his personnel.
[11:17.040 --> 11:19.280] I mean, look at John Bolton for his name.
[11:19.280 --> 11:21.080]  I even saw a meme.
[11:21.080 --> 11:28.640] We've been fooled and had John Bolton's meme on Donald Trump, John Bolton's mustache, I
[11:28.640 --> 11:32.120] should say, on Donald Trump as a meme.
[11:32.120 --> 11:34.680]  And that's basically what it is.
[11:34.680 --> 11:40.840] He's not going after him because he doesn't like his politics.
[11:40.840 --> 11:45.160] He was just fine with a deep state, eternal war.
[11:45.160 --> 11:49.080] But he doesn't like the fact that Bolton criticized him.
[11:49.080 --> 11:57.280] And so machine guns, I mean, is this the ATF that is going after him or the DEA?
[11:57.280 --> 12:03.560] The bottom line is in terms of cocaine and machine guns and things like that, he's head
[12:03.560 --> 12:05.300]  of state.
[12:05.300 --> 12:07.240] If he wants to have machine guns, he can have machine guns.
[12:07.240 --> 12:13.520] If he wants to legalize cocaine in his state, he can legalize cocaine.
[12:13.520 --> 12:14.520]  So possession of that.
[12:14.520 --> 12:18.040] Now, if he's trafficking it into the United States, it's a different situation.
[12:18.040 --> 12:19.920] But of course, Trump just pardoned.
[12:19.920 --> 12:21.680]  Hey, it's Ben Ferguson.
[12:21.680 --> 12:27.120] And I want to be honest with you for a second about how an act of compassion really feels.
[12:27.120 --> 12:32.560] A couple of years ago, I made the choice to partner with an amazing organization called
[12:32.560 --> 12:34.280]  Compassion International.
[12:34.280 --> 12:35.280]  Why?
[12:35.280 --> 12:38.320]  Because I wanted to sponsor a child in need.
[12:38.320 --> 12:40.240]  It was a nice idea, sure.
[12:40.240 --> 12:45.960] But I had no idea just how much that simple act would change my life as well.
[12:45.960 --> 12:51.600] I sponsored Nadia and got to watch her life change right in front of my eyes, going from
[12:51.600 --> 12:57.080] starving literally alone on the streets to getting the health care and education she
[12:57.080 --> 13:00.840] needs to reach her God given full potential.
[13:00.840 --> 13:05.880] I got to be a part of that change and the light of that compassion not only illuminates
[13:05.880 --> 13:09.400] in her, it illuminates now in me.
[13:09.400 --> 13:11.720] That is the power of compassion.
[13:11.720 --> 13:15.540] The light of Christ shines on all of us.
[13:15.540 --> 13:19.600] Feel it for yourself and change literally a child's life.
[13:19.600 --> 13:22.500] Change the world and you also change yourself.
[13:22.500 --> 13:24.680]  You can sponsor a child today.
[13:24.680 --> 13:27.280]  Visit Compassion.com.
[13:27.280 --> 13:30.480]  That's Compassion.com.
[13:31.240 --> 13:34.280] I don't know how they let me on this podcast, but while I'm here, I might as well tell
[13:34.280 --> 13:40.400] you the only place to play blackjack, roulette, and live craps in Texas is spinquest.com,
[13:40.400 --> 13:41.400]  baby.
[13:41.400 --> 13:44.280]  That's S-P-I-N-Q-U-E-S-T dot com.
[13:44.280 --> 13:48.200]  New users get a $30 coin package for only $10.
[13:48.200 --> 14:00.280] I mean, that's a hell of a deal for all you 10 gallon hatwares down there in Texas.
[14:00.880 --> 14:03.160] The Honduran president for doing the same thing.
[14:03.160 --> 14:05.440] Why is he going after this guy?
[14:05.440 --> 14:08.680]  It's not about the drugs, folks.
[14:08.680 --> 14:11.840] Everybody knows it's not about the drugs.
[14:11.840 --> 14:16.240] When is he going to claim that fentanyl is coming from Greenland?
[14:16.240 --> 14:18.760]  I'm waiting for that to happen.
[14:18.760 --> 14:22.120] This is we can all see with Greenland finally.
[14:22.120 --> 14:25.680] There's absolutely nothing going on with Greenland.
[14:25.680 --> 14:30.400] It is simply about ego and greed.
[14:30.400 --> 14:33.440] You can see that with Greenland and then work back to the rest of these things.
[14:33.440 --> 14:36.160]  You understand what Trump's motivations are.
[14:36.160 --> 14:41.920] I don't understand how in the world they can come after him for machine guns, though.
[14:41.920 --> 14:46.480] Because machine guns are illegal in the United States, and actually they're not illegal.
[14:46.480 --> 14:50.680] They came after the Branch Davidians because they didn't pay the tax.
[14:50.680 --> 14:54.680] You can have machine guns, you can have suppressors, but you better file all the paperwork and
[14:54.680 --> 15:03.880] send them all the money because they're set up that way to be a process trap, a process
[15:03.880 --> 15:06.480] crime that they can come after you for.
[15:06.480 --> 15:12.880] So he says his statements in court were remarkable, that he's still the president of his country.
[15:12.880 --> 15:20.440] Well yeah, and it's not for the United States to invalidate another country's elections
[15:20.440 --> 15:21.720] if you've got an issue with it.
[15:22.280 --> 15:24.880] They had an issue with it, and I've talked for the longest time about how if you go back
[15:24.880 --> 15:32.160] to the beginning of Smartmatic, that electronic voting machine company was started by three
[15:32.160 --> 15:38.080] friends of Hugo Chavez, first used in Venezuela.
[15:38.080 --> 15:42.400] And of course, he never lost an election after that.
[15:42.400 --> 15:48.840] And so I've talked about Smartmatic's origins in Venezuela, in cricket elections, and how
[15:49.280 --> 15:55.280] there have been accusations that Smartmatic voting machines have been used to rig elections
[15:55.280 --> 16:01.440] for socialists and communists in provinces of Mexico, in Brazil, in the Philippines,
[16:01.440 --> 16:07.080] and they've had major, major scandals in those countries, hearings and other things looking
[16:07.080 --> 16:08.080]  at it.
[16:08.080 --> 16:11.520] But of course, we're not allowed to talk about that in the United States, you have to pretend
[16:11.520 --> 16:16.360] that the elections are clean and safe and effective.
[16:17.320 --> 16:22.640] I tell you, our elections are about as safe and effective as Trump's bioweapon.
[16:22.640 --> 16:27.920] But the reality is, is that yes, of course, he's rigging the elections.
[16:27.920 --> 16:35.320] Tell me one country that doesn't have rigged elections, please, I'm waiting, convince me.
[16:35.320 --> 16:40.520] So to say that he's not president when he is, even to the extent that Trump says, well,
[16:40.520 --> 16:42.880] now I've taken him out of there, now I'm going to run the country.
[16:42.880 --> 16:46.800] So Trump is saying he was running the country, Maduro was running the country.
[16:46.800 --> 16:51.920] But at the same time, they want to say that he's not president, because that would set
[16:51.920 --> 16:56.520] a dangerous precedent for a lot of different countries, and that would turn international
[16:56.520 --> 16:57.520]  law against them.
[16:57.520 --> 17:01.800] It is a violation of international law to go after a head of state, to violate their
[17:01.800 --> 17:05.640] sovereignty, which is what they have done.
[17:05.640 --> 17:11.760] If you want to talk about people who have committed crimes and corrupt administrations,
[17:11.760 --> 17:16.480] Trump, you might want to start with your pal, Bibi Netanyahu.
[17:16.480 --> 17:21.920] What if people were to kidnap him from Israel, assuming that they could, of course they couldn't.
[17:21.920 --> 17:25.840] But assuming that the principle is the issue.
[17:25.840 --> 17:32.160] And they're going to just move on from that, and then, you know, you've got the what-aboutism
[17:32.160 --> 17:38.120] of Jonathan Turley saying, well, you know, we have these precedents, look, we did that
[17:38.120 --> 17:41.000]  to Noriego.
[17:41.560 --> 17:42.560]  Is it Noriega?
[17:42.560 --> 17:43.560]  Or Noriego?
[17:43.560 --> 17:44.560]  I don't know.
[17:44.560 --> 17:45.560]  The guy's got to go.
[17:45.560 --> 17:48.840]  He's a strong man, right?
[17:48.840 --> 17:52.120] That was the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen in my life.
[17:52.120 --> 17:53.560] Yes, he was dealing drugs.
[17:53.560 --> 17:55.320]  So was the CIA.
[17:55.320 --> 18:00.520] The CIA is the biggest drug cartel anywhere, and he was working with them until he stopped
[18:00.520 --> 18:01.520]  working with them.
[18:01.520 --> 18:04.040] And then when he stopped working with them, they went after him.
[18:04.040 --> 18:05.620]  They don't like competition.
[18:05.620 --> 18:07.060]  They don't like rivals.
[18:07.060 --> 18:09.000] They want to control the drug trade.
[18:09.480 --> 18:14.640] Let me just look at what the CIA and the U.S. military did in Afghanistan with opium and
[18:14.640 --> 18:15.640]  with the poppy fields.
[18:15.640 --> 18:20.240] You know, they went down, they had them under 10 percent of the world's supply under the
[18:20.240 --> 18:21.240]  Taliban.
[18:21.240 --> 18:26.040] When we took over, we had U.S. troops guarding the fields, remember?
[18:26.040 --> 18:31.240] You had Geraldo Rivera ran the report, showed the troops out there, and they said, well,
[18:31.240 --> 18:35.240] we don't want to, we don't want to, this is the way people make a living, and we don't
[18:35.240 --> 18:37.120]  want to stop that.
[18:37.120 --> 18:40.640] It would be too disruptive to stop the opium trade.
[18:40.640 --> 18:46.800] So it went from under 10 percent with the Taliban to over 90 percent of the world's
[18:46.800 --> 18:52.280]  supply under the U.S. government's protection.
[18:52.280 --> 18:56.960] And it was a record bumper crop every year.
[18:56.960 --> 19:02.040] Don't talk to me about drugs and criminal regimes about that.
[19:02.040 --> 19:07.680] What absurdity, what hypocrisy for the U.S. government to talk about people that are
[19:07.680 --> 19:12.200] drug cartels, government being involved in pushing drugs.
[19:12.200 --> 19:14.320]  Look at the mirror.
[19:14.320 --> 19:16.480]  See what you're doing here.
[19:16.480 --> 19:21.160] And again, the concern that I have with this is the what about-ism.
[19:21.160 --> 19:25.560] Trump doesn't need congressional approval for this type of operation.
[19:25.560 --> 19:29.520] Presidents including Democratic presidents have launched lethal attacks.
[19:29.520 --> 19:30.700]  That's against the law.
[19:30.700 --> 19:32.100]  That's against the Constitution.
[19:32.100 --> 19:33.820]  Jonathan Turley, you're a lawyer.
[19:33.820 --> 19:37.300] You ought to care about that kind of thing.
[19:37.300 --> 19:40.700] What is sad is that these people got away with it.
[19:40.700 --> 19:47.420] And because they got away with it, this is the argument always coming from the left,
[19:47.420 --> 19:50.300] that the Constitution is a living document.
[19:50.300 --> 19:53.500] If you say the Constitution is a living document, what you're saying is the Constitution doesn't
[19:53.500 --> 19:54.500]  mean anything.
[19:54.500 --> 19:55.700]  We don't have to follow it.
[19:55.700 --> 20:00.940] Why is it that they take the oath to the Constitution as a condition of their office?
[20:00.940 --> 20:04.180] Again, it is this double standard.
[20:04.180 --> 20:06.180]  It is this facade.
[20:06.180 --> 20:09.660] It's the difference between what they say and what they do.
[20:09.660 --> 20:17.620] This is a very dangerous idea to say that, to pretend that he's not a president, that
[20:17.620 --> 20:24.300] he's just a strong man, and to say that, well, because other people violated the Constitution,
[20:24.300 --> 20:26.420] now Trump can do it.
[20:26.420 --> 20:32.380] And this is the line of defense for everything that Trump is doing as he usurps power, as
[20:32.380 --> 20:35.540] he declares emergency, as he rules as a dictator.
[20:35.540 --> 20:37.660]  Well, so-and-so did something like that.
[20:37.660 --> 20:42.060] Or so-and-so did exactly that same thing and got away with it.
[20:42.060 --> 20:47.180] Let's at some point maybe even have a law professor at Georgetown University like Jonathan
[20:47.180 --> 20:50.860] Turley stand for the rule of law.
[20:50.860 --> 20:52.820]  I'm disgusted with this country.
[20:52.820 --> 20:56.660]  I'm disgusted with both parties.
[20:56.660 --> 21:00.980] Maduro said I was captured as he pleads not guilty to drug trafficking charges.
[21:00.980 --> 21:03.020]  And look, that's the key thing.
[21:03.020 --> 21:06.100] Was he captured or was he arrested?
[21:06.100 --> 21:09.460] Is he president or is he just some random guy out there?
[21:09.460 --> 21:12.340] And if he's a random guy out there, why didn't they just kill him like they did the people
[21:12.340 --> 21:13.340]  in the boats?
[21:13.340 --> 21:14.340]  Right?
[21:14.340 --> 21:21.060] We got over 100 people that they just murdered on sight because they determined from a distance
[21:21.300 --> 21:24.900] that they must be carrying drugs.
[21:24.900 --> 21:27.860] None of this makes sense.
[21:27.860 --> 21:32.380] This is Orwellian combined with Kafka.
[21:32.380 --> 21:34.940] This country has gone crazy.
[21:34.940 --> 21:39.060] We have no moral foundation, no legal foundation.
[21:39.060 --> 21:41.460] Nothing even makes sense from their narratives.
[21:41.460 --> 21:44.700] They keep contradicting themselves over and over again.
[21:44.700 --> 21:49.340]  Look, I'm not a defender of Maduro.
[21:49.340 --> 21:52.100]  I don't care to know about Maduro.
[21:52.100 --> 21:53.940]  It's a different country.
[21:53.940 --> 21:54.940]  We shouldn't be involved there.
[21:54.940 --> 22:00.420] Maybe Trump should focus on America, but he doesn't.
[22:00.420 --> 22:05.700] Defiant Nicholas Maduro declared himself to be, quote, the president of my country.
[22:05.700 --> 22:07.860]  I was captured.
[22:07.860 --> 22:10.660] Then the judge cut him off.
[22:10.660 --> 22:12.300]  Later he said, I'm innocent.
[22:12.300 --> 22:13.300]  I'm not guilty.
[22:13.300 --> 22:14.900]  I'm a decent man.
[22:14.900 --> 22:17.740] I'm the constitutional president of my country.
[22:18.220 --> 22:20.500] Well, you know, we don't care about our own constitution.
[22:20.500 --> 22:23.500] Why do we care about his?
[22:23.500 --> 22:32.260] Again, this is like this guy Garcia, who actually was trafficking people through Tennessee and
[22:32.260 --> 22:33.820]  they caught him.
[22:33.820 --> 22:36.980] But when you look at the way the Trump administration first interacted with him and the charges
[22:36.980 --> 22:41.580] that they brought against him and what they did in terms of denying him due process, that
[22:41.580 --> 22:44.220]  was absolutely wrong.
[22:44.620 --> 22:48.860] The Trump administration can even as people in Tennessee, the highway patrol that arrested
[22:48.860 --> 22:53.020] him in Tennessee, and they said, yeah, we got him and the Biden administration said,
[22:53.020 --> 22:54.020]  let him go.
[22:54.020 --> 23:01.140] He was traveling in a vehicle that was registered to a guy who had been convicted for trafficking
[23:01.140 --> 23:02.140]  people.
[23:02.140 --> 23:03.620] He had half dozen people in the truck.
[23:03.620 --> 23:06.140]  I don't remember the exact number.
[23:06.140 --> 23:07.380] None of them spoke English.
[23:07.380 --> 23:11.780] None of them were American citizens and he's driving across the country with it.
[23:11.780 --> 23:13.940] And so, yeah, it looks like he's involved with this.
[23:13.940 --> 23:16.700] But the Trump administration didn't make it about that.
[23:16.700 --> 23:18.460]  It wasn't about that.
[23:18.460 --> 23:26.820] It was about the supposed tattoos on his knuckles that look, he's even got MS-13 on his knuckles.
[23:26.820 --> 23:30.340] No, that was Photoshopped in.
[23:30.340 --> 23:31.780] They made it about silly stuff like that.
[23:31.780 --> 23:33.860] They made it about attacking his character.
[23:33.860 --> 23:38.780] Oh, well, you know, his wife took out a restraining order against him or something like that.
[23:38.780 --> 23:40.820] They didn't make it about the actual crime.
[23:40.820 --> 23:42.300]  I think the guy committed a crime.
[23:42.300 --> 23:45.100] I think they could have made that case.
[23:45.100 --> 23:49.780] They could have given him due process and they could have sent him abroad, even to the
[23:49.780 --> 23:50.780]  El Salvador prison.
[23:50.780 --> 23:56.620] I wouldn't have had a problem with that if they had given him due process.
[23:56.620 --> 23:58.740]  That's the key thing.
[23:58.740 --> 24:04.260] We can't shut people down in terms of speech because we don't like their speech.
[24:04.260 --> 24:07.460] If we do that, we've completely destroyed free speech.
[24:07.460 --> 24:10.620] And we can't skip the due process.
[24:10.620 --> 24:16.100] We can't skip the trials simply because we believe this guy actually is guilty.
[24:16.100 --> 24:18.140] Or maybe we even witnessed it with our own eyes.
[24:18.140 --> 24:19.900] We've got to tell other people that.
[24:19.900 --> 24:22.060] And we have to have that kind of a check.
[24:22.060 --> 24:26.500] And the reason we have to have that kind of a check is because it isn't sufficient for
[24:26.500 --> 24:32.900] people in power to just point a finger at somebody and say, take him, execute him.
[24:32.900 --> 24:35.540] We've had governments like that throughout history.
[24:35.540 --> 24:41.660] That's why the founders of this country created a constitution, written law, Jonathan Turley,
[24:41.660 --> 24:44.540] that you ought to read sometime.
[24:44.540 --> 24:46.500]  Pathetic.
[24:46.500 --> 24:52.720] The state of this country, from the law professors to the Supreme Court to the people, the politicians
[24:52.720 --> 24:58.860] in Washington and the people at the state level and the grassroots people who are cheering
[24:58.860 --> 24:59.860]  all of this.
[24:59.860 --> 25:00.860]  They want this.
[25:01.260 --> 25:08.100] So I said, I've never been more disgusted with this country from the bottom to the top.
[25:08.100 --> 25:11.220]  It's rotten and it's rotted from the top down.
[25:11.220 --> 25:13.020]  Hey, it's Ben Ferguson.
[25:13.020 --> 25:18.460] And I want to be honest with you for a second about how an act of compassion really feels.
[25:18.460 --> 25:23.900] A couple of years ago, I made the choice to partner with an amazing organization called
[25:23.900 --> 25:25.460]  Compassion International.
[25:25.460 --> 25:26.620]  Why?
[25:26.620 --> 25:29.660]  Because I wanted to sponsor a child in need.
[25:29.660 --> 25:35.620] It was a nice idea, sure, but I had no idea just how much that simple act would change
[25:35.620 --> 25:37.220]  my life as well.
[25:37.220 --> 25:42.920] I sponsored Nadia and got to watch her life change right in front of my eyes, going from
[25:42.920 --> 25:48.380] starving literally alone on the streets to getting the health care and education she
[25:48.380 --> 25:52.140] needs to reach her God given full potential.
[25:52.140 --> 25:57.180] I got to be a part of that change and the light of that compassion not only illuminates
[25:57.180 --> 26:00.700] in her, it illuminates now in me.
[26:00.700 --> 26:03.020] That is the power of compassion.
[26:03.020 --> 26:06.840] The light of Christ shines on all of us.
[26:06.840 --> 26:10.920] Feel it for yourself and change literally a child's life.
[26:10.920 --> 26:13.820] Change the world and you also change yourself.
[26:13.820 --> 26:15.980]  You can sponsor a child today.

[26:49.740 --> 26:52.740]  Visit spinquest.com for more details.
[26:52.740 --> 26:56.700] This criminal case is unfolding against a broader diplomatic backdrop of an audacious
[26:56.700 --> 26:59.660]  U.S. engineered regime change.
[26:59.660 --> 27:03.100] If he's not president, why would you call it a regime change?
[27:03.100 --> 27:07.940] That Trump has said will enable his administration to run the country.
[27:07.940 --> 27:12.140] Again, this all implies that you are changing the president.
[27:12.140 --> 27:18.220] Maduro was brought to court under heavy security early Monday, flown by helicopter from Manhattan
[27:19.220 --> 27:24.140] to Manhattan from Brooklyn, where he's jailed, and then driven to the courthouse in an armored
[27:24.140 --> 27:25.140]  vehicle.
[27:25.140 --> 27:29.820] This is after they paraded him the night before in armored vehicles through the streets of
[27:29.820 --> 27:34.180] New York and opening up the doors so that everybody could see him tied up.
[27:34.180 --> 27:35.180]  It's a show.
[27:35.180 --> 27:37.180]  It's a theater.
[27:37.180 --> 27:38.180]  It really is.
[27:38.180 --> 27:43.140] As Maduro left the courtroom, a man in the audience denounced him as an illegitimate
[27:43.140 --> 27:45.060]  president.
[27:45.060 --> 27:50.380] And again, this is not for us to determine.
[27:50.380 --> 27:56.300] It's not for us to determine whether he has the proper permits from the ATF to have a
[27:56.300 --> 27:57.300]  machine gun.
[27:57.300 --> 28:01.620] He conspired to get machine guns, and he had machine guns.
[28:01.620 --> 28:04.620] Throw this guy in jail forever.
[28:04.620 --> 28:06.620]  That's amazing.
[28:06.620 --> 28:10.660] Well, you know, they like Churchill, and Churchill posed with a machine gun.
[28:10.660 --> 28:13.460] I guess we should lock him up, too, as well, right?
[28:13.460 --> 28:20.700] Maduro's lawyer, Barry Pollack, said he expects to contest the legality of his military abduction.
[28:20.700 --> 28:23.900]  But that didn't work for Noriega.
[28:23.900 --> 28:30.020] And in this article from AP, they even go back to Bush's title for him, Panamanian strong
[28:30.020 --> 28:33.860]  man, strong man Noriega.
[28:33.860 --> 28:41.340] That was kind of a clue that there was a strong scent of BS about this whole thing when they
[28:41.340 --> 28:42.800]  gave him that title.
[28:42.800 --> 28:48.920] But again, it's important for these criminal American presidents to deny that somebody
[28:48.920 --> 28:52.400] has had a state, even when they are.
[28:52.400 --> 28:59.000] It isn't, you know, how did George W. Bush become president, or Trump?
[28:59.000 --> 29:03.680] Is it because they worked with bankers in other foreign countries and casino owners
[29:03.680 --> 29:06.480] and all the rest of this stuff to get into the presidency?
[29:06.480 --> 29:12.560] I mean, the path of the presidency, you don't want to look to see how that sausage is made,
[29:12.560 --> 29:14.080]  do you?
[29:14.080 --> 29:19.560] So anyway, the 26 page indictment accuses Maduro and others of working with drug cartels
[29:19.560 --> 29:23.360] to facilitate the shipment of thousands of tons of cocaine.
[29:23.360 --> 29:27.840] And who knows, maybe to possess machine guns, even.
[29:27.840 --> 29:33.200] Among other things, the indictment accuses Maduro and his wife of kidnappings, beatings,
[29:33.200 --> 29:39.440] and murders of those who owed them drug money or undermined their drug trafficking operation.
[29:39.440 --> 29:46.520] Well, let's not look too closely at the CIA, okay?
[29:46.520 --> 29:55.280] Pedophilia for blackmail, assassinations, foreign and domestic, and all the other crimes
[29:55.280 --> 29:56.280]  of the CIA.
[29:56.280 --> 30:02.280] Seriously, do you really want to go there and do a standard of comparison between these
[30:02.280 --> 30:04.160]  two groups?
[30:04.160 --> 30:08.780] Maduro says he was kidnapped and his wife shows off head injuries.
[30:08.780 --> 30:16.200] And so again, the narco-terrorism label put on by the Daily Mail in the UK, I like marco-terrorism.
[30:16.200 --> 30:20.200] I think that's the flip side of this that we should understand.
[30:20.200 --> 30:28.160] The 92-year-old judge who doesn't give a crap about what people think about him, they say
[30:28.160 --> 30:33.080] he has a stubborn streak, he's off an unorthodox approach to running his courtroom.
[30:33.080 --> 30:41.480] Alvin Hellerstein, a Clinton appointee based in Manhattan, is overseeing Maduro's arraignment,
[30:41.480 --> 30:45.960] likely to preside over any possible trial of the ousted president.
[30:45.960 --> 30:48.760]  I see he's a president, according to Politico.
[30:48.760 --> 30:50.960]  Well, he is, actually.
[30:50.960 --> 30:55.560] He's just old and old school and he does things his own way and he doesn't care about what
[30:55.560 --> 30:57.320]  anybody thinks about him.
[30:57.320 --> 31:01.820] Like most lawyers interviewed for this story, this person was granted anonymity to speak
[31:01.900 --> 31:08.020] candidly about a judge that they may appear before in the future.
[31:08.020 --> 31:12.620]  In the near future, he's 92.
[31:12.620 --> 31:17.900] Hellerstein has ruled against Trump on his administration and other high-profile cases
[31:17.900 --> 31:24.900] including the charges involving alleged hush money payments made to Stormy Daniels.
[31:24.900 --> 31:31.280] Hellerstein twice rejected Trump's bids to move a case to federal court.
[31:31.280 --> 31:37.800] And just two months ago, an appeals court overturned one of those two rulings.
[31:37.800 --> 31:44.100] Hellerstein has also issued a sweeping order last May blocking the Trump administration
[31:44.100 --> 31:50.340] from deporting immigrants under the Alien Enemies Act with little, if any, due process.
[31:50.340 --> 31:55.800] The ruling essentially labeled such deportations in the southern district of New York where
[31:55.800 --> 31:56.960]  the judge sits.
[31:56.960 --> 32:04.000] And again, you have all these trials that have happened in New York and in Washington,
[32:04.000 --> 32:05.000]  D.C.
[32:05.000 --> 32:12.240] Obviously, they don't like Trump and I think a lot of this lawfare was unfairly determined
[32:12.240 --> 32:13.240]  against Trump.
[32:13.240 --> 32:19.720] So why would the Trump administration choose to go with this?
[32:19.720 --> 32:21.640]  Is it expediency?
[32:21.640 --> 32:24.240]  Is it stupidity?
[32:24.240 --> 32:32.960] This is like he wanted to get even with Comey and with Letitia James and Pam Bondi and nobody
[32:32.960 --> 32:37.160] else in the Department of Justice actually wanted to go through and file those charges
[32:37.160 --> 32:38.160]  that he wanted.
[32:38.160 --> 32:39.160]  Just find something.
[32:39.160 --> 32:40.160]  Anything.
[32:40.160 --> 32:41.160]  You know, I don't want to do that.
[32:41.160 --> 32:46.140] So they brought in his personal real estate attorney who has no experience whatsoever
[32:46.140 --> 32:49.680]  in court or as a prosecutor.
[32:49.680 --> 32:50.720]  And guess what?
[32:50.720 --> 32:54.840] She screwed things up and the way that he appointed her was messed up.
[32:54.840 --> 32:58.560] And so even though she brought these charges, the judges threw them out.
[32:58.560 --> 33:03.840] So again, the Trump administration doesn't always go through and think these things through.
[33:03.840 --> 33:08.040] He's basking in the glory of the military that practices for this kind of stuff all
[33:08.040 --> 33:09.040]  the time.
[33:09.040 --> 33:11.000] And yes, they executed it flawlessly.
[33:11.000 --> 33:13.600] The question is not whether or not you can do something.
[33:13.600 --> 33:17.820] The question is whether you should do something.
[33:17.820 --> 33:22.220] And so that gets us back to the illegal orders and it is kind of interesting to see that
[33:22.220 --> 33:29.860] Pete Hegseth has now found a way that he thinks he can punish Mark Kelly and we'll talk about
[33:29.860 --> 33:30.860]  that in a moment.
[33:30.860 --> 33:33.540] But I want to finish up with this and this judge.
[33:33.540 --> 33:40.820] The closed recent analog from Maduro, the closest rather, analog from Maduro of course
[33:40.820 --> 33:45.580] is Noriega, they point out in this article from Politico, who was seized by US troops
[33:45.580 --> 33:48.100]  in 1990.
[33:48.100 --> 33:56.260] Over 20 months passed between Noriega's arrest and the opening of his jury trial.
[33:56.260 --> 34:03.100] The trial, which lasted seven months, led to him being convicted on eight drug and racketeering
[34:03.100 --> 34:04.100]  charges.
[34:04.100 --> 34:08.860] He was initially sentenced to 40 years in prison, although that figure was later cut
[34:08.860 --> 34:13.100]  to 30 and then to 17 years.
[34:13.100 --> 34:19.000] And so the US court system will get what it wants.
[34:19.000 --> 34:24.860] It's just that this 92 year old judge is something of a wild card in this whole process.
[34:24.860 --> 34:29.700] Usually the American government wants to get somebody that's high profile, they just rubber
[34:29.700 --> 34:30.700]  stamp it.
[34:30.700 --> 34:34.000] It may as well be seen if this judge will do that.
[34:34.000 --> 34:40.540] And so it is the headlines say Venezuela is on trial, but I think it's also the Trump
[34:40.580 --> 34:43.820] administration that will be on trial as well.
[34:43.820 --> 34:47.740] As Rubio was saying, he's not the legitimate president of Venezuela, they have to do that,
[34:47.740 --> 34:52.980] they have to call him a strong man or a cartel leader or something like that.
[34:52.980 --> 35:02.140] And so he said, he's recognized, he says, none of these three administrations, the first
[35:02.140 --> 35:05.860] Trump administration, Biden administration or the second Trump administration, none of
[35:05.860 --> 35:10.060] them recognize him as legitimate, he's not recognized by the European Union, multiple
[35:10.100 --> 35:15.260] countries around the world, a fugitive of American justice with a 50 million dollar
[35:15.260 --> 35:18.500]  reward, which I guess we saved 50 million.
[35:19.980 --> 35:22.180] And that's kind of an interesting thing as well.
[35:22.260 --> 35:24.420] When you look at the what is that reward?
[35:24.820 --> 35:28.500] You had Lindsey Graham saying, you had 50 billion dollars on him.
[35:29.140 --> 35:30.900]  It's like, well, that can't be true.
[35:30.900 --> 35:34.060] So I looked that up. And of course, it wasn't as 50 million.
[35:34.060 --> 35:38.380] But, you know, Lindsey's been in Washington, D.C. for so long, he can't tell a million
[35:38.380 --> 35:41.940] from a billion and he doesn't care to tell one from the other.
[35:42.700 --> 35:46.460] But that goes back to a program that began in 1989.
[35:47.220 --> 35:51.580]  It's the State Department's rewards program for narcotics snitches.
[35:52.180 --> 35:58.100] And they have the cap on that is actually 25 billion.
[35:58.820 --> 36:05.620] And so Trump in his first administration put a bounty on Noriega's head of 15 million.
[36:06.500 --> 36:16.140] And then on the very last couple of weeks of office in January of 2025, Biden, before
[36:16.140 --> 36:19.180] he left, brought it up to the full max of 25.
[36:20.020 --> 36:25.900] And then last August, Trump, since he doesn't care what any rules or laws say, went past
[36:25.900 --> 36:27.140] the max for the bill.
[36:27.780 --> 36:29.340]  Again, the max was 25 million.
[36:29.700 --> 36:30.980]  He went up to 50 million.
[36:31.980 --> 36:36.300] And, you know, because he does whatever he wishes, it doesn't matter.
[36:36.780 --> 36:42.820] And so that is a program that it pays for actionable intelligence.
[36:43.700 --> 36:49.220] And there's been a lot of talk about how they believe that there was at least one or
[36:49.220 --> 36:52.140] more people in the Noriega administration.
[36:52.140 --> 36:57.060] Many people are pointing to the vice president that's there as being the one who was
[36:57.500 --> 37:01.900] working with the CIA, letting them know exactly where this guy was going to be all the
[37:01.900 --> 37:08.940] time. The question is, is she going to get 50 million dollars or something like it?
[37:09.260 --> 37:12.420] This money is always paid secretly and discreetly.
[37:13.220 --> 37:19.420] Everything about the war on drugs, like most of the things that the CIA does, are hidden
[37:19.420 --> 37:20.500]  from the American public.
[37:21.300 --> 37:22.780]  We don't know if they're paying snitches.
[37:23.580 --> 37:30.260] What they tell us is that this program, which was created in 1989, has to date paid
[37:30.260 --> 37:37.100] cumulatively. All of the snitch money that they paid out goes up to 35 million.
[37:38.220 --> 37:41.860] And we don't know who they paid it to, for whom they paid it to.
[37:42.860 --> 37:44.820] Everything is part of the black budget.
[37:45.940 --> 37:48.660] We're not allowed to know anything about this.
[37:48.700 --> 37:54.500] And what that does, of course, is that invites criminal illegal actions, as I said,
[37:54.500 --> 37:57.300]  prohibition, secrecy, national security.
[37:58.020 --> 38:02.220] It invites corruption of the government, of the courts, of law enforcement, of the
[38:02.220 --> 38:04.980] military, of the intelligence agencies.
[38:05.260 --> 38:07.660] It's one of the reasons why we are so corrupt.
[38:09.100 --> 38:15.580] And so it's amazing to see this when we talk about corruption and we talk about what
[38:15.580 --> 38:17.260] really needs to happen in this country.
[38:18.860 --> 38:25.500] The problem with this country is the ethical and moral foundation of this country.
[38:26.700 --> 38:31.860] And of all people, you would think Al Mohler, who is the president of the biggest one.
[38:32.180 --> 38:35.780] Oh, I don't know if it's the biggest, but it's perhaps the most prominent of the
[38:35.780 --> 38:37.820]  Southern Baptist seminaries.
[38:38.820 --> 38:42.260] Al Mohler wrote an op-ed piece, The Parable of Nicholas Maduro.
[38:42.980 --> 38:45.060] You can run, but you can't hide.
[38:46.220 --> 38:51.100] And in this article, this guy who is head of the Southern Baptist seminary, very,
[38:51.820 --> 38:56.940]  a very well-known individual, is basically cheering lawlessness.
[38:57.980 --> 39:03.380] He's cheering war as a conquest and as the aggressor.
[39:04.540 --> 39:06.980] And this is, I think, indicative of where we are.
[39:07.500 --> 39:08.780]  Hey, it's Ben Ferguson.
[39:08.780 --> 39:12.540] And I want to be honest with you for a second about how an act of
[39:12.540 --> 39:14.300]  compassion really feels.
[39:14.420 --> 39:19.580] A couple of years ago, I made the choice to partner with an amazing organization
[39:19.580 --> 39:21.260]  called Compassion International.
[39:21.420 --> 39:21.980]  Why?
[39:22.260 --> 39:25.060]  Because I wanted to sponsor a child in need.
[39:25.460 --> 39:27.060]  It was a nice idea, sure.
[39:27.340 --> 39:32.740] But I had no idea just how much that simple act would change my life as well.
[39:33.180 --> 39:38.100] I sponsored Nadia and got to watch her life change right in front of my eyes,
[39:38.380 --> 39:43.060] going from starving literally alone on the streets to getting the healthcare and
[39:43.060 --> 39:47.500] education she needs to reach her God-given full potential.
[39:48.020 --> 39:52.540] I got to be a part of that change and the light of that compassion not only
[39:52.540 --> 39:55.820] illuminates in her, it illuminates now in me.
[39:56.220 --> 39:58.420] That is the power of compassion.
[39:58.780 --> 40:01.980] The light of Christ shines on all of us.
[40:02.380 --> 40:06.220] Feel it for yourself and change literally a child's life.
[40:06.500 --> 40:09.380] Change the world and you also change yourself.
[40:09.580 --> 40:11.340]  You can sponsor a child today.
[40:11.540 --> 40:13.700]  Visit Compassion.com.
[40:14.100 --> 40:16.660]  That's Compassion.com.
[40:17.460 --> 40:18.380]  It's Bretzky.
[40:18.460 --> 40:21.180] I don't know how they let me on this podcast, but while I'm here, I might as
[40:21.180 --> 40:26.380] well tell you the only place to play blackjack roulette and live craps in Texas
[40:26.420 --> 40:27.820]  is spinquest.com, baby.
[40:27.820 --> 40:31.180]  That's S-P-I-N-Q-U-E-S-T.com.
[40:31.340 --> 40:35.420]  New users get a $30 coin package for only $10.
[40:35.460 --> 40:40.940] I mean, that's a hell of a deal for all you 10 gallon hatwares down there in Texas.
[40:42.260 --> 40:44.580] SpinQuest is a free to play social casino.
[40:44.620 --> 40:45.460]  Voidware prohibited.
[40:45.460 --> 40:47.540]  Visit spinquest.com for more details.
[40:48.220 --> 40:53.820] This is alarming in the same way that many seminaries, it's alarming when they
[40:53.820 --> 40:57.860] decide that they're going to abandon the Bible as being God's word or
[40:58.220 --> 40:59.820]  authoritarian, authoritative.
[41:00.860 --> 41:04.780] And what he's doing is he's abandoning the rule of law and the constitution
[41:05.420 --> 41:09.260] as being authoritative and he's embracing authoritarianism.
[41:10.260 --> 41:15.340] And these principles that Christians have always understood about a just
[41:15.340 --> 41:17.340] war, basically to distill it down.
[41:17.900 --> 41:23.900] Wars should only be fought in self-defense so you don't invade another country.
[41:24.700 --> 41:29.740] And when you're fighting in self-defense, your objective is not then to destroy
[41:29.980 --> 41:31.420]  totally the other side.
[41:32.460 --> 41:37.660] You want to get it under control and you want to cease hostilities as soon as
[41:38.060 --> 41:40.980] possible to save as many lives as possible.
[41:41.820 --> 41:47.540] And because of that, Western countries would wear military uniforms so we could
[41:47.540 --> 41:50.820]  distinguish combatants from non-combatants.
[41:51.460 --> 41:53.220] All of this stuff is swept aside.
[41:53.220 --> 41:58.500] Does Al Mueller have a problem with shipwrecked people who were not combatants
[41:58.500 --> 42:04.060] in the first place and not in a declared war in the first place?
[42:04.740 --> 42:08.780] And they were not doing anything that involved America in the first place.
[42:09.020 --> 42:11.580]  Does he have a problem then with the U.S.
[42:11.580 --> 42:14.180] military circling back and executing them in the water?
[42:14.940 --> 42:16.020]  He doesn't talk about that.
[42:16.620 --> 42:22.180] No, he beats his chest about how wonderful Trump is that he can do something like
[42:22.180 --> 42:27.620] this, that he can get elite soldiers to follow his criminal orders, like some
[42:27.620 --> 42:28.700]  kind of a drug lord.
[42:29.700 --> 42:37.180] And it is, you know, oh, the army's famed Delta Force backed up with support and
[42:37.180 --> 42:40.380] covert actions, snitched the duo, got them to the U.S.
[42:40.380 --> 42:44.580] vessel, eventually sent them on their way to New York, where they will face what
[42:44.580 --> 42:44.860]  the U.S.
[42:44.860 --> 42:48.260] Attorney General called the full wrath of American justice.
[42:48.740 --> 42:49.940] This is Al Mueller writing.
[42:53.020 --> 42:54.660] What is the matter with this country?
[42:55.940 --> 42:56.460]  Everything.
[42:57.420 --> 42:57.900]  Everything.
[42:59.700 --> 43:05.420] Do you process the rule of law, the ideas of a just war, the idea of not going out
[43:05.420 --> 43:07.140] and engaging in mass slaughter?
[43:08.100 --> 43:12.300] When you look at the weapons that we have today, wouldn't you think it'd be more
[43:12.300 --> 43:15.220] important for somebody like Al Mueller to start to go back to the moral
[43:15.220 --> 43:19.340] foundations to try to limit the destruction that can be done with the
[43:19.340 --> 43:20.740] kind of firepower that we have?
[43:21.580 --> 43:22.940]  No, he's not concerned about that.
[43:23.420 --> 43:25.900]  He's feathering his nest politically.
[43:26.500 --> 43:27.460]  He's got a podcast.
[43:27.460 --> 43:29.940] He wants the MAGA people to listen to him.
[43:29.940 --> 43:31.540] So he's not going to criticize Trump.
[43:33.420 --> 43:40.420] So again, the, um, uh, he talks about Maduro, former bus driver who would go
[43:40.420 --> 43:44.380] on to steal multiple elections, who would declare the equivalent of martial law.
[43:45.100 --> 43:45.660]  Wait a minute.
[43:45.940 --> 43:46.660]  Trump did that.
[43:48.060 --> 43:49.540]  Trump did that in 2020.
[43:50.260 --> 43:55.340] Al Moore was with him, supporting him when Trump declared martial law, the
[43:55.340 --> 43:58.660]  equivalent and more.
[43:58.660 --> 44:05.580] I remember when Al Moore went right down the talking points from the
[44:05.580 --> 44:09.420] Yale psychological people about the bioweapon vaccine.
[44:09.660 --> 44:11.300] Here's how you tell people to take it.
[44:11.300 --> 44:11.620]  Right.
[44:12.580 --> 44:14.420] They actually, and I talked about it at the time.
[44:14.420 --> 44:19.420] I think it came out in July of 2020 and I said, look at this.
[44:20.220 --> 44:24.780] They've actually gone through and done a double blind testing.
[44:24.780 --> 44:27.580] In other words, you know, they had two groups, one of them, they
[44:27.580 --> 44:28.580]  would give the narrative.
[44:28.580 --> 44:31.660] The other one, they would not give the narrative and they would test and they
[44:31.660 --> 44:36.100] had about nine different lies that they would tell you to get you to take the
[44:36.100 --> 44:41.900] vaccine and things like you need to do this because you love other people and
[44:41.900 --> 44:45.300] you need to do this because it's a miracle of science.
[44:46.060 --> 44:47.380] This is like the moonshot.
[44:48.500 --> 44:54.580] Al Moore repeated those arguments verbatim to tell pastors and religious leaders
[44:55.260 --> 45:01.860] to these, these wolves to send their sheep to the slaughter disgusted me.
[45:02.140 --> 45:03.660] But I said at the time, look at this.
[45:03.660 --> 45:09.020] They, they focus not just focus groups, but they actually did, you know, control
[45:09.020 --> 45:10.220] group, one that had the narrative.
[45:10.220 --> 45:11.340]  One didn't have the narrative.
[45:12.140 --> 45:16.140] They actually did that kind of testing, but on the psychology of it, they didn't
[45:16.140 --> 45:20.780] do that kind of testing on the actual bioweapon to see if it was safe or
[45:20.780 --> 45:23.740] effective and he pushed that before.
[45:23.740 --> 45:28.420] So the equivalent of martial law, he went on to rule by decree.
[45:30.060 --> 45:32.740]  Why don't you take a look at your hero?
[45:32.780 --> 45:39.660] Al look at Trump talking about, is this why somebody should be locked up?
[45:40.260 --> 45:43.740] Well, actually I would, I would support locking up Trump and
[45:43.740 --> 45:45.420]  Biden for that matter.
[45:46.540 --> 45:50.860] Trump has long condemned interventionist, he said, but then it goes on to say,
[45:50.860 --> 45:52.740] but this is different and this is fine.
[45:54.620 --> 45:56.700] He doesn't have to follow his word.
[45:56.700 --> 45:59.860] And there aren't any principles that we need to be concerned about says the
[45:59.860 --> 46:02.340] head of the Southern Baptist seminary.
[46:03.420 --> 46:07.500] Even some who like the fact that Maduro is out will decry the
[46:07.500 --> 46:09.180]  U S for acting unilaterally.
[46:09.740 --> 46:11.540] Some will cite international law.
[46:13.140 --> 46:15.540] But as a Christian leader, he doesn't care about the law.
[46:16.620 --> 46:19.060] He doesn't care about the moral principles that created the law.
[46:20.020 --> 46:25.220] He said, realists know that actions like this military strike and removal of
[46:25.220 --> 46:31.060] Nicholas Maduro are never fully satisfying even as they are necessary.
[46:33.620 --> 46:39.700] This reminds me of, uh, again, Scott Adams, and I'm sorry to see that,
[46:40.660 --> 46:43.460] that he is so sick and so close to death.
[46:43.620 --> 46:47.940] I don't wish him ill and I'll talk about what he had to say.
[46:48.020 --> 46:53.460] He's got a lot of people who are contacting him, uh, trying to tell him
[46:53.460 --> 46:56.740] about Christ and goes, Oh, I respect what you have to say, but he really
[46:56.740 --> 46:58.380]  doesn't understand it.
[46:58.700 --> 47:01.220] And he didn't understand what was going on in 2020 either.
[47:01.860 --> 47:07.020] He said, these freedom lovers are looking like sociopaths.
[47:08.060 --> 47:13.260] And I said the time you pragmatists are looking like totalitarians.
[47:14.140 --> 47:15.660] This is pragmatism again here.
[47:15.660 --> 47:20.900] I despise this kind of pragmatism that rejects all law and moral principles.
[47:21.900 --> 47:24.340] And we've got law professors like Jonathan Turley.
[47:24.340 --> 47:28.460] We've got seminary leaders like Al Moore pushing that kind of stuff.
[47:28.620 --> 47:35.220] This is the war that we should be involved in, not in, uh, some foreign country.
[47:36.220 --> 47:40.380] Uh, we are being destroyed in a spiritual and moral war right here at home.
[47:40.980 --> 47:43.340] That's why I say this is the way empires die.
[47:43.580 --> 47:45.620]  They look like a gigantic tree.
[47:45.620 --> 47:50.100]  That's very impressive, but inside it's rotten.
[47:50.180 --> 47:51.020]  It's hollowed out.
[47:52.020 --> 47:56.100] And all it takes is a gust of wind to knock over this great tree that is
[47:56.100 --> 47:58.700] completely rotted on the inside.
[47:59.980 --> 48:00.860]  And that's where we are.
[48:02.100 --> 48:06.020] As he's talking about the reality and how we have to the pragmatism and all
[48:06.020 --> 48:10.580] the rest of that, here's the reality of this, uh, Al Moore, you had 80 people
[48:10.580 --> 48:12.140] killed in this raid of Venezuela.
[48:13.140 --> 48:14.980]  Including a lot of civilians.
[48:15.780 --> 48:19.900] You had an apartment building that was hit with missiles, killed a lot of
[48:19.900 --> 48:22.140] civilians, but you don't care about that.
[48:23.060 --> 48:27.580] These people are so happy that they didn't even lose any equipment
[48:27.580 --> 48:28.740]  and not a single soldier.
[48:29.500 --> 48:33.220] The lives of people in other countries don't matter to them at all.
[48:34.460 --> 48:35.820]  I think that's despicable.
[48:36.380 --> 48:42.660] Uh, so as, um, anti-war says, well, drugs are used as the pretext for the attack.
[48:43.460 --> 48:48.020] Trump has said that the U S now plans to run Venezuela until a government
[48:48.020 --> 48:52.340] acceptable to the U S is installed to ensure the American companies get
[48:52.340 --> 48:53.980] access to Venezuela as well.
[48:55.100 --> 48:58.380] Trump has also claimed that the U S was speaking with Rodriguez, the vice
[48:58.380 --> 49:03.060] president, uh, and she was willing to work with the U S though she strongly
[49:03.700 --> 49:07.820] condemned the U S invasion is called Maduro to be released, called for him to
[49:07.820 --> 49:08.340]  be released.
[49:09.020 --> 49:13.340] Rodriguez also said Venezuela will never be a colony of any empire.
[49:15.300 --> 49:19.860] Whenever we look at these things, you have to understand that these public
[49:19.860 --> 49:26.580] pronouncements of people are theater and Russian analysts have looked at this
[49:26.580 --> 49:31.500] and they said, you know, what Trump is doing, uh, is a lot of theater for
[49:31.500 --> 49:32.380] the rest of the world.
[49:33.460 --> 49:38.980] He is doing this to show what a tough guy he is and don't mess with them.
[49:39.020 --> 49:40.620]  Don't mess with this mafia boss.
[49:41.500 --> 49:44.780] Well, before we take a break, I've got some comments and even some tips here.
[49:44.820 --> 49:45.260]  Thank you.
[49:45.620 --> 49:46.420]  Uh, Brandon Bennett.
[49:46.420 --> 49:47.340]  Thank you very much.
[49:47.420 --> 49:48.580]  He says, happy epiphany.
[49:49.340 --> 49:51.220] May God bless you with peace and light today.
[49:51.220 --> 49:52.100]  Thank you very much.
[49:52.100 --> 49:52.900]  I appreciate that.
[49:53.580 --> 49:57.300] Dustin Helm, uh, the devil, devil went down to Zuela.
[49:57.780 --> 49:59.540] He was looking for some oil to steal.
[49:59.580 --> 50:00.220]  Yeah, that's right.
[50:00.980 --> 50:01.940]  It was Charlie Daniels.
[50:01.940 --> 50:02.580]  I'm getting them right.
[50:03.140 --> 50:04.500]  Uh, self-patriot.
[50:04.500 --> 50:05.620] Thank you very much for the tip.
[50:05.660 --> 50:09.300] It says, watching people justify the same criminality that they once
[50:09.300 --> 50:14.020] claimed to oppose because it's now coming from their side is mentally exhausting.
[50:14.940 --> 50:18.140] And that's what this what about ism stuff is all about, right?
[50:19.460 --> 50:25.420] They don't care that candidate Trump says one thing and president Trump does another.
[50:26.460 --> 50:29.740] They don't care when Trump lies to them about so many different things
[50:29.740 --> 50:31.060] and does everything that they hate.
[50:31.540 --> 50:34.420] They don't care that he's the father of the vaccine when they know
[50:34.420 --> 50:37.700] it's a bio weapon and criminal, they excuse all of this stuff.
[50:39.020 --> 50:43.620] That's why I say, um, I'm instead of MAGA making America great again,
[50:43.620 --> 50:45.420]  it's making America double think.
[50:46.860 --> 50:48.140] And they have gone crazy.
[50:48.140 --> 50:49.420]  They have gone mad.
[50:49.900 --> 50:53.260] But I think the most dangerous aspect of this is the idea that
[50:53.260 --> 50:58.260] because a former president of either party or both parties, right?
[50:58.780 --> 51:00.820] Well, you had Democrats and Republican presidents who did this.
[51:00.820 --> 51:01.020]  Yeah.
[51:01.020 --> 51:02.900] And it was against the law at the time.
[51:03.460 --> 51:04.100]  Still is.
[51:05.020 --> 51:08.020] And it was immoral and illegal, but okay.
[51:08.020 --> 51:08.460]  They did it.
[51:08.460 --> 51:10.500] They got away with, Hey, it's Ben Ferguson.
[51:10.500 --> 51:14.260] And I want to be honest with you for a second about how an act of
[51:14.260 --> 51:18.460] compassion really feels a couple of years ago, I made the choice to
[51:18.460 --> 51:22.940] partner with an amazing organization called compassion international.
[51:23.100 --> 51:23.660]  Why?
[51:23.940 --> 51:26.700]  Because I wanted to sponsor a child in need.
[51:27.180 --> 51:28.260]  It was a nice idea.
[51:28.260 --> 51:28.780]  Sure.
[51:29.060 --> 51:34.460] But I had no idea just how much that simple act would change my life as well.
[51:34.900 --> 51:39.820] I sponsored Nadia and got to watch her life change right in front of my eyes,
[51:40.100 --> 51:44.700] going from starving literally alone on the streets to getting the healthcare
[51:44.700 --> 51:50.380] and education she needs to reach her God given full potential, I got to be a
[51:50.380 --> 51:54.860] part of that change and the light of that compassion, not only illuminates
[51:54.860 --> 51:57.540] in her, it illuminates now in me.
[51:57.900 --> 52:00.140] That is the power of compassion.
[52:00.500 --> 52:03.700] The light of Christ shines on all of us.
[52:04.100 --> 52:08.700] Feel it for yourself and change literally a child's life, change the
[52:08.700 --> 52:11.100] world, and you also change yourself.
[52:11.300 --> 52:13.060] You can sponsor child today.
[52:13.220 --> 52:18.340]  Visit compassion.com that's compassion.com.
[52:19.180 --> 52:20.100]  It's bretsky.
[52:20.140 --> 52:22.780] I don't know how they let me on this podcast, but while I'm here, I might
[52:22.820 --> 52:27.620] as well tell you the only place to play blackjack roulette and live craps in
[52:27.620 --> 52:29.580]  Texas is spinquest.com baby.
[52:29.580 --> 52:32.900]  That's S P I N Q U E S T dot com.
[52:33.060 --> 52:37.180]  New users get a $30 coin package for only $10.
[52:37.180 --> 52:41.660] I mean, that's a hell of a deal for all you 10 gallon hatwares down there in
[52:41.660 --> 52:47.180] Texas, spin quest is a free to play social casino, void where prohibited
[52:47.220 --> 52:49.300]  visits spinquest.com for more details.
[52:49.700 --> 52:50.660] So now Trump can do it.
[52:51.300 --> 52:53.900] And this is actually the argument that's being made by one
[52:53.900 --> 52:55.380]  commentator after the other.
[52:56.100 --> 52:57.140]  Nearly human says, Mr.
[52:57.140 --> 52:59.780]  Knight, Venezuela owes China $60 billion.
[53:00.380 --> 53:02.740] At some point they will call in their debt.
[53:03.540 --> 53:06.980] That debt will be paid by handing over ownership of Venezuelan oil fields.
[53:07.540 --> 53:09.780] And that will not end well for the West.
[53:10.460 --> 53:15.700] Well, again, it's going to be by force, but that's going to happen.
[53:15.700 --> 53:22.100] I think the most immediate issue with China is that this gives them the
[53:22.100 --> 53:26.700] ability to come after Taiwan without the American government being able
[53:26.700 --> 53:27.940] to say anything about it.
[53:28.940 --> 53:32.260] And what is Trump going to say to the American people?
[53:33.100 --> 53:38.500] If he wants to drag us into a war with China over a Taiwanese invasion,
[53:39.380 --> 53:42.180] uh, aren't there going to be a lot of people who can say, yeah, but
[53:42.180 --> 53:44.420]  what about Venezuela?
[53:45.100 --> 53:47.860] That's where the what about ism is going to come back to haunt them.
[53:48.740 --> 53:52.540] Uh, I hope we don't get drawn into some kind of a war like that, but I
[53:52.540 --> 53:53.820] think it makes it more likely.
[53:54.100 --> 53:59.940] China that has been the president Xi's key issue to take back Taiwan.
[54:00.540 --> 54:06.020] And when you look at Taiwan, uh, relationship to China, it's very
[54:06.020 --> 54:11.620] much, um, like Ukraine's relationship to Russia, although I think Russia
[54:11.620 --> 54:13.540]  has a stronger claim to Ukraine.
[54:13.540 --> 54:19.740] I mean, it was Russian territory for 400 years and, um, and it was split
[54:19.740 --> 54:26.060] off after the Soviet union fell, split off by a political coups and things
[54:26.060 --> 54:31.900] like that, whereas Taiwan was a part of China and as the nationalist forces
[54:31.900 --> 54:35.340] were being kicked out by the Chinese, they basically use that as a last
[54:35.340 --> 54:37.700]  street out and a fallback position.
[54:38.500 --> 54:40.780] But that had been a part of China for a very long time.
[54:41.340 --> 54:47.460] And, uh, she is definitely set on, we never, Venezuela was never a part of
[54:47.460 --> 54:51.860] America and all this Monroe doctrine about how well we're going to treat
[54:52.220 --> 54:55.260] all of Latin America as if it is part of America.
[54:56.020 --> 54:57.100]  I think that is stupid.
[54:57.100 --> 54:57.700]  It's dangerous.
[54:57.700 --> 54:58.660]  It's never worked.
[54:59.660 --> 55:05.420] We've had a long history of, uh, failed interventions that are there and
[55:05.460 --> 55:06.980] criminal interventions that are there.
[55:07.020 --> 55:10.620] Wally Walrus says, basically what we're doing is using sanctions
[55:10.620 --> 55:13.180]  as a mechanism of regime change.
[55:13.940 --> 55:17.820] We start dangling the idea of lifting sanctions and the CIA starts going
[55:17.820 --> 55:20.020] in and paying off oligarchs and political elite.
[55:21.180 --> 55:26.220] You know, we need to understand the CIA is at the center of all of these things.
[55:26.220 --> 55:26.900]  They keep coming back.
[55:26.900 --> 55:29.820] I mean, Trump even said, yeah, we got CIA down there looking at stuff now.
[55:30.260 --> 55:31.940] And we got CIA that was scoping this out.
[55:31.940 --> 55:35.180] We got CIA that was, uh, you know, telling us where the guy is.
[55:35.180 --> 55:38.820] We got CIA that was doing a land strike somewhere.
[55:39.180 --> 55:41.860] Um, didn't know where it was to this day.
[55:42.420 --> 55:43.420]  Nobody knows.
[55:43.620 --> 55:45.740]  Trump announced that there'd been a strike.
[55:45.780 --> 55:48.060] Was this done by the CIA or by the military?
[55:48.060 --> 55:48.620]  They asked him.
[55:49.380 --> 55:50.220]  Well, it doesn't matter.
[55:50.220 --> 55:52.260]  He says, it really doesn't, right?
[55:52.300 --> 55:53.500]  Because it's all the deep state.
[55:54.140 --> 56:00.940] Trump is serving the deep state and you got Trump sucker media is out
[56:00.940 --> 56:02.660] there cheering the deep state.
[56:04.140 --> 56:05.180]  It is maddening.
[56:05.660 --> 56:06.740]  It is double think.
[56:07.380 --> 56:11.460] Uh, I say Miller one, two, three, if Trump isn't impeached and removed, he will
[56:11.460 --> 56:16.180] implement war on American soil, declaring an emergency as to not have a selection.
[56:16.180 --> 56:18.980] Therefore serving a third term, he says, in my opinion.
[56:18.980 --> 56:26.740] Well, I think what is going to happen, the end result of these actions against
[56:26.740 --> 56:33.140] the cartels will be either go them into attacking, uh, the United States in
[56:33.140 --> 56:37.140] terms of attacking politicians or law enforcement and then declare martial
[56:37.140 --> 56:42.740] law or to say that they did and do a false flag and then declare martial law.
[56:42.780 --> 56:43.900]  I think that's what he's doing.
[56:43.940 --> 56:47.740] I think that's what he's doing with the, the massive rollout of ice agents.
[56:48.140 --> 56:52.100] He's adding another 12,000 ice agents that are out there.
[56:52.660 --> 56:56.020] And look at how the government is exploding under Trump.
[56:56.500 --> 56:59.100] What is it about conservatives that they don't care about that?
[57:00.020 --> 57:05.020] I mean, we've had, uh, under Biden member, it was going to be like 80,000 new IRS
[57:05.020 --> 57:09.460] agents, and yet, um, uh, Mike Johnson didn't want to do anything to stop any
[57:09.460 --> 57:10.860] of that or pull any of that back.
[57:11.380 --> 57:18.420] Now Trump is exploding the number of, um, uh, ice agents and we have, um, the
[57:18.420 --> 57:20.500] secret service is going to be exploding as well.
[57:21.780 --> 57:23.060] Got to have more security.
[57:23.100 --> 57:23.500]  Why?
[57:24.020 --> 57:26.300] Well, because we're going to war with everybody, right?
[57:27.060 --> 57:30.140] Uh, gonna have to have a circle of the wagons around Trump.
[57:30.300 --> 57:34.260] He was actually, as I pointed out yesterday, he was actually trying to
[57:34.260 --> 57:38.780] paint Maduro as a criminal because he had a safe house, a safe room in his house.
[57:39.460 --> 57:39.660]  Yeah.
[57:39.660 --> 57:44.980] He had this, this, uh, steel, uh, lined room and a steel door and all the rest
[57:44.980 --> 57:46.380] of the stuff we got in before he got in there.
[57:47.100 --> 57:48.900] Uh, Trump has that kind of stuff all that.
[57:48.900 --> 57:53.060] And he's going to add 2000 more secret service agents.
[57:53.740 --> 57:53.980]  Yeah.
[57:54.220 --> 57:56.580] When you're criminal, you got to have that kind of protection.
[57:57.260 --> 57:59.460] Uh, guard Goldsmith, Liberty Conspiracy.
[57:59.460 --> 58:00.260]  Good to see a guard.
[58:00.980 --> 58:04.500] Says, I have a feeling that many of the American Patriots who set up the
[58:04.500 --> 58:10.580] articles then saw Hamilton usurping them, replacing them, felt the same as David
[58:10.580 --> 58:14.980] expresses regarding today's crop, disregarding the constitution.
[58:15.180 --> 58:15.580]  Yeah.
[58:16.540 --> 58:16.780]  Yeah.
[58:16.780 --> 58:21.220] We had, um, from the very beginning, we had issues with this stuff.
[58:21.460 --> 58:25.060] As I said before, you know, even to the extent that they wanted to cap the
[58:25.060 --> 58:29.500] number of people represented by, uh, the Congressman, you know, it was a 30,000
[58:29.500 --> 58:34.540] cap, then if, then they went to 50,000, uh, start out with 30,000 and they were
[58:34.540 --> 58:39.500]  going to cap it at a max of 50,000, I think we're now up to 750,000 or 800,000.
[58:39.820 --> 58:43.820] They wound up capping the number of congressmen rather than the number of
[58:43.820 --> 58:44.860]  people that were represented.
[58:44.860 --> 58:49.380] And that began at the very beginning, you know, they knew that they should have
[58:49.500 --> 58:52.540] something like that, but they didn't have the willpower to actually follow the
[58:52.540 --> 58:55.820] constitution from the very beginning on a lot of different issues.
[58:55.820 --> 59:03.660] As Garde points out, I'm Marty Sudetenland, 1939, Venezuela, 2025, history rhymes.
[59:04.660 --> 59:05.220]  Yeah.
[59:05.220 --> 59:12.500] We need the, um, we need the, uh, the Lebensraum, Lebensraum, right?
[59:12.500 --> 59:18.300] The living room and we've decided that, uh, Latin America is our living room.
[59:18.780 --> 59:22.620] We got to have that speaking of, that reminds me, Marty, I wanted to thank you,
[59:22.620 --> 59:25.740] uh, for the matching funds that you did last month.
[59:25.740 --> 59:27.220]  It really made a big difference.
[59:27.700 --> 59:30.420] And I had these on my desk yesterday and I forgot to go over them.
[59:30.420 --> 59:34.260] These are the final checks that we got in December and I wanted to thank everybody,
[59:34.260 --> 59:38.220] especially Marty, uh, for getting us to the goal in December.
[59:38.540 --> 59:42.460] Uh, as a matter of fact, Barbara F said she missed learning about the matching
[59:42.460 --> 59:46.460] funds, so she matched her own funds and sent in the matching funds.
[59:46.540 --> 59:53.460] Uh, thank you also, Matthew H and W Thomas S and also John A, thank you very
[59:53.460 --> 59:58.540] much for the contribution and he sent this note and he said, um, uh, David and
[59:58.540 --> 01:00:02.140] family, please pray for me as I am battling disease.
[01:00:02.140 --> 01:00:07.420] So I would just want to give that to all of you and, um, uh, because it
[01:00:07.420 --> 01:00:10.500] does make a big difference prayer makes a big difference.
[01:00:10.500 --> 01:00:16.420] And, uh, what happened with us is that, uh, we had a lot of people, uh,
[01:00:16.460 --> 01:00:21.380] this is last year, I think is, um, a good example of that, uh, with the strokes.
[01:00:21.420 --> 01:00:26.660] Um, you don't know how bad I was and, uh, it truly was amazing.
[01:00:26.780 --> 01:00:32.700] Uh, the healing that we had, I still have some leftover issues, uh, but, uh,
[01:00:33.060 --> 01:00:36.340] uh, mostly it's gone and I credit God for that.
[01:00:36.340 --> 01:00:37.740] And I thank you for your prayers.
[01:00:38.340 --> 01:00:43.940] I don't understand how that works, but I know that God puts this and so
[01:00:43.940 --> 01:00:45.900] we can see him working in our lives.
[01:00:45.940 --> 01:00:49.260] You know, and, uh, uh, and it really doesn't make a difference.
[01:00:49.340 --> 01:00:51.140] And it does make a difference when a lot of people pray.
[01:00:51.140 --> 01:00:54.100] So please, um, keep him in your prayers.
[01:00:54.140 --> 01:00:58.820] That is, um, John, a, you don't need to know what his disease is.
[01:00:58.820 --> 01:01:00.060] And he doesn't say what it is.
[01:01:00.100 --> 01:01:03.020] You don't need to know that, but, um, please pray for him.
[01:01:03.020 --> 01:01:06.460] Well, we're going to take a quick break folks and we'll be right back.
[01:01:06.460 --> 01:01:08.500] As a matter of fact, this is not too Christmasy.
[01:01:08.500 --> 01:01:11.180] So I'm going to play it's more like a winter festival song.
[01:01:11.180 --> 01:01:12.020]  So I'll play this one.
[01:01:45.900 --> 01:02:01.660] You're listening to the David Knight show.
[01:02:02.220 --> 01:02:02.580]  Hello.
[01:02:02.580 --> 01:02:04.340]  It's me, Volodymyr Zelensky.
[01:02:04.980 --> 01:02:08.460] I'm so tired of wearing these same t-shirts everywhere for years.
[01:02:08.540 --> 01:02:13.740] You'd think with all the billions I've skimmed off America, I could dress better.
[01:02:14.220 --> 01:02:18.820] And I could, if only David Knight would send me one of his beautiful
[01:02:18.820 --> 01:02:23.620] gray MacGuffin hoodies or a new black t-shirt with the MacGuffin logo in blue.
[01:02:24.740 --> 01:02:26.620] But he told me to get lost.
[01:02:26.900 --> 01:02:31.500] Maybe one of you American suckers can buy me some at the David Knight show.com.
[01:02:32.020 --> 01:02:34.260] You should be able to buy me several hundred.
[01:02:34.620 --> 01:02:39.220] Those amazing sand colored microphone hoodies are so beautiful.
[01:02:39.460 --> 01:02:43.580] I'd wear something other than green military cosplay to my various
[01:02:43.620 --> 01:02:45.020]  galas and social events.
[01:02:45.260 --> 01:02:49.620] If you want to save on shipping, just put it in the next package of bombs
[01:02:49.660 --> 01:02:51.740] and missiles coming from the USA.
[01:03:02.060 --> 01:03:06.380] APS radio delivers multiple channels of music right to your mobile device.

[01:03:15.300 --> 01:03:19.540] And I want you to hear about love, generosity, and compassion.
[01:03:19.580 --> 01:03:22.700] We say those words all the time and they sound good.
[01:03:22.740 --> 01:03:25.060] They feel good, but here's the truth.
[01:03:25.260 --> 01:03:29.260] Those words don't mean anything unless they turn into action.
[01:03:29.660 --> 01:03:34.660] And right now, not later today, not tomorrow, there's a child in the world
[01:03:34.660 --> 01:03:39.980] who doesn't know if they'll eat, if they'll have a chance to learn, or if
[01:03:39.980 --> 01:03:45.900] there's any hope at all, and while we're all busy, life keeps moving forward.
[01:03:46.020 --> 01:03:47.340] But that child is waiting.

[01:04:01.700 --> 01:04:05.860] through local churches and people already in their community.
[01:04:06.340 --> 01:04:09.300] Put your words into action and join me.

[01:04:24.340 --> 01:04:25.980] and sweeping tumbleweeds off your driveway?
[01:04:26.140 --> 01:04:26.620]  Well, don't worry.

[01:04:50.100 --> 01:04:52.140]  I think one of the things that's interesting, I didn't get to this
[01:04:52.140 --> 01:04:54.620]  yesterday, it's the insider trading.
[01:04:54.660 --> 01:05:00.380] I mean, just like somebody made a lot of money off of this trade, except that, you
[01:05:00.380 --> 01:05:02.180]  know, it wasn't like nine 11 money.
[01:05:02.420 --> 01:05:03.580]  This is a little bit less.
[01:05:03.580 --> 01:05:08.420] This person put in $34,000 and they pumped that up in a short period of
[01:05:08.420 --> 01:05:11.540]  time to make a 12 fold gain.
[01:05:12.540 --> 01:05:16.300] When I told Lance about that yesterday, he laughed and he said, Oh, okay.
[01:05:16.300 --> 01:05:17.660] So this is not somebody at the top.
[01:05:17.660 --> 01:05:22.740] This is some lower level functionary at the Pentagon or the white house, or perhaps
[01:05:22.740 --> 01:05:26.260] even at the Washington post and the New York times, because they were given
[01:05:26.260 --> 01:05:29.220] advanced notice that this was going to happen before anybody else knew about it.
[01:05:30.180 --> 01:05:31.780] It was definitely insider trading.
[01:05:31.860 --> 01:05:36.460] However, suspicions of insider trading on a secret operation are rising after a
[01:05:36.460 --> 01:05:42.700] brand new polymarket account scored a huge profit by betting on us military
[01:05:42.700 --> 01:05:44.860] attack just before it happened.
[01:05:45.740 --> 01:05:47.460]  $34,000 in bets.
[01:05:48.340 --> 01:05:53.620] At the time of the bets, the market, the polymarket had the probability of
[01:05:53.620 --> 01:05:57.620]  intervention in January at only 6%.
[01:05:58.660 --> 01:06:04.660] This person put their money on the dark horse, can't ranked it in.
[01:06:05.220 --> 01:06:08.700] Wall Street Journal said more than $56 million have been placed on Maduro's
[01:06:08.700 --> 01:06:13.500] out ouster with 11 million betting that he'd be gone by January the 31st.
[01:06:13.580 --> 01:06:17.020] Another $40 million in losing bets have been placed on him leaving in
[01:06:17.020 --> 01:06:18.900]  November or in December.
[01:06:20.100 --> 01:06:28.860] This ex user claims that had made $80,000 by translating a surge in Pentagon
[01:06:28.860 --> 01:06:32.340] area pizza traffic and imminent military action.
[01:06:33.180 --> 01:06:41.700] Person writes on X as sweet cheeks says, how I made $80,000 in a single night
[01:06:41.700 --> 01:06:46.220] using polymarket basically ever since the U S brought their largest aircraft
[01:06:46.220 --> 01:06:49.980]  carrier, I knew a strike was a hundred percent going to happen, but I didn't
[01:06:49.980 --> 01:06:56.900] know when, so I built a vibe coded bot to track the Domino's pizza orders around
[01:06:56.900 --> 01:07:02.460] the Pentagon because they'd be ordering out as they are working on this stuff.
[01:07:02.460 --> 01:07:07.700] So regardless of who owns all those accounts, Democrat New York representative
[01:07:08.700 --> 01:07:14.300] Richie Torres is planning to target officials potential to profit from
[01:07:14.300 --> 01:07:15.900]  access to government secrets.
[01:07:17.060 --> 01:07:21.820] Torres will introduce the public integrity and financial prediction
[01:07:21.820 --> 01:07:24.100]  markets act of 2026.
[01:07:24.820 --> 01:07:27.540]  Um, that doesn't spell anything actually.
[01:07:28.260 --> 01:07:33.580]  That'd be PIF PMA, I guess, but here's how a source describes it.
[01:07:34.260 --> 01:07:40.380] It prohibits federal elected officials, political appointees, and executive
[01:07:40.380 --> 01:07:45.500] branch employees from engaging in certain transactions involving prediction
[01:07:45.500 --> 01:07:50.700] market contracts when they have, when they either possess material, non-public
[01:07:50.700 --> 01:07:54.940] information relevant to the transaction, or could reasonably obtain such
[01:07:54.940 --> 01:07:57.420] information through their official duties.
[01:07:58.340 --> 01:08:01.660] So, um, again, outside of government had staffers at the Washington
[01:08:01.660 --> 01:08:05.500] Post and the New York Times also could have placed this bet.
[01:08:06.380 --> 01:08:11.300] Both of them had heard about this before it took place, but they refrained
[01:08:11.300 --> 01:08:17.060] from publishing the news to avoid putting us forces in peril, but here's
[01:08:17.060 --> 01:08:18.340] the other thing that's not being taught.
[01:08:18.340 --> 01:08:23.340] I think somebody mentioned this somewhere, but consider the fact that
[01:08:23.340 --> 01:08:27.620] the Trump administration notified the New York Times and the Washington
[01:08:27.620 --> 01:08:30.700] Post, but they didn't talk to Congress about it.
[01:08:30.980 --> 01:08:32.060] Didn't even talk to them about it.
[01:08:33.300 --> 01:08:34.260] Do you see a problem with that?
[01:08:34.940 --> 01:08:39.820] When Congress is supposed to authorize an act of war, which this was, this
[01:08:39.820 --> 01:08:45.420] is invading a sovereign nation in order to kidnap the head of state.
[01:08:46.820 --> 01:08:51.860] And, uh, if we are going to give ourselves a green light to do that
[01:08:51.860 --> 01:08:55.060] anywhere, we determined that the government is corrupt.
[01:08:55.500 --> 01:08:56.620]  There's no ending with this.
[01:08:56.980 --> 01:08:59.140] Government is corrupt to some degree or the other.
[01:08:59.900 --> 01:09:06.300] Responding to news of Torres's upcoming bill, Polymarket rival, Cauchy said
[01:09:06.300 --> 01:09:12.220] its rules currently prohibit trading by anyone with inside who is inside or
[01:09:12.220 --> 01:09:17.060] outside of government who has access to material, non-public information.
[01:09:17.500 --> 01:09:24.100] In other words, uh, this predictive market, uh, Cauchy, uh, would prohibit
[01:09:24.260 --> 01:09:28.260] somebody works for the Washington Post and New York Times, prohibit them from
[01:09:28.300 --> 01:09:34.140] getting, uh, the money if they placed a bet and, uh, and, uh, they were right
[01:09:34.140 --> 01:09:37.900] because even though they're outside of government, they had insider information.
[01:09:39.180 --> 01:09:43.820] Uh, so they said, um, of course, platform rules are one thing.
[01:09:43.820 --> 01:09:45.300]  Federal laws are another.
[01:09:46.140 --> 01:09:49.020] They note that Donald Trump Jr.
[01:09:49.780 --> 01:09:54.340] Has advisory roles on both of these predictive platforms, both on
[01:09:54.340 --> 01:09:56.300]  Polymarket and on Cauchy.
[01:09:58.140 --> 01:10:00.820] So one person said, it was Barron who did it.
[01:10:01.140 --> 01:10:02.060]  I think it was Barron.
[01:10:02.060 --> 01:10:04.500] He would have more than $34,000 to put into it.
[01:10:04.980 --> 01:10:09.180] Um, again, I think, uh, this was right when he said, so this is some lower
[01:10:09.180 --> 01:10:12.540] level functionary that got wind of this and put the money in there.
[01:10:13.180 --> 01:10:13.300]  Yeah.
[01:10:13.300 --> 01:10:16.380] Maybe that was just the money he found in the couch or something like that.
[01:10:16.820 --> 01:10:17.340]  Yeah, that's right.
[01:10:17.340 --> 01:10:19.980] He went through, found the change that fell in there.
[01:10:20.180 --> 01:10:21.340]  A lot of pennies, right?
[01:10:22.940 --> 01:10:24.020]  Trump doesn't like pennies.
[01:10:24.780 --> 01:10:29.220] Uh, so, uh, somebody said, is, is Pete Hexeth making some beer money on the side?
[01:10:30.220 --> 01:10:32.020]  Was there a comment about this?
[01:10:32.340 --> 01:10:38.220] Seems pretty suspicious, uh, making $400,000 in less than 24 hours.
[01:10:39.180 --> 01:10:45.780] Uh, so again, uh, this account existed for only one week and quickly became
[01:10:45.780 --> 01:10:50.420] the biggest yes holder in the Maduro out market.
[01:10:51.460 --> 01:10:53.700]  Uh, so it's very suspicious.
[01:10:54.140 --> 01:10:58.340] Uh, but just like, uh, you know, you had, uh, millions and millions made
[01:10:58.380 --> 01:11:01.260] on insider trading with nine 11, nobody ever answered for that.
[01:11:01.260 --> 01:11:03.740] So, Hey, there was a precedent for that.
[01:11:04.220 --> 01:11:05.300] You know, what about when that happened?
[01:11:05.300 --> 01:11:07.500] I guess that happened and it was all okay.
[01:11:07.500 --> 01:11:09.300] So, uh, we don't have to worry about that.
[01:11:09.340 --> 01:11:13.180] Remember all of the stuff that we had about, uh, Martha Stewart,
[01:11:14.180 --> 01:11:18.860] insider trading and everything turned out that, um, they didn't find
[01:11:18.860 --> 01:11:19.940] her guilty of insider trading.
[01:11:19.940 --> 01:11:24.460] They sent her to prison because as part of the process, when they started
[01:11:24.460 --> 01:11:31.900] deposing her, they said she lied under oath and so it was a perjury trap once
[01:11:31.900 --> 01:11:35.700] they got her in, but she wasn't doing insider trading, but Hey, this is fine.
[01:11:35.780 --> 01:11:37.100]  Nine 11, don't worry about that.
[01:11:37.100 --> 01:11:40.180] We'll send Martha Stewart in for whatever reason.
[01:11:41.060 --> 01:11:44.500] Uh, could it have been an insider at New York or Washington, uh, newsrooms
[01:11:44.580 --> 01:11:45.780]  willing to make a buck?
[01:11:46.580 --> 01:11:49.500] It seems like a lot of people had inside information on this.
[01:11:50.180 --> 01:11:56.540] Uh, but, um, as, as we look at what is happening next, there is a list now of
[01:11:56.540 --> 01:11:59.500] countries that Donald Trump wants to repeat this because he got away with it.
[01:12:00.900 --> 01:12:02.940] And so now is it going to be Mexico?
[01:12:02.940 --> 01:12:03.820] Is it going to be Columbia?
[01:12:03.820 --> 01:12:09.140] Is it going to be, um, you know, Iran, of course, because, uh, his masters
[01:12:09.140 --> 01:12:09.980] wanted him to go to Iran.
[01:12:09.980 --> 01:12:11.020]  That's pretty much a given.
[01:12:11.380 --> 01:12:12.580]  It's just the timing with that.
[01:12:13.100 --> 01:12:14.100] Is it going to be Cuba?
[01:12:14.500 --> 01:12:14.700]  Right.
[01:12:14.700 --> 01:12:15.780] Where do we go next?
[01:12:16.540 --> 01:12:17.660] Is it going to be Greenland?
[01:12:18.660 --> 01:12:20.180] You know, the pushing stuff out there about that.
[01:12:20.620 --> 01:12:21.700] Stop and think about this.
[01:12:21.700 --> 01:12:28.020] So this is what is so disturbing to me about all this stuff is that it is set in
[01:12:28.020 --> 01:12:32.780] process so the government that doesn't care about written law, it's only about
[01:12:32.780 --> 01:12:35.220] what they can get away with now.
[01:12:35.220 --> 01:12:39.020] He's got a green light to do a lot of different things.
[01:12:39.020 --> 01:12:39.860]  US spy.
[01:12:40.180 --> 01:12:47.340] And, you know, when I get into this, the, remember what a, um, the conservatives,
[01:12:47.340 --> 01:12:51.740] how it was a scandal that Wesley Clark said, you know, I said the Pentagon,
[01:12:51.740 --> 01:12:54.660] they've got a list in the middle East of seven different countries that they
[01:12:54.660 --> 01:12:56.340] want to go through this and this and this.
[01:12:56.340 --> 01:12:57.420] And then we started looking at it.
[01:12:57.420 --> 01:12:59.300] We talked about that many times at info wars.
[01:13:00.100 --> 01:13:04.620] Look, this is all just cold calculated empire aggression.
[01:13:05.060 --> 01:13:11.060] And yet now empire is cheered by info wars and all these war things.
[01:13:11.460 --> 01:13:16.380] As I said, I just, you know, I would have never, never worked for an organization
[01:13:16.380 --> 01:13:17.700] that would have done that type of thing.
[01:13:18.740 --> 01:13:21.300] And, um, I didn't work for the organization that did that type of thing.
[01:13:21.300 --> 01:13:27.620] And when he started cheering for martial law and, uh, rolling out the actual
[01:13:27.620 --> 01:13:31.140] implementation of dark winter that had been practiced for 20 years of various
[01:13:31.220 --> 01:13:37.100] forms, when Alex started pushing that, uh, I wasn't going to be quiet about it.
[01:13:38.060 --> 01:13:39.620] None of us should be quiet about this.
[01:13:40.420 --> 01:13:42.020] Everybody should be talking about this.
[01:13:43.140 --> 01:13:45.180] Uh, we can't do anything except talk about it.
[01:13:45.180 --> 01:13:48.940] We can't, we don't have any control over the federal government.
[01:13:49.780 --> 01:13:55.020] We need to understand that, uh, the, you know, this, this empire is rotten to the
[01:13:55.020 --> 01:14:00.140] core and at some point these chickens are going to come home to roost and you
[01:14:00.140 --> 01:14:01.020]  better prepare for that.
[01:14:01.700 --> 01:14:07.820] So in Mexico, a U S spy jet is circling the Mexican coast as Trump is threatening
[01:14:07.820 --> 01:14:09.660]  Venezuela style military attack.
[01:14:09.860 --> 01:14:14.180] Again, you want to make some money on the prediction markets and you've got, uh,
[01:14:15.180 --> 01:14:19.900] I'm sure they got on polymarket and the other one, Kalshi, I'm sure that they
[01:14:19.900 --> 01:14:25.820] have a lot of people betting on which country, uh, our peace president is going
[01:14:25.820 --> 01:14:26.460]  to attack next.
[01:14:26.460 --> 01:14:30.940] And as I said for the longest time, uh, the way Trump spells peace is with an
[01:14:30.940 --> 01:14:34.060] eye, he wants a piece of Columbia.
[01:14:34.060 --> 01:14:35.580]  He wants a piece of Venezuela.
[01:14:35.580 --> 01:14:38.140] He wants a piece of Mexico, a piece of Greenland.
[01:14:38.660 --> 01:14:40.060]  Uh, that's what he wants.
[01:14:40.100 --> 01:14:44.380] Uh, the U S Navy plane spotted circling near a part of Mexico's coast after
[01:14:44.380 --> 01:14:46.540] Trump threatened military action against the country.
[01:14:47.340 --> 01:14:51.460] The P eight Poseidon is detected on flight tracking websites, conducting
[01:14:51.460 --> 01:14:56.420] surveillance and reconnaissance missions off Tijuana, south of California.
[01:14:57.260 --> 01:15:00.340] The P eight has been used to monitor suspicious ships and movements in the
[01:15:00.340 --> 01:15:04.780] ocean as it's equipped with sensors that can detect targets on the
[01:15:04.780 --> 01:15:06.780]  surface and underwater.
[01:15:07.740 --> 01:15:11.820] And so the question is, um, what are they going to do with that?
[01:15:12.420 --> 01:15:15.540] Trump has suggested military actions similar to that in Venezuela.
[01:15:16.020 --> 01:15:19.860] Could be possible if the Mexican government does not stamp out drug cartels.
[01:15:20.580 --> 01:15:24.660] He said, when I launched strikes in Mexico to stop drugs, it's okay with me.
[01:15:25.220 --> 01:15:27.060] Whatever we have to do to stop drugs.
[01:15:27.060 --> 01:15:32.100] I didn't say I'm doing it, but I'd be proud to do it because we're going to
[01:15:32.100 --> 01:15:34.340] save millions of lives by doing it.
[01:15:36.020 --> 01:15:43.100] We've used force to try to stop drugs for 54, going on 55 years now with
[01:15:43.100 --> 01:15:47.780] Richard Nixon declaring a war on drugs using the schedule from the United
[01:15:47.820 --> 01:15:57.140] Nations and this United Nations agenda has only fed the addiction of people
[01:15:57.140 --> 01:15:58.740] in power for more power.
[01:15:59.580 --> 01:16:02.420] It's fed their addiction to escape the rule of law.
[01:16:02.860 --> 01:16:06.140] It hasn't helped any single individual, none of this.
[01:16:06.820 --> 01:16:10.860] So I said, many times, you know, people frequently dying from
[01:16:10.900 --> 01:16:13.540]  overdose inside of prisons.
[01:16:14.460 --> 01:16:20.060] So if you can't stop by force and by interdiction, if you can't stop drugs
[01:16:20.380 --> 01:16:26.500] in a prison, what kind of a society are we going to have to live in for trying
[01:16:26.500 --> 01:16:31.940] to address the drug problem by force and by law enforcement, it'd have to be
[01:16:31.940 --> 01:16:34.300] worse than the prisons that we have.
[01:16:35.100 --> 01:16:36.340]  Hey, it's Ben Ferguson.
[01:16:36.340 --> 01:16:39.500] And I want you to pause what you're doing for just one minute.
[01:16:39.540 --> 01:16:41.940] And I want you to hear about Alejandra.
[01:16:42.340 --> 01:16:46.020] She lives in a remote community with very few resources and
[01:16:46.020 --> 01:16:47.740]  little to no healthcare.
[01:16:48.300 --> 01:16:52.660] So when Alejandra gets sick, her parents have no real options, no
[01:16:52.660 --> 01:16:57.580] doctors in their community and no money for real medical care.
[01:16:58.020 --> 01:17:00.660] By the third day, her body was shutting down.
[01:17:00.780 --> 01:17:06.580] She woke up and just long enough to tell her mom, I can't take the pain anymore.
[01:17:06.940 --> 01:17:08.140]  I can't keep going.
[01:17:08.700 --> 01:17:13.420] Her parents drove hours to find a doctor who tried everything, but she
[01:17:13.420 --> 01:17:18.380] needed a private hospital and that was impossible for her family to afford.
[01:17:18.820 --> 01:17:23.060] And that is when compassion international stepped in now through
[01:17:23.060 --> 01:17:28.500] compassion, Alejandra was treated and against all odds she survived.
[01:17:28.860 --> 01:17:33.660] She lived because someone just like you took action right now.
[01:17:33.700 --> 01:17:37.940] Unfortunately, there are children just like Alejandra who won't survive
[01:17:37.940 --> 01:17:42.540] unless someone like you steps in compassion or national partners with
[01:17:42.540 --> 01:17:47.900] local churches, providing children with the support that they need critical
[01:17:47.900 --> 01:17:54.700] medical care, plus food, education, and the hope of the gospel, all in Jesus'
[01:17:54.700 --> 01:18:01.380] name, so help a child just like Alejandra today, you can visit compassion.com.

[01:18:30.500 --> 01:18:31.340]  Voidware prohibited.
[01:18:31.380 --> 01:18:33.500]  Visit spinquest.com for more details.
[01:18:34.460 --> 01:18:38.380] So the CIA and palace insiders, how the surprise raid on Maduro went down,
[01:18:38.380 --> 01:18:39.260]  as everybody's talking about.
[01:18:39.260 --> 01:18:44.980] And again, all of the MAGA people who are cheering this are
[01:18:44.980 --> 01:18:46.420]  cheering the deep state.
[01:18:47.180 --> 01:18:51.460] They're cheering the biggest drug cartel in the world, the CIA.
[01:18:52.900 --> 01:18:56.820] So at the very moment, their Venezuelan leader was on the phone with Trump.
[01:18:56.820 --> 01:19:00.660] A CIA team was already in country monitoring his every move, closely
[01:19:00.660 --> 01:19:03.180] watching where he stayed, what he ate, how he moved.
[01:19:04.060 --> 01:19:08.180] Likely the CIA would have been developing local assets over a period of years.
[01:19:09.620 --> 01:19:13.620] An asset would be anyone from local citizens or military officers or even
[01:19:13.620 --> 01:19:16.940] high ranking colonels and generals in the national army.
[01:19:16.940 --> 01:19:20.660] One thing is clear at this point, the Pentagon had insider help
[01:19:20.660 --> 01:19:22.340]  within the socialist regime.
[01:19:23.300 --> 01:19:28.340] You know, they, maybe they were also engaged in Epstein like shenanigans as
[01:19:28.340 --> 01:19:30.140] well, because they have done that over and over again.
[01:19:31.020 --> 01:19:33.300] They deal drugs, they overthrow countries.
[01:19:33.580 --> 01:19:40.580] Cues, assassinations, kidnappings, pedophile, sex rings, so
[01:19:40.580 --> 01:19:41.740]  they can blackmail people.
[01:19:42.660 --> 01:19:44.180]  I despise the CIA.
[01:19:44.180 --> 01:19:46.020] Why is this being cheered now?
[01:19:46.060 --> 01:19:47.060]  Oh, look at work.
[01:19:47.660 --> 01:19:49.260]  This is not a movie folks.
[01:19:50.100 --> 01:19:53.580] Well, actually it is, but don't get caught up in that.
[01:19:53.980 --> 01:19:58.220] The joint chiefs of staff chairman, Don Raisen Kane said Saturday that US
[01:19:58.220 --> 01:20:00.700] intelligence even knew the names of his pets.
[01:20:01.380 --> 01:20:03.700] Well, do they kill or kidnap his pets as well?
[01:20:06.260 --> 01:20:09.340] Those pets are probably trying to get some cocaine or machine guns, right?
[01:20:09.980 --> 01:20:11.060] You got to get those pets.
[01:20:11.660 --> 01:20:16.020] Elite forces had trained for months, which even involved rehearsals.
[01:20:16.340 --> 01:20:18.740] You know, bottom line, yeah, they do train on these things.
[01:20:20.980 --> 01:20:25.620] We had elites and political leaders train for 20 years to
[01:20:25.620 --> 01:20:27.540] pull off the pandemic nonsense.
[01:20:28.540 --> 01:20:28.900]  Yeah.
[01:20:29.180 --> 01:20:30.660]  Is that somehow a good thing?
[01:20:31.700 --> 01:20:35.340] If you're training, it ought to be, you know, how this is going to be used.
[01:20:35.340 --> 01:20:38.740] Not simply that you're very skilled at something, right?
[01:20:39.300 --> 01:20:43.420] Troops practice utilizing massive blowtorches in the event that they
[01:20:43.420 --> 01:20:46.500] would have to breach the steel barriers, protecting his safe room.
[01:20:47.260 --> 01:20:51.660] Just how few in the US administration knew about it is really the
[01:20:51.660 --> 01:20:52.860]  theme of new reporting.
[01:20:53.460 --> 01:20:55.980] The operation was very secretive, strictly held to only the highest
[01:20:56.260 --> 01:20:59.980] officials, even Pentagon officials were unaware of the exact timing until
[01:20:59.980 --> 01:21:00.540]  Friday night.
[01:21:01.180 --> 01:21:04.140] And of course, nobody in Congress, we don't want to tell them.
[01:21:04.380 --> 01:21:08.020] We don't want to make the case for why we need to do a war.
[01:21:09.140 --> 01:21:09.900] Not going to do that.
[01:21:10.580 --> 01:21:11.620]  It's all going to be secret.
[01:21:12.500 --> 01:21:16.060] If it really is as secret as they're making it out to be, whoever it was on
[01:21:16.060 --> 01:21:18.020] polymarket is going to be found.
[01:21:19.500 --> 01:21:23.300] You know, if there's, if it's a small list of people, they're going to be
[01:21:23.580 --> 01:21:25.220] looking at who it is like, hmm.
[01:21:25.780 --> 01:21:26.340]  They don't care.
[01:21:26.340 --> 01:21:29.580]  I mean, $400,000 is like a penny to them.
[01:21:29.700 --> 01:21:31.500] You know, they're not going to even look.
[01:21:31.740 --> 01:21:32.540]  Chump change.
[01:21:32.580 --> 01:21:32.860]  Yep.
[01:21:34.340 --> 01:21:37.300] Those more directly involved in the planning will also reportedly play
[01:21:37.300 --> 01:21:39.180]  roles in governing Venezuela.
[01:21:40.300 --> 01:21:44.900] People like Marco Rubio, Pete Hegseth, John Ratcliffe, the CIA director, and
[01:21:45.460 --> 01:21:51.220] deputy chief of staff, Stephen Miller is out there really pushing hard to go to
[01:21:51.220 --> 01:21:56.460] Greenland next confusion and a sporadic gunfire erupts near Venezuela's
[01:21:56.460 --> 01:22:01.780] presidential palace soon after Rodriguez is sworn in again, who knows what is
[01:22:01.780 --> 01:22:02.500]  really happening there.
[01:22:02.500 --> 01:22:04.220] It doesn't appear to be anything from the outside.
[01:22:04.580 --> 01:22:10.020] It's either internecine fighting or it is people have become very spooked and
[01:22:10.020 --> 01:22:10.740]  trigger happy.
[01:22:12.220 --> 01:22:16.100] Thomas Massey called out Trump's Venezuela oil grab.
[01:22:16.980 --> 01:22:19.700] He said the Trump administration's attempt to take over Venezuela's oil
[01:22:19.700 --> 01:22:23.060] industry, uh, it says it's not American oil.
[01:22:23.380 --> 01:22:24.740]  It's Venezuelan oil.
[01:22:25.580 --> 01:22:27.500] Uh, Trump had said it was America's oil.
[01:22:29.060 --> 01:22:34.900] Massey said oil companies entered into risky deals to develop oil and the deals
[01:22:34.900 --> 01:22:37.500] were canceled by a prior Venezuelan government.
[01:22:38.500 --> 01:22:39.300]  What's happening?
[01:22:39.660 --> 01:22:43.500] The lives of US soldiers are being risked to make those oil companies, not
[01:22:43.540 --> 01:22:45.420]  Americans more profitable.
[01:22:46.300 --> 01:22:50.100] He noted that one person who stands to gain from this intervention is Paul
[01:22:50.100 --> 01:22:56.220] Singer, a billionaire and GOP mega donor known for being extremely pro Israel.
[01:22:56.940 --> 01:23:03.340] Singer has funded a super PAC seeking to oust Massey has been under fire from
[01:23:03.340 --> 01:23:07.940] pro Israel Republicans for his opposition to USAID to Israel.
[01:23:08.700 --> 01:23:12.220] Uh, Thomas Massey opposes aid to everyone.
[01:23:13.220 --> 01:23:17.620] Uh, but, um, again, if you do that, like Pat Buchanan, uh, you'll have the
[01:23:17.620 --> 01:23:22.020] Israeli lobby come after you, call you antisemitic because you don't want
[01:23:22.020 --> 01:23:24.060] foreign aid going to foreign countries.
[01:23:24.820 --> 01:23:29.900] According to Grock Massey said, Paul Singer, a globalist Republican mega
[01:23:29.900 --> 01:23:33.060] donor who's already spent a million dollars to defeat me in the next election
[01:23:33.060 --> 01:23:38.660] stands to make billions of dollars on his distressed Sitco investment.
[01:23:39.340 --> 01:23:41.620] Now that this administration has taken over Venezuela.
[01:23:43.100 --> 01:23:47.900] The U S judge recently approved the sale of Sitco, the U S based oil refinery
[01:23:48.500 --> 01:23:51.780] that is owned by a subsidiary of Venezuela state oil company.
[01:23:52.540 --> 01:23:56.260] Uh, they, the judge approved the sale of it to Elliott management.
[01:23:56.900 --> 01:24:02.940]  That's a firm founded by singer since 2019, the U S has frozen all of that
[01:24:02.940 --> 01:24:07.660] company's assets in the U S cutting off the Venezuelan government from Sitco
[01:24:08.380 --> 01:24:11.820] and sawing a U S friendly government in Caracas would be extremely
[01:24:11.820 --> 01:24:16.700] beneficial for Amber energy, which is the Elliott management affiliate
[01:24:16.700 --> 01:24:19.620] that is purchasing Sitco for about $6 billion.
[01:24:20.900 --> 01:24:23.820] Uh, as things stand now, the Trump administration remains a long way from
[01:24:23.820 --> 01:24:25.620]  that goal as Maduro's vice president.
[01:24:26.260 --> 01:24:30.980] Uh, daily Delce Rodriguez is now serving as the acting president.
[01:24:32.260 --> 01:24:35.100] According to report from Politico, the Trump administration has asked
[01:24:35.580 --> 01:24:39.940] private U S oil firms that seek assets from Venezuela to be prepared to go back
[01:24:39.940 --> 01:24:41.220] to the country and invest heavily.
[01:24:41.860 --> 01:24:45.340] They're saying you got to go in if you want to play and get reimbursed.
[01:24:45.380 --> 01:24:46.540]  Said an oil executive.
[01:24:47.220 --> 01:24:51.980] The offer has been on the table for 10 days signaling oil companies may have
[01:24:51.980 --> 01:24:54.980] been aware of Trump's plans to kidnap Maduro.
[01:24:55.540 --> 01:24:56.820]  So now it expands.
[01:24:56.860 --> 01:25:02.460] Uh, it could be somebody at one of the oil companies, some lower level, uh,
[01:25:02.740 --> 01:25:06.620]  mid-level or lower level manager to invest $34,000.
[01:25:06.620 --> 01:25:07.820] It's not going to be the executives.
[01:25:07.820 --> 01:25:08.940]  They wouldn't put in millions.
[01:25:09.740 --> 01:25:13.260] Uh, so something Massey suggested in response to Trump saying that the
[01:25:13.260 --> 01:25:16.460] U S oil firms will go to Venezuela and spend billions of dollars.
[01:25:17.300 --> 01:25:20.700] Massey said, it seems obvious from this video that the administration worked
[01:25:20.740 --> 01:25:25.220] with big U S oil companies before the attack to line up billions of dollars
[01:25:25.220 --> 01:25:28.940] in capital for developing Venezuela's oil reserves, yet they couldn't be
[01:25:28.940 --> 01:25:31.180]  bothered to consult Congress.
[01:25:31.180 --> 01:25:31.340]  Yeah.
[01:25:31.340 --> 01:25:33.140] He's the one who said that made that point.
[01:25:33.900 --> 01:25:34.700]  Isn't that interesting?
[01:25:35.380 --> 01:25:41.380] It was very much like when lying Leon Panetta, who was a congressman
[01:25:41.380 --> 01:25:45.540] then became head of the CIA, then became head of the, uh, department of defense.
[01:25:45.580 --> 01:25:49.580] Remember that interchange between him and Jeff Sessions, Jeff Sessions said,
[01:25:49.580 --> 01:25:51.420]  you're talking about going into Syria.
[01:25:51.740 --> 01:25:55.460] You got to talk to us and get permission from Congress, right?
[01:25:55.460 --> 01:25:57.940]  You're, you're a former congressman.
[01:25:58.140 --> 01:25:59.820] You know how the constitution is.
[01:25:59.820 --> 01:26:00.820]  You're supposed to ask us.
[01:26:01.500 --> 01:26:06.580] Well, Senator, I'll talk to our allies in NATO and the UN and we'll
[01:26:06.580 --> 01:26:08.020] let you know what we decide.
[01:26:09.460 --> 01:26:10.700]  Well, that's not how that works.
[01:26:10.700 --> 01:26:11.980] You know, that's not how that works.
[01:26:11.980 --> 01:26:13.180] You got to tell us first.
[01:26:14.780 --> 01:26:19.900] And he just repeated it, you know, real smarmy, uh, lying Leon Panetta.
[01:26:20.540 --> 01:26:22.820] And, uh, this is the way this is as well.
[01:26:23.340 --> 01:26:27.380] You know, we'll tell the Washington post, New York times, we'll talk to the oil
[01:26:27.380 --> 01:26:28.980] companies, make sure they get prepared.
[01:26:29.340 --> 01:26:33.700] We've got 20 or so vulture capitalists that are ready to go down there and
[01:26:33.700 --> 01:26:38.100] start pouring money in and, uh, Trump wants this poured in really quickly.
[01:26:38.100 --> 01:26:39.740] He wants to see big results right away.
[01:26:40.420 --> 01:26:42.620] So he's got these guys, you put that money in there.
[01:26:42.620 --> 01:26:43.940]  We'll pay you, right?
[01:26:44.660 --> 01:26:46.780] This is the backroom deal that's being made.
[01:26:47.500 --> 01:26:53.260] And, uh, as we pointed out before, uh, this is all about the oil companies.
[01:26:53.460 --> 01:26:56.580] They are the ones who are going to make all the money and they're proud of this.
[01:26:57.540 --> 01:26:59.820] You got Congresswoman Salazar saying so.
[01:27:00.300 --> 01:27:04.900] Do not understand why we need to go in for three, basically for three reasons.
[01:27:04.940 --> 01:27:11.900] You're in Fox business, uh, Venezuela for the American oil companies will be a
[01:27:11.900 --> 01:27:16.900] field day because it will be more than a trillion dollars in economic activity.
[01:27:17.420 --> 01:27:22.620] American companies can go in and fix all the oil pipe and the whole oil rigs and
[01:27:22.620 --> 01:27:26.740] everything that has to do with the Venezuelan petroleum, uh, companies or
[01:27:26.740 --> 01:27:30.660] anything that has to do with oil and, uh, and the derivatives number.
[01:27:32.500 --> 01:27:34.300]  So it's not, it's not even her.
[01:27:34.620 --> 01:27:36.100] Trump has said this over and over again.
[01:27:36.100 --> 01:27:40.820] As a matter of fact, the headline from, uh, free thought project, Trump admits
[01:27:40.820 --> 01:27:43.900] that he wants to take Venezuela as well and give it to us corporations.
[01:27:45.260 --> 01:27:47.700] It's not going to go to Americans.
[01:27:47.780 --> 01:27:49.100] All this nonsense out there.
[01:27:49.100 --> 01:27:53.140]  Look, the U S GDP just went up by $17 trillion.
[01:27:53.140 --> 01:27:54.140]  What nonsense.
[01:27:54.140 --> 01:27:55.540]  What utter nonsense.
[01:27:56.580 --> 01:28:00.460] I know we're going to go further into debt for the military.
[01:28:00.460 --> 01:28:04.540] We're going to go further into debt, uh, giving subsidies to these corporations
[01:28:04.540 --> 01:28:05.940] to make Trump look good.
[01:28:06.780 --> 01:28:08.460] That's what's really going to happen with all this stuff.
[01:28:08.460 --> 01:28:11.380] Well, we're going to take a break and when we come back, we're going to
[01:28:11.380 --> 01:28:13.980]  get away from Venezuela a bit.
[01:28:14.460 --> 01:28:16.860]  Um, actually, uh, no, we're not.
[01:28:16.860 --> 01:28:19.940] I want to talk a little bit about, uh, where we go next.
[01:28:19.940 --> 01:28:23.420] So I guess we are getting away from Venezuela, but I do have some news that
[01:28:23.420 --> 01:28:27.300] is coming up about things like credit card interest rates and things like that.
[01:28:27.300 --> 01:28:28.220]  I think are important.
[01:28:28.340 --> 01:28:30.820] Uh, these are the issues that affect Americans.
[01:28:31.500 --> 01:28:34.580] I know they're on a back burner as far as the Trump administration is concerned,
[01:28:34.580 --> 01:28:36.500] as far as anybody in Washington is concerned.
[01:28:37.180 --> 01:28:41.740] But these are the bread and butter issues that affect us, uh, as these
[01:28:41.740 --> 01:28:46.300] guys are involved and their schemes of international criminality.
[01:28:47.020 --> 01:28:51.460] Uh, so we're going to take a quick break and, uh, we will be right back.
[01:28:52.340 --> 01:28:53.140]  Hang on a second.
[01:28:53.180 --> 01:28:53.700]  Let's see.
[01:28:53.900 --> 01:28:54.860]  Let's do this one here.
[01:29:46.860 --> 01:29:54.340] Hey, it's Ben Ferguson and I want you to pause what you're doing for just
[01:29:54.340 --> 01:29:59.100] one minute and I want you to hear about love, generosity, and compassion.
[01:29:59.140 --> 01:30:02.300] We say those words all the time and they sound good.
[01:30:02.340 --> 01:30:04.660] They feel good, but here's the truth.
[01:30:04.860 --> 01:30:08.860] Those words don't mean anything unless they turn into action.
[01:30:09.220 --> 01:30:13.900] And right now, not later today, not tomorrow, there's a child in the
[01:30:13.900 --> 01:30:16.500]  world who doesn't know if they'll eat.
[01:30:16.940 --> 01:30:21.100] If they'll have a chance to learn or if there's any hope at all.
[01:30:21.540 --> 01:30:26.900] And while we're all busy, life keeps moving forward, but that child is waiting.
[01:30:27.300 --> 01:30:30.900] This is where you come in with compassion international.
[01:30:30.900 --> 01:30:35.780] You have the chance to change a child's future, not just with words, not with

[01:30:41.260 --> 01:30:46.340] through local churches and people already in their community, put your
[01:30:46.340 --> 01:30:48.860] words into action and join me.

[01:30:55.220 --> 01:30:57.420]  That's compassion.com.
[01:30:58.300 --> 01:30:59.220]  It's bretsky.
[01:30:59.300 --> 01:31:01.900] I don't know how they let me on this podcast, but while I'm here, I might
[01:31:01.900 --> 01:31:06.700] as well tell you the only place to play blackjack roulette and live craps in
[01:31:06.700 --> 01:31:08.660]  Texas is spinquest.com baby.
[01:31:08.660 --> 01:31:11.980]  That's S P I N Q U E S T.com.
[01:31:12.180 --> 01:31:16.260]  New users get a $30 coin package for only $10.
[01:31:16.260 --> 01:31:20.740] I mean, that's a hell of a deal for all you 10 gallon hatwares down there in
[01:31:20.740 --> 01:31:26.260] Texas, spinquest is a free to play social casino, void where prohibited
[01:31:26.260 --> 01:31:28.380]  visits, spinquest.com for more details.
[01:31:30.500 --> 01:31:33.380] Well, an ad lender says, Trump says we're in the wall business, but the
[01:31:33.380 --> 01:31:38.060] reality is that we're in the drug business and have been for a very long time.
[01:31:38.700 --> 01:31:42.500] Uh, the war on drugs is the best thing that ever happened to the American government
[01:31:42.540 --> 01:31:45.540] and those in power who want to escape the rule of law.
[01:31:46.420 --> 01:31:48.820] I wrote an op ed piece about that yesterday, put it on sub stack.
[01:31:48.820 --> 01:31:50.540]  So what is next?
[01:31:50.860 --> 01:31:55.860] Here are the candidates here, Cuba, Columbia, Mexico, Greenland, Iran,
[01:31:56.580 --> 01:31:59.140] gentlemen and place your bets on polymarket.
[01:31:59.140 --> 01:32:03.060] You too can make $400,000 overnight, right?
[01:32:03.060 --> 01:32:06.460] If you get it right, of course you don't have any inside information and it
[01:32:06.460 --> 01:32:08.620] could be any of these places, right?
[01:32:08.660 --> 01:32:10.060]  This is how crazy it's become.
[01:32:10.980 --> 01:32:14.260] Uh, he wants a piece of all of these countries.
[01:32:14.980 --> 01:32:18.340] Uh, so Russia denounced the lawless U S subduction and Maduro,
[01:32:18.380 --> 01:32:24.060] UN security council, uh, and, um, talking about the bigger picture,
[01:32:24.060 --> 01:32:28.660] Moscow's condemned us aggression, lamented the ideological hostility
[01:32:28.660 --> 01:32:31.140]  that has triumphed over business-like pragmatism.
[01:32:31.140 --> 01:32:36.980] Again, where is the principle now to oppose anything that Russia did with Ukraine?
[01:32:37.420 --> 01:32:42.380] Russia's got a better, uh, reason for invading Ukraine than the
[01:32:42.420 --> 01:32:43.740]  U S does for Venezuela.
[01:32:43.780 --> 01:32:47.780] And even China has a better reason for invading Taiwan than the
[01:32:47.780 --> 01:32:49.620]  U S had for invading Venezuela.
[01:32:50.380 --> 01:32:53.980] Uh, but it turns out that Russia floated a Venezuela for Ukraine
[01:32:53.980 --> 01:32:57.220] deal to Trump said an ex advisor.
[01:32:57.780 --> 01:32:59.780]  And this was back in 2019.
[01:33:00.260 --> 01:33:05.980] Trump's former advisor, Fiona Hill had said that Russia floated the idea of a
[01:33:05.980 --> 01:33:10.900] deal to swap Venezuela for Ukraine via informal communications.
[01:33:11.660 --> 01:33:15.540] This is something she testified to Congress in, uh, six years ago.
[01:33:16.540 --> 01:33:20.140] So she said, um, that they would step away.
[01:33:20.300 --> 01:33:23.620] If the U S would step away from Ukraine, Russia would look the other way.
[01:33:23.620 --> 01:33:28.940] If we take Venezuela, who said there's no honor among thieves.
[01:33:29.020 --> 01:33:29.580]  Come on.
[01:33:31.220 --> 01:33:33.180] We just disproved that alexium there.
[01:33:33.740 --> 01:33:38.140] So, um, she said the Kremlin had conveyed the offer informally and suggested that
[01:33:38.140 --> 01:33:42.940] it may have been linked to the Burisma scandal, a case that led to Trump's
[01:33:42.940 --> 01:33:46.780] impeachment over efforts to pressure Ukrainian officials to announce
[01:33:46.780 --> 01:33:49.020]  investigations involving Hunter Biden.
[01:33:50.100 --> 01:33:54.300] Again, everybody knew that Hunter Biden, uh, and Burisma, we knew that was
[01:33:54.300 --> 01:33:57.780] corruption coming from the Biden administration, but you know, Trump is
[01:33:57.780 --> 01:34:00.700] doing the same type of stuff with his children as well.
[01:34:01.500 --> 01:34:07.580] Uh, so Moscow would be a RT is also saying U S banditry and
[01:34:07.580 --> 01:34:10.540] Venezuela is the harbinger of chaos.
[01:34:11.420 --> 01:34:16.620] Uh, so they're going to throw the world back into an era of chaos and injustice.
[01:34:17.300 --> 01:34:21.940] So the Russian ambassador to the UN, uh, the country that, um, as most of the
[01:34:21.940 --> 01:34:24.620] world is looking, I don't see it that way in terms of the Ukraine war.
[01:34:24.620 --> 01:34:27.980] Most of the country is saying, uh, most of the world's countries are saying,
[01:34:27.980 --> 01:34:32.140] look at this Russia is, um, went into Ukraine and they're going to go everywhere.
[01:34:32.580 --> 01:34:37.740] Or this, I don't think that they are a threat to even the former
[01:34:37.740 --> 01:34:43.740] Soviet satellite countries, but, uh, certainly Trump is a threat to, uh,
[01:34:43.940 --> 01:34:45.540] all of the Latin American countries.
[01:34:46.260 --> 01:34:49.740] Trump said on Sunday, the Washington seeks to run the Latin American nation
[01:34:49.740 --> 01:34:53.180] so we can take advantage of the economics of what they have.
[01:34:53.660 --> 01:34:54.620]  That's a quote from Trump.
[01:34:55.820 --> 01:35:01.340] And so the, um, uh, the Russian ambassador to the UN, Nabensia condemned
[01:35:01.340 --> 01:35:03.620] US sections as international banditry.
[01:35:04.460 --> 01:35:11.380] So the US is open pursuit of hegemonic, uh, hegemony and, uh, ambitions
[01:35:11.380 --> 01:35:16.260] in Latin America is desire to gain unlimited control over natural resources.
[01:35:16.900 --> 01:35:22.340] Only contribute to a resurgence of neocolonialism and imperialism.
[01:35:22.340 --> 01:35:25.780] He said, well, we are the empire now, right?
[01:35:26.460 --> 01:35:32.060] I need to replace hail to the chief with the, uh, the theme from, um,
[01:35:33.300 --> 01:35:36.980] the empire strikes back, uh, Russia, along with the many other bricks nations
[01:35:36.980 --> 01:35:41.580] that already strongly condemn the US actions, Moscow called for Maduro's
[01:35:41.620 --> 01:35:44.580] immediate release and express solidarity with the people of Venezuela.
[01:35:45.420 --> 01:35:51.380] Again, this is going to be more impetus for the bricks companies and countries
[01:35:51.420 --> 01:35:53.740] and others to move away from the American dollar.
[01:35:53.740 --> 01:35:56.220]  That's an immediate consequence for us.
[01:35:57.220 --> 01:35:59.980] Uh, creating enemies by humiliating rivals.
[01:35:59.980 --> 01:36:02.020]  That's another RT analysis.
[01:36:02.740 --> 01:36:07.300] One person said, um, when you humiliate a sovereign head of state live on TV,
[01:36:08.020 --> 01:36:11.420] you create conditions for the population to resist you.
[01:36:12.140 --> 01:36:15.740] When you drag a sovereign leader through New York and an open van,
[01:36:16.380 --> 01:36:19.220] you only create enemies and that's what the US is doing.
[01:36:19.940 --> 01:36:20.820]  And I think he's right.
[01:36:20.820 --> 01:36:23.300]  He says, you don't, you don't break people's will.
[01:36:23.300 --> 01:36:24.020]  You harden it.
[01:36:24.660 --> 01:36:27.740] Uh, that is what civilian bombing campaigns have always done.
[01:36:28.580 --> 01:36:33.980] Uh, it hardened the will of the British people for the Germans to do the
[01:36:33.980 --> 01:36:36.500] bombing of London and things like that and vice versa.
[01:36:37.700 --> 01:36:40.860] And when you do these types of actions, it rallies the troops.
[01:36:40.860 --> 01:36:43.780] This is what Trump apparently doesn't understand.
[01:36:44.500 --> 01:36:49.220] Even as people are revolting in Iran against the Ayatollah's regimes and
[01:36:49.220 --> 01:36:52.740] against the economic conditions that are there, he wants to jump in the middle
[01:36:52.740 --> 01:36:55.820] of it and say, we're locked and loaded and we're ready to come to your aid.
[01:36:55.820 --> 01:36:56.940]  And we're going to attack.
[01:36:57.780 --> 01:36:59.660] All that does is help the regime.
[01:37:00.420 --> 01:37:01.740] The idea of an outside threat.
[01:37:01.740 --> 01:37:04.940] It's just, it's amazing that he would be blind to that.
[01:37:04.940 --> 01:37:06.820] That his advisors would be blind to that.
[01:37:07.620 --> 01:37:12.580] And so, uh, what is next on Trump's March?
[01:37:12.580 --> 01:37:15.860] Is it going to be Greenland, Cuba, Columbia?
[01:37:16.340 --> 01:37:21.900] You know, when we look at, uh, president Trump, the guy really is nothing
[01:37:21.900 --> 01:37:23.740]  other than a clownish pirate.
[01:37:26.820 --> 01:37:28.580] Which country will we go to next?
[01:37:28.580 --> 01:37:31.020] There's his clownish Jolly Rogers right there.
[01:37:31.660 --> 01:37:36.380] Uh, so the three countries that Trump is most likely to invade next says
[01:37:36.380 --> 01:37:41.620] the express of the UK, Greenland, Cuba, or Columbia, of course, they're
[01:37:41.620 --> 01:37:46.900] ignoring Iran as well, uh, Trump spurs speculation, however, about his plans
[01:37:46.900 --> 01:37:51.780] for Greenland, put that in the mix as well, uh, Cuba and Columbia.
[01:37:51.780 --> 01:37:58.340] That's AP here in the U S and so, uh, again, the Marco terrorists led by Marco
[01:37:58.340 --> 01:38:03.220] Rubio, uh, because again, what is terrorism is achieving social and
[01:38:03.220 --> 01:38:07.700] political goals by threats of violence or acts of violence, right?
[01:38:08.020 --> 01:38:09.900] That is what our foreign policy has become.
[01:38:10.140 --> 01:38:14.780] Terrorism is so strategic, uh, very right now.
[01:38:14.820 --> 01:38:20.420] Greenland is covered with Russian and Chinese ships all over the place.
[01:38:20.420 --> 01:38:27.140] They said, well, um, you know, when we look at, um, I guess I can run this now.
[01:38:27.140 --> 01:38:30.060] I was running this a lot, uh, didn't run it for a while there because
[01:38:30.060 --> 01:38:34.220] of Charlie Kirk's murder, but, uh, we've, uh, seen this.
[01:38:34.220 --> 01:38:35.820]  Well, it's not working about that.
[01:38:35.860 --> 01:38:36.860]  My Greenland thing.
[01:38:37.660 --> 01:38:43.140] We walk around on the spot of ground as mother nature's, uh, sieve, uh, it's
[01:38:43.140 --> 01:38:46.540] a horrible place to visit and a miserable place to live, but we gotta be there.
[01:38:47.540 --> 01:38:51.900] Uh, we need Greenland from the standpoint of national security, said Trump.
[01:38:53.300 --> 01:38:56.940] This is as absurd as fentanyl coming from Canada folks.
[01:38:58.020 --> 01:39:03.060] We had a, and still do have a military base there at one point in time after
[01:39:03.060 --> 01:39:06.420] World War II, because we're concerned about, we wanted to advance warning
[01:39:06.420 --> 01:39:08.180] from missiles coming from Russia.
[01:39:08.980 --> 01:39:11.860] They built that military base up to 10,000 people.
[01:39:12.820 --> 01:39:16.820] It's now down to just a couple of hundred, uh, because it's obsolete.
[01:39:16.860 --> 01:39:21.180] You don't need an early warning base in Greenland to warn you about missiles.
[01:39:21.180 --> 01:39:22.700]  We have satellites now.
[01:39:23.660 --> 01:39:27.860] And so it doesn't serve any function from a defense standpoint.
[01:39:28.420 --> 01:39:33.340] If it did serve a function from a defense standpoint, there's absolutely
[01:39:33.340 --> 01:39:36.020] no reason why they couldn't go from a couple of hundred people there
[01:39:36.020 --> 01:39:38.260]  to back to 10,000 there.
[01:39:38.780 --> 01:39:42.460] Uh, it is a country that is amenable to that.
[01:39:43.140 --> 01:39:44.700] Uh, Greenland is amenable to it.
[01:39:44.820 --> 01:39:46.420] Denmark is amenable to that.
[01:39:47.020 --> 01:39:53.060] And yet what they're not amenable to are the constant, uh, threats and chatter
[01:39:53.060 --> 01:39:57.420] from Trump, people like Stephen Miller and Stephen Miller's wife, who puts
[01:39:57.420 --> 01:40:02.660] out a meme showing the country of Greenland covered with red, white, blue,
[01:40:03.140 --> 01:40:09.780] uh, American flag and saying soon that really set off that along with Trump's
[01:40:09.780 --> 01:40:15.420] comments really set off, uh, Denmark as well as Sweden and many others in Europe.
[01:40:16.860 --> 01:40:19.900] So, uh, uh, Trump, Hey, it's Ben Ferguson.
[01:40:19.900 --> 01:40:23.060] And I want you to pause what you're doing for just one minute.
[01:40:23.140 --> 01:40:27.340] And I want you to hear about love, generosity, and compassion.
[01:40:27.380 --> 01:40:30.500] We say those words all the time and they sound good.
[01:40:30.540 --> 01:40:31.260]  They feel good.
[01:40:31.660 --> 01:40:32.900]  But here's the truth.
[01:40:33.140 --> 01:40:37.140] Those words don't mean anything unless they turn into action.
[01:40:37.500 --> 01:40:42.140] And right now, not later today, not tomorrow, there's a child in the
[01:40:42.140 --> 01:40:46.940]  world who doesn't know if they'll eat, if they'll have a chance to learn,
[01:40:47.340 --> 01:40:49.420] or if there's any hope at all.
[01:40:49.860 --> 01:40:55.180] And while we're all busy, life keeps moving forward, but that child is waiting.
[01:40:55.580 --> 01:40:59.220] This is where you come in with compassion international.
[01:40:59.220 --> 01:41:04.100] You have the chance to change a child's future, not just with words, not with
[01:41:04.100 --> 01:41:09.540] promises, but with real help that provides food, education, and hope
[01:41:09.580 --> 01:41:14.660] through local churches and people already in their community, put your
[01:41:14.660 --> 01:41:20.500] words into action and join me, introduce a child to a loving heavenly father

[01:41:56.100 --> 01:42:01.580] Has no right to annex the territory of Greenland, said Danish prime minister.
[01:42:02.260 --> 01:42:06.500] She reminded Trump that Denmark already provides the U S a fellow mate NATO
[01:42:06.500 --> 01:42:11.100] member, broad access to Greenland through existing security agreements.
[01:42:11.700 --> 01:42:13.380] Well, you say you need this for security.
[01:42:14.060 --> 01:42:15.260] You can build up your base there.
[01:42:15.260 --> 01:42:19.140] You got a base there now and you can put as many people there as you wish.
[01:42:19.340 --> 01:42:20.060]  Not an issue.
[01:42:20.700 --> 01:42:24.940] She said, I would therefore strongly urge the U S to stop threatening an
[01:42:24.940 --> 01:42:28.740] historically close ally and maybe you do that with Canada as well.
[01:42:29.460 --> 01:42:31.620] Maybe you stop threatening Canada as well.
[01:42:31.660 --> 01:42:37.980] You suck an entire industry, probably more than one, uh, by creating a backlash
[01:42:37.980 --> 01:42:40.020] and consumer boycotts in Canada.
[01:42:40.740 --> 01:42:47.020] Uh, so Denmark on Sunday, uh, also signed onto a European union statement
[01:42:47.460 --> 01:42:51.020] underscoring that the right of the Venezuelan people to determine their
[01:42:51.020 --> 01:42:55.100] future must be respected as Trump has vowed to run Venezuela.
[01:42:55.740 --> 01:42:59.340] Trump on Sunday mocked Denmark's efforts at boosting Greenland's national
[01:42:59.340 --> 01:43:04.140] security posture, saying the Danes have added one more dog sled to the
[01:43:04.140 --> 01:43:06.580]  Arctic's territory arsenal.
[01:43:07.740 --> 01:43:12.180] Well, again, he's free to add as many dog sleds or missiles or troops as he wishes.
[01:43:13.020 --> 01:43:14.060]  They've made that clear.
[01:43:14.980 --> 01:43:18.500] Greenlanders and Danes are further wrinkled by social media posts, following
[01:43:18.500 --> 01:43:20.540] the raid by former Trump administration official.
[01:43:21.180 --> 01:43:23.460] Katie Miller married to Stephen Miller.
[01:43:24.260 --> 01:43:29.660] Uh, so again, uh, as that's happening, you got Marco Rubio issuing
[01:43:29.860 --> 01:43:34.060] stern warnings to Cuba and of course, Lindsey Graham.
[01:43:34.060 --> 01:43:35.580]  And then there's also Iran.
[01:43:35.580 --> 01:43:36.260] They all want to go.
[01:43:36.780 --> 01:43:40.500] It's so many choices, so many places to go to war with.
[01:43:40.500 --> 01:43:43.940] How do we determine, you know, maybe they'll throw some, uh, darts
[01:43:43.940 --> 01:43:44.900] at the board or something.
[01:43:45.180 --> 01:43:51.140] I personally think that it's going to be more about personal vendettas
[01:43:51.140 --> 01:43:52.780] and ego than anything else.
[01:43:53.620 --> 01:43:59.740] So I suspect that, uh, because this guy in Columbia pushed back and the president
[01:43:59.740 --> 01:44:04.620] of Columbia pushed back and, um, hard against Trump on social media and
[01:44:04.620 --> 01:44:11.220] insulted him, I would make that the first candidate, uh, but, uh, Marco
[01:44:11.220 --> 01:44:13.420]  Rubio wants Cuba first.
[01:44:13.460 --> 01:44:15.340]  And so it's a personal thing for Marco Rubio.
[01:44:15.980 --> 01:44:19.300] You know, Columbia has been a, become a personal thing for Trump.
[01:44:19.860 --> 01:44:24.380] So I think somebody, and then of course, Iran can happen simultaneously
[01:44:25.060 --> 01:44:28.460]  because, um, that's Trump's masters.
[01:44:29.420 --> 01:44:31.260] They bought Trump, they own him.
[01:44:31.540 --> 01:44:33.700] He's going to do whatever they say when they say it.
[01:44:34.420 --> 01:44:38.940] Uh, and so, uh, that's the only wild card that is there, uh, whether or not
[01:44:38.940 --> 01:44:41.260] they believe that they can do both of these things at the same time.
[01:44:41.260 --> 01:44:42.740] And I think they think that they can.
[01:44:43.740 --> 01:44:46.860] Uh, the Cuban government said in a statement read on state television on
[01:44:46.860 --> 01:44:51.020] Sunday that 32 officers were killed in the U S military operation.
[01:44:51.900 --> 01:44:56.100] Uh, so this is part of what the crowd is saying that said, well, you know, we
[01:44:56.100 --> 01:44:58.740] don't like Venezuela because they're allied with people that we don't like.
[01:44:59.460 --> 01:45:04.620] Uh, they've got the Cubans running security for Maduro and you've got, um,
[01:45:04.660 --> 01:45:10.660] Maduro providing a place for Hamas and for Hezbollah to train, uh, they allege.
[01:45:10.700 --> 01:45:16.100] And so for all these reasons, um, you know, we have, um, uh, the people that
[01:45:16.100 --> 01:45:22.740] we obey tell us that we have to go after them and, uh, this is this kind of
[01:45:22.740 --> 01:45:24.980] pragmatism is what gets us there.
[01:45:25.420 --> 01:45:31.660] Also the warning delivered to Columbia and, um, the U S in September added
[01:45:31.660 --> 01:45:35.700] Columbia to a list of nations that failed to cooperate in the drug war for
[01:45:35.700 --> 01:45:37.180] the first time in almost 30 years.
[01:45:38.060 --> 01:45:40.780] Is this something new that cocaine is coming from Columbia?
[01:45:41.580 --> 01:45:43.060]  Uh, it's nothing new at all.
[01:45:43.060 --> 01:45:44.660]  It's been happening for 30 years.
[01:45:45.300 --> 01:45:46.940] And what have we been doing for 30 years?
[01:45:46.940 --> 01:45:50.020] We didn't have them on the list of countries to watch in the drug war.
[01:45:50.540 --> 01:45:51.980] Instead, we were giving them money.
[01:45:52.900 --> 01:45:56.540] And it's only after the Colombian president criticized Trump for what
[01:45:56.540 --> 01:45:59.460] he was doing in Venezuela, Trump said, all right, that's it.
[01:45:59.460 --> 01:46:00.380] No more money for you.
[01:46:00.780 --> 01:46:02.060] Then they continue to fight.
[01:46:02.740 --> 01:46:06.260] And so, uh, Trump is saying things like, well, operation Columbia
[01:46:06.740 --> 01:46:14.100] looks really good to me, but Marco Rubio, the Marco terrorists are focusing on Cuba.
[01:46:14.900 --> 01:46:16.340]  That's where his parents came from.
[01:46:16.380 --> 01:46:18.100] And he's got an ax to grind with Cuba.
[01:46:18.980 --> 01:46:22.220] He didn't rule out the Cuban communist government would become the Trump
[01:46:22.220 --> 01:46:25.020] administration's next target when he was being interviewed by
[01:46:25.020 --> 01:46:26.220] Kristen Welker over the weekend.
[01:46:26.900 --> 01:46:30.340] She said, is the Cuban government, the Trump administration's next target?
[01:46:30.380 --> 01:46:33.700] He says, well, the Cuban government is a huge problem.
[01:46:33.900 --> 01:46:34.340]  Yeah.
[01:46:34.620 --> 01:46:36.260]  She said, is that a yes?
[01:46:36.820 --> 01:46:39.180]  And he said, I think they're in a lot of trouble.
[01:46:39.540 --> 01:46:39.940]  Yes.
[01:46:39.940 --> 01:46:45.620] He said, uh, if I lived in Havana and I was in the government, I would be
[01:46:45.620 --> 01:46:51.140] concerned at least a little bit, said Marco Rubio, and then we had, uh, on the
[01:46:51.140 --> 01:46:55.820] airplane, Lindsey Graham, take a look at this clip, Lindsey Graham is like
[01:46:55.820 --> 01:47:00.180] some kind of cartoon sidekick, an evil cartoon sidekick.
[01:47:00.220 --> 01:47:02.420] You know, you got the main villain and then you got the little guy who's
[01:47:02.420 --> 01:47:03.740] hunched over on the side, yeah, yeah.
[01:47:03.740 --> 01:47:06.100] You know, like Grimer Wormtongue or something like that.
[01:47:06.580 --> 01:47:10.180] And, uh, so this is, uh, uh, was on the plane.
[01:47:10.220 --> 01:47:11.780] This is from Trump and Lindsey.
[01:47:12.900 --> 01:47:16.500] One of the things that is happening, I think you see it, you see it all the
[01:47:16.500 --> 01:47:21.820] time, Howard, you've seen it, uh, that Cuba is ready to fall, you know,
[01:47:22.740 --> 01:47:24.300] Cuba looks like it's ready to fall.
[01:47:24.300 --> 01:47:29.340] I don't know if they can hold up, but Cuba now has no income.
[01:47:29.420 --> 01:47:33.180] They got all of their income from Venezuela, from the Venezuelan oil.
[01:47:33.180 --> 01:47:34.060]  They're not getting any of it.
[01:47:35.140 --> 01:47:36.860] And Cuba literally is ready to fall.
[01:47:36.860 --> 01:47:41.260] And you have a lot of great Americans that are very happy about this.
[01:47:43.100 --> 01:47:47.340] Never saw a war they didn't like, never went to a war himself, right?
[01:47:47.980 --> 01:47:52.500] He, the, the murder of people, which always happens in war, there's always
[01:47:52.500 --> 01:47:57.820] going to be innocent people killed in war, uh, that gets him excited and thrilled.
[01:47:57.820 --> 01:47:59.500]  It's absolutely amazing to watch him.
[01:48:00.060 --> 01:48:02.620]  And, uh, here's another that's continued on for a while.
[01:48:03.380 --> 01:48:08.020] And as to this commander in chief, he did something people talked about doing.
[01:48:09.180 --> 01:48:10.700] You just wait for Cuba.
[01:48:11.500 --> 01:48:16.220]  Cuba is a communist dictatorship that's killed priesthood nuns.
[01:48:16.980 --> 01:48:18.540]  They've preyed on their own people.
[01:48:19.180 --> 01:48:20.260]  Their days are numbered.
[01:48:20.780 --> 01:48:25.140] We're going to wake up one day, I hope in 26 in our backyard, we're
[01:48:25.140 --> 01:48:30.380] going to have allies in these countries doing business with America, not
[01:48:30.380 --> 01:48:32.820] narco terrorist dictators, killing Americans.
[01:48:33.060 --> 01:48:38.220] This is a big frigging day and everybody in the world is thinking differently
[01:48:38.460 --> 01:48:41.740] than they were just a few days ago because of what you did.
[01:48:43.140 --> 01:48:43.700]  Oh yeah.
[01:48:43.700 --> 01:48:43.980]  Yeah.
[01:48:44.140 --> 01:48:44.860]  Suck up to him.
[01:48:44.860 --> 01:48:48.500] You know, it almost went off the trail though, when he tried to suck up to him
[01:48:48.500 --> 01:48:54.660] too much, um, actually I said when he got first, when he first got elected in
[01:48:54.660 --> 01:48:58.100] January, we met, you know, biggest comeback ever.
[01:48:58.220 --> 01:49:00.740] And we talked about, and then Trump cuts him off.
[01:49:00.980 --> 01:49:03.500] Trump says, well, you think so?
[01:49:03.500 --> 01:49:03.980]  Really?
[01:49:04.420 --> 01:49:07.700] I didn't feel it was a comeback actually, because, you know, the first one
[01:49:07.700 --> 01:49:11.300] wise and he starts to go into the, the first one, they stole the election from
[01:49:11.300 --> 01:49:11.700]  me, right?
[01:49:11.940 --> 01:49:15.860] And then Graham cuts him off and, uh, says, well, the bottom line is we
[01:49:15.860 --> 01:49:18.460] talked about a drug caliphate in our backyard.
[01:49:19.100 --> 01:49:22.140] We had Venezuela, we had Cuba, we had Columbia in our backyard.
[01:49:22.140 --> 01:49:26.780] And these three countries had been condemned ever since I've been in politics.
[01:49:27.340 --> 01:49:31.900] Joe Biden, he said, put a $25 billion bounty on Maduro's head.
[01:49:31.900 --> 01:49:37.300] And as I pointed out, uh, that is what he's talking about is a 25 million.
[01:49:37.300 --> 01:49:40.940] And, uh, Lindsey Graham doesn't know and doesn't care about the difference
[01:49:40.940 --> 01:49:44.460] between a million and a billion, or I would say for that matter, a trillion.
[01:49:45.300 --> 01:49:46.540] None of these things matter to him.
[01:49:46.620 --> 01:49:48.060]  He's been in Washington so long.
[01:49:48.700 --> 01:49:51.980]  It doesn't care if it's an M, a B or a T after the number.
[01:49:52.700 --> 01:49:55.340] And, um, again, he misstated that.
[01:49:56.380 --> 01:49:59.460] And, uh, he said, but, uh, you just wait for Cuba.
[01:49:59.940 --> 01:50:03.060] Cuba is a communist dictatorship that's killed priests and nuns.
[01:50:03.580 --> 01:50:04.980] They prayed on their own people.
[01:50:05.940 --> 01:50:09.300] You know, Trump's bioweapon killed priests and nuns.
[01:50:09.300 --> 01:50:11.460] It killed people of every walk of life.
[01:50:12.500 --> 01:50:15.260] He had martial law with that.
[01:50:15.940 --> 01:50:21.260] He prayed on his own people so that corporations could make billions of
[01:50:21.260 --> 01:50:29.300] dollars and so that he could push this, uh, political agenda to track, to
[01:50:29.300 --> 01:50:31.460] surveil and to control and enslave us.
[01:50:32.780 --> 01:50:35.020] How is he any better than Cuba?
[01:50:36.180 --> 01:50:39.540] Graham, one of the most hawkish Republicans in the Senate also went on
[01:50:39.540 --> 01:50:45.700] Fox news over the weekend and he put on a make Iran great again hat.
[01:50:46.220 --> 01:50:47.500]  Hey, it's Ben Ferguson.
[01:50:47.780 --> 01:50:50.940] I want to be honest with you for a second about how an
[01:50:50.940 --> 01:50:53.060] act of compassion really feels.
[01:50:53.140 --> 01:50:57.460] A couple of years ago, I made the choice to partner with an amazing
[01:50:57.460 --> 01:50:59.980]  organization called compassion international.
[01:51:00.140 --> 01:51:00.740]  Why?
[01:51:00.980 --> 01:51:03.780]  Because I wanted to sponsor a child in need.
[01:51:04.180 --> 01:51:05.260]  It was a nice idea.
[01:51:05.260 --> 01:51:05.780]  Sure.
[01:51:06.060 --> 01:51:11.460] But I had no idea just how much that simple act would change my life as well.
[01:51:11.900 --> 01:51:16.820] I sponsored Nadia and got to watch her life change right in front of my eyes,
[01:51:17.140 --> 01:51:21.740] going from starving literally alone on the streets to getting the healthcare
[01:51:21.740 --> 01:51:26.300] and education she needs to reach her God given full potential.
[01:51:26.820 --> 01:51:31.140] I got to be a part of that change and the light of that compassion, not
[01:51:31.140 --> 01:51:36.580] only illuminates in her, it illuminates now in me, that is the power of
[01:51:36.580 --> 01:51:42.940] compassion, the light of Christ shines on all of us, feel it for yourself and
[01:51:42.980 --> 01:51:46.340]  change literally a child's life, change the world.
[01:51:46.500 --> 01:51:48.220] And you also change yourself.

[01:52:27.060 --> 01:52:27.380]  Yeah.
[01:52:27.380 --> 01:52:29.820]  They've always been about Iran.
[01:52:30.580 --> 01:52:37.500] And of course we know what Bibi's been saying for 30 plus years about Iran.
[01:52:37.620 --> 01:52:42.380] If not stopped, Iran could produce a nuclear weapon in a very short time.
[01:52:42.580 --> 01:52:43.500]  It could be a year.
[01:52:43.660 --> 01:52:45.340] It could be within a few months.
[01:52:46.180 --> 01:52:51.500] They have the wherewithal stored up preserved knowledge to make a bomb very
[01:52:51.500 --> 01:52:53.340] quickly if they wanted to do it.
[01:52:53.340 --> 01:52:59.620] Iran is so 15 weeks away from having the fissile material for an
[01:52:59.620 --> 01:53:02.100] entire arsenal of nuclear bombs.
[01:53:02.180 --> 01:53:02.860]  They're very close.
[01:53:02.860 --> 01:53:06.660] They're six months away from being about 90% of having the rich uranium
[01:53:07.140 --> 01:53:14.500]  2012, 2006, 25 bombs, atomic bombs a year, 250 bombs in a decade.
[01:53:14.580 --> 01:53:17.820] Ladies and gentlemen, 1996 is running out.
[01:53:18.140 --> 01:53:23.100] Iran will be capable 1995 alone without importing anything, nuclear
[01:53:23.100 --> 01:53:24.580] bombs within three to five years.
[01:53:25.660 --> 01:53:25.980]  Yeah.
[01:53:26.500 --> 01:53:29.140] We keep hearing these same lies over and over again.
[01:53:29.140 --> 01:53:32.740] You know, just like I played the clip for you, John Stewart saying, you know,
[01:53:32.740 --> 01:53:35.660]  whether it's a rock or whether it's Venezuela, they didn't even bother to
[01:53:35.660 --> 01:53:37.940]  change the soundbites Venezuela.
[01:53:38.060 --> 01:53:38.500]  Go.
[01:53:38.820 --> 01:53:42.780] We're giving them full opportunity to do it the easy way.
[01:53:43.420 --> 01:53:46.180] And when it doesn't work, we'll do it the hard way.
[01:53:46.300 --> 01:53:48.380] If we could do things the easy way, that's fine.
[01:53:48.980 --> 01:53:50.260] And we have to do it the hard way.
[01:53:50.260 --> 01:53:50.980]  That's fine too.
[01:53:51.020 --> 01:53:53.340] Chemical weapons is a threat to the United States.
[01:53:53.380 --> 01:53:57.100] Fentanyl poses a chemical weapons threat to the United States.
[01:53:57.140 --> 01:53:58.780] Al Qaeda terrorists inside Iraq.
[01:53:58.820 --> 01:54:00.460] Al Qaeda of our hemisphere.
[01:54:00.500 --> 01:54:01.620] We can get rid of Saddam.
[01:54:01.780 --> 01:54:03.580] It could really begin to transform the region.
[01:54:03.580 --> 01:54:06.540] There's an opportunity to transform the entire region.
[01:54:06.580 --> 01:54:08.740]  Bringing freedom and democracy.
[01:54:08.740 --> 01:54:09.940]  Democracy and freedom.
[01:54:09.980 --> 01:54:11.620] Can serve as a beacon of hope.
[01:54:11.660 --> 01:54:12.700]  Shock and awe.
[01:54:14.420 --> 01:54:14.820]  Yeah.
[01:54:14.980 --> 01:54:17.500] We just keep getting the same recycled license.
[01:54:17.500 --> 01:54:19.220] When will we ever wake up?
[01:54:20.020 --> 01:54:20.380]  Right.
[01:54:20.420 --> 01:54:21.980] They just keep telling us the same lies.
[01:54:21.980 --> 01:54:25.820] Yeah, it could be weeks or at least a couple of months and they're going to
[01:54:25.820 --> 01:54:29.180] have dozens of these nuclear bombs in Iran.
[01:54:29.220 --> 01:54:34.020] And then of course, you know, shock and awe, weapons of mass destruction.
[01:54:34.020 --> 01:54:36.380] They just keep repurposing this stuff and spending it.
[01:54:37.220 --> 01:54:39.580] Well, Iran is a country of over 90 million people.
[01:54:40.500 --> 01:54:46.700] It has a large military that is overseen by a group of military people that have
[01:54:46.700 --> 01:54:52.940] a long military tested experience going back to the 1980s, the Iran Iraq war.
[01:54:53.660 --> 01:54:58.540] It has one of the world's premier arsenals of mid and long range ballistic missiles.
[01:54:59.060 --> 01:55:03.100] It even possesses hypersonic capabilities, which the Israelis learned
[01:55:03.100 --> 01:55:07.900] about in that 12 day war because of this last June, Israeli warplanes were
[01:55:07.900 --> 01:55:13.180] careful to operate largely outside of Iranian airspace, even though many
[01:55:13.180 --> 01:55:17.060] anti-air missile sites were allegedly destroyed, the threat remains strong.
[01:55:17.500 --> 01:55:22.420] If you look at Venezuela, if there's any resistance there, if there is a guerrilla
[01:55:22.420 --> 01:55:25.740] war, if there's attacks against these, the infrastructure that is there.
[01:55:26.420 --> 01:55:31.340] And, um, if you look at that, it's a jungle environment very much like Vietnam.
[01:55:32.940 --> 01:55:35.340] So why are we getting into these types of situations?
[01:55:35.340 --> 01:55:39.020] As a matter of fact, it's kind of interesting to see the propaganda.
[01:55:39.900 --> 01:55:44.860] Uh, you had people in New York who are both pro and anti Maduro that were
[01:55:44.860 --> 01:55:49.620] protesting, but an immediate aftermath of this, you had a lot of news
[01:55:49.620 --> 01:55:53.100] organizations, especially the Trump supporting news organizations, uh,
[01:55:53.100 --> 01:55:54.140] showing people that look at this.
[01:55:54.140 --> 01:55:57.460]  They're crying tears of joy that Maduro's out.
[01:55:58.260 --> 01:56:03.580] It turns out that was AI slop pretty clearly seen and people are putting
[01:56:03.580 --> 01:56:04.420] that out on social media.
[01:56:04.420 --> 01:56:05.860] A lot of people say, Oh, look at this.
[01:56:05.860 --> 01:56:06.380]  You know, they're crying.
[01:56:06.940 --> 01:56:11.780] That was just generated by AI, but we also saw a classic tactics.
[01:56:11.780 --> 01:56:18.780] There was one woman who was out there, um, cheering, uh, Maduro and I'm
[01:56:18.780 --> 01:56:23.420] sorry, protesting Maduro, uh, the other side, and they try to make it look
[01:56:23.420 --> 01:56:27.100] like there was a large crowd of people that were protesting when you actually
[01:56:27.100 --> 01:56:32.540] look at the pictures, you can see what they have done in terms of positioning
[01:56:32.540 --> 01:56:35.820] the camera so that you don't see just how big the crowd is.
[01:56:35.820 --> 01:56:37.180] They can make the crowd look larger.
[01:56:37.180 --> 01:56:39.660]  I know I've been in this business for a while.
[01:56:40.220 --> 01:56:41.380]  I know how that works.
[01:56:42.260 --> 01:56:46.860] And, um, uh, and if you look closer, you see most of the people that are there
[01:56:46.900 --> 01:56:51.780] standing there or holding their phones up, taking pictures of this woman who is
[01:56:51.780 --> 01:56:54.500] doing pretty much a single person protest.
[01:56:55.380 --> 01:56:57.180]  There's a lot of issues with this.
[01:56:57.900 --> 01:57:03.500] And, uh, this reminds me very much as I look at this part of it, uh, hope
[01:57:03.500 --> 01:57:04.660]  it doesn't work out this way.
[01:57:04.820 --> 01:57:08.260] Honestly, I do hope it doesn't work out this way, but remember when George W.
[01:57:08.260 --> 01:57:14.620] Bush did his mission accomplished speech on the aircraft carrier, was it
[01:57:14.620 --> 01:57:15.300]  accomplished?
[01:57:16.700 --> 01:57:18.540] What happened over a long period of time?
[01:57:19.260 --> 01:57:21.860] And again, to say that, well, we're not going to do nation rebuilding.
[01:57:21.860 --> 01:57:23.380]  That's exactly what they're doing.
[01:57:24.740 --> 01:57:29.620] They're going to try to rebuild oil refineries, some of the things that are
[01:57:29.620 --> 01:57:33.860] most vulnerable to small drone attacks.
[01:57:34.900 --> 01:57:39.500] And so I would certainly expect to see that type of thing, but when it comes
[01:57:39.500 --> 01:57:46.900] to, when it comes to Iran, uh, Naphtali Bennett tweets out it's time.
[01:57:48.100 --> 01:57:51.900] Another Israeli direct threat aimed at Iran.
[01:57:52.740 --> 01:57:57.500] And so, uh, when we look at, um, uh, these different ones, you know, is it
[01:57:57.500 --> 01:57:59.340]  for defense in Greenland?
[01:57:59.340 --> 01:58:01.460] Is it for fentanyl in Venezuela?
[01:58:02.340 --> 01:58:04.580] Is it for an insult in Columbia?
[01:58:04.700 --> 01:58:06.940] Is it for Israel and Iran?
[01:58:07.700 --> 01:58:09.220]  Uh, we'll see what happens.
[01:58:09.380 --> 01:58:15.580] But, uh, we're getting to the point where the, uh, U S, uh, does not have the kind
[01:58:15.580 --> 01:58:18.940] of immunity that they imagined that they do, but I want to leave this now because
[01:58:18.940 --> 01:58:19.940] we spent so much time on it.
[01:58:19.940 --> 01:58:21.740] I want to spend the whole show on this.
[01:58:21.740 --> 01:58:23.340] I've got some other things that are very important.
[01:58:23.340 --> 01:58:26.860] I want to talk about, so we're going to take a break and we're going to come
[01:58:26.860 --> 01:58:30.900] back and talk about what is happening with pharmaceuticals.
[01:58:30.900 --> 01:58:34.220] We're going to talk a little bit about, uh, Scott Adams and, uh, some of the
[01:58:34.220 --> 01:58:38.020] things as Christians that we need to be looking for, for this next year.
[01:58:38.020 --> 01:58:43.100] And, uh, so we're going to take a quick break and we will be right back.
[02:01:08.020 --> 02:01:28.300] Hey, it's Ben Ferguson and I want to be honest with you for a second about how
[02:01:28.300 --> 02:01:30.500] an act of compassion really feels.
[02:01:30.620 --> 02:01:35.780] A couple of years ago, I made the choice to partner with an amazing organization
[02:01:35.780 --> 02:01:37.420]  called Compassion International.
[02:01:37.620 --> 02:01:38.180]  Why?
[02:01:38.460 --> 02:01:41.220]  Because I wanted to sponsor a child in need.
[02:01:41.620 --> 02:01:42.700]  It was a nice idea.
[02:01:42.700 --> 02:01:43.260]  Sure.
[02:01:43.500 --> 02:01:48.940] But I had no idea just how much that simple act would change my life as well.
[02:01:49.380 --> 02:01:54.300] I sponsored Nadia and got to watch her life change right in front of my eyes,
[02:01:54.580 --> 02:01:59.180] going from starving literally alone on the streets to getting the healthcare
[02:01:59.180 --> 02:02:03.700] and education she needs to reach her God given full potential.
[02:02:04.220 --> 02:02:08.740] I got to be a part of that change and the light of that compassion, not only
[02:02:08.740 --> 02:02:14.620] illuminates in her, it illuminates now in me, that is the power of compassion.
[02:02:14.980 --> 02:02:18.180] The light of Christ shines on all of us.
[02:02:18.580 --> 02:02:23.700] Feel it for yourself and change literally a child's life, change the world.
[02:02:23.860 --> 02:02:25.580] And you also change yourself.
[02:02:25.780 --> 02:02:27.540]  You can sponsor a child today.
[02:02:27.700 --> 02:02:29.900]  Visit compassion.com.
[02:02:30.300 --> 02:02:32.820]  That's compassion.com.

[02:03:24.220 --> 02:03:27.500] Let's talk a little bit about what's happening with vaccines and pharmaceutical
[02:03:27.500 --> 02:03:31.740] business, as well as HHS and CMS and others.
[02:03:32.420 --> 02:03:37.860] Now, The Washington Post is talking about how trust in vaccines is gone.
[02:03:38.460 --> 02:03:41.660] They're pulling out everything they can to try to scare people back into this.
[02:03:41.660 --> 02:03:45.020] They constantly are going back to South Carolina and saying, look, you know,
[02:03:45.020 --> 02:03:48.420]  there's a huge epidemic of measles in South Carolina.
[02:03:48.420 --> 02:03:48.860]  Guess what?
[02:03:49.140 --> 02:03:49.940]  Nobody died.
[02:03:51.380 --> 02:03:54.380] Go back and look at the rate of autism in a few years.
[02:03:54.540 --> 02:03:58.540] Maybe it maybe it's going down in South Carolina, but The Washington Post comes
[02:03:58.540 --> 02:04:00.380] out offers a lot of different reasons.
[02:04:01.140 --> 02:04:04.900] They say distrust of authorities, political polarization, misinformation,
[02:04:04.900 --> 02:04:06.540]  backlash against mandates.
[02:04:07.580 --> 02:04:13.940] All of this is detached from responsibility, says Brownstone.
[02:04:13.940 --> 02:04:18.780] The article describes the consequences of distrust without ever talking about
[02:04:18.780 --> 02:04:21.060]  why people distrust them.
[02:04:22.140 --> 02:04:26.060] It's an unwillingness by the media, by public health officials, many of these
[02:04:26.060 --> 02:04:29.980] people to address what really happened with the Trump shots.
[02:04:29.980 --> 02:04:35.300] And as a matter of fact, this article, they don't even want to go there in terms
[02:04:35.300 --> 02:04:39.620] of criticizing Trump and his involvement and all of that, or to talk about how
[02:04:39.620 --> 02:04:45.220] people booed Trump when he introduced Albert Borla, and yet they still support
[02:04:45.220 --> 02:04:45.540]  Trump.
[02:04:45.620 --> 02:04:46.540]  That's the amazing thing.
[02:04:46.740 --> 02:04:50.860] And with all of this happening, even RFK Jr.
[02:04:51.420 --> 02:04:55.420] is reluctant to confront the COVID vaccines.
[02:04:55.820 --> 02:04:59.220] He knows that Trump likes them and wants to take credit for them.
[02:04:59.780 --> 02:05:03.940] So he's not going to confront them and stop them either, even though he knows
[02:05:03.980 --> 02:05:10.820] fully well that they are killing and crippling people in massive numbers.
[02:05:11.980 --> 02:05:21.420] The good news is, however, that CMS, and again, this is this is under HHS under
[02:05:21.900 --> 02:05:25.500] RFK Jr., but CMS is directly under Dr.
[02:05:25.500 --> 02:05:31.380] Oz, which is not a big fan of the things that Dr.
[02:05:31.380 --> 02:05:35.660] Oz has done in the past, but doctors will no longer be receiving financial
[02:05:35.660 --> 02:05:38.620]  rewards for vaccinating kids.
[02:05:39.220 --> 02:05:44.220] CMS has been bribed, let's put it more plainly, they're not rewards, they're
[02:05:44.220 --> 02:05:44.860]  bribes.
[02:05:44.940 --> 02:05:45.300]  Okay.
[02:05:46.140 --> 02:05:49.940] And this is what I tried to explain to the people who were trying to cover for
[02:05:49.940 --> 02:05:51.460]  Trump back in 2020.
[02:05:51.740 --> 02:05:52.660]  He's not doing it.
[02:05:52.660 --> 02:05:54.700] It's the bad governors that are doing it.
[02:05:54.700 --> 02:05:58.660] And of course, it was also the hospitals that were killing people, but they were
[02:05:58.660 --> 02:06:01.260] not coming to that understanding yet.
[02:06:01.260 --> 02:06:04.700] They didn't realize how the ventilators were killing people, even though we
[02:06:04.700 --> 02:06:05.300]  reported it.
[02:06:06.380 --> 02:06:07.700] The hospitals are being bribed.
[02:06:08.100 --> 02:06:11.820] The governors are being bribed with cash from Trump.
[02:06:12.060 --> 02:06:17.260] And it was CMS was bribing the hospitals saying, if you point the finger at
[02:06:17.260 --> 02:06:19.140] somebody, you don't even have to have a test initially.
[02:06:20.260 --> 02:06:23.020] You do a clinical diagnosis, you point and say, this person's got a
[02:06:23.020 --> 02:06:23.820]  respiratory illness.
[02:06:24.020 --> 02:06:24.660]  Is it cold?
[02:06:24.660 --> 02:06:25.260]  Is it flu?
[02:06:25.260 --> 02:06:26.060]  No, it's COVID.
[02:06:26.500 --> 02:06:30.660] Well, if you do that and you say it's COVID, without even having the PCR
[02:06:30.660 --> 02:06:37.700] baloney done, and it is baloney, we will give you a cash bonus, right?
[02:06:38.460 --> 02:06:39.900]  And what was it?
[02:06:39.900 --> 02:06:41.500]  I think it was $13,000.
[02:06:42.100 --> 02:06:45.180] And if you put it on a ventilator, you get another $39,000.
[02:06:45.740 --> 02:06:50.300] And then anything, well, you get a $13,000 bonus and then anything that
[02:06:50.300 --> 02:06:57.540] you do to anybody, they've got COVID, we will give you a 20% bonus reward for
[02:06:57.540 --> 02:06:59.660] saying that somebody's got COVID, whether they do or not.
[02:07:00.060 --> 02:07:03.660] And this whole thing blew up when the American Hospital Association in August
[02:07:03.660 --> 02:07:09.460] of 2020 said to CMS, wait a minute, you told us that you didn't have any tests
[02:07:09.460 --> 02:07:13.300] for COVID, you told us that they didn't work anyway, you didn't have enough of
[02:07:13.300 --> 02:07:14.740]  them and they didn't work anyway.
[02:07:14.900 --> 02:07:18.300] So you told us just to do a clinical diagnosis, and now you're going to
[02:07:18.300 --> 02:07:23.020] require us to have evidence that we ran a test that you said you didn't have
[02:07:23.020 --> 02:07:24.940] enough of, that you said didn't work.
[02:07:25.180 --> 02:07:30.340] You're going to require that test result in order to pay us the bonus
[02:07:30.340 --> 02:07:31.980]  reward that you promised.
[02:07:32.860 --> 02:07:35.060]  That's why I say there's no honor among thieves, right?
[02:07:35.980 --> 02:07:37.180] So the truth did come out.
[02:07:37.700 --> 02:07:42.620] The American Hospital Association, AHS, AHA, an aha moment.
[02:07:42.660 --> 02:07:46.380] Well, they've been doing the same thing with childhood vaccines.
[02:07:47.180 --> 02:07:56.940] And so CMS has been involved in bribing people for this as well.
[02:07:58.180 --> 02:08:04.220] So they said they're not going to have payment to performance, they're not
[02:08:04.220 --> 02:08:09.100] tied payment to performance on immunization quality measures and
[02:08:09.100 --> 02:08:12.380] Medicaid and childhood health insurance program, CHIP.
[02:08:12.660 --> 02:08:13.500]  At the federal level.
[02:08:13.900 --> 02:08:15.260] So they're going to back off on that.
[02:08:15.860 --> 02:08:18.020] The problem is there's another aspect of this.
[02:08:18.020 --> 02:08:23.940] When you look at how bloodthirsty greedy the medical establishment was to
[02:08:23.940 --> 02:08:29.980] vaccinate children with 72 shots, truly is astounding.
[02:08:30.660 --> 02:08:34.580] Not only were they getting bonuses from CMS, again, the same type of
[02:08:34.580 --> 02:08:39.220] thing they did through COVID, but they were also getting penalized by the
[02:08:39.220 --> 02:08:40.860] insurance companies if they didn't do it.
[02:08:41.540 --> 02:08:44.860] And we've talked about that as well, that if you didn't get a certain
[02:08:44.860 --> 02:08:51.180] percentage of your pediatric patients up to, you know, caught up on their
[02:08:51.180 --> 02:08:55.340] vaccine schedule, if you didn't get, you know, let's say 80% of them or
[02:08:55.340 --> 02:09:00.420] whatever, they would cut your insurance payments to the extent that as Travis
[02:09:00.420 --> 02:09:07.420] and his wife had to search for pediatrician that would not push the
[02:09:07.420 --> 02:09:10.420] vaccines on them and would see them if they didn't get vaccinated.
[02:09:10.740 --> 02:09:13.900] Cause if you take somebody in as a patient and they're not going to do
[02:09:13.900 --> 02:09:18.540] the vaccines, that could basically bankrupt your practice because insurance
[02:09:18.540 --> 02:09:19.980] isn't going to pay for anything that you do.
[02:09:21.020 --> 02:09:27.180] And so the pediatrician that they had to go to, they have to pay because
[02:09:27.220 --> 02:09:31.500] of this financial issue, they have to pay to basically be a member of a
[02:09:31.700 --> 02:09:33.580] club there in order to do that.
[02:09:33.580 --> 02:09:34.780] Isn't that the way that works, Travis?
[02:09:35.580 --> 02:09:38.860] Yes, to make up for the fact that they're not making the money
[02:09:38.860 --> 02:09:41.260]  from the vaccination quota.
[02:09:41.300 --> 02:09:43.940] And that they're getting punished by the insurance industry, cutting all of
[02:09:43.940 --> 02:09:45.940] their payments for anything that they file.
[02:09:46.140 --> 02:09:53.020] So CMS has been bribing people to vaccinate children on schedule with 72
[02:09:53.020 --> 02:09:57.260] vaccines, the insurance companies have been shutting down practices financially
[02:09:57.860 --> 02:10:00.940] by penalizing the carrots and sticks all over the place.
[02:10:01.820 --> 02:10:04.620] And so good to see that happening.
[02:10:04.740 --> 02:10:08.140] And at the same time, RFK Jr.
[02:10:08.140 --> 02:10:12.260] is cutting down the number of recommended vaccines for kids.
[02:10:13.340 --> 02:10:18.460] So the vaccine schedule is not a mandate, said Senator Cassidy,
[02:10:18.460 --> 02:10:20.300]  who is a pro-vaccine guy.
[02:10:20.820 --> 02:10:23.580]  It's a recommendation, giving parents the power.
[02:10:24.780 --> 02:10:26.020] Is he lying to your face?
[02:10:26.620 --> 02:10:27.500]  Well, yes, he is.
[02:10:28.820 --> 02:10:30.540]  How do you say that it's not a mandate?
[02:10:30.940 --> 02:10:34.460] They may not mandate it on the parent side, but you won't be able to
[02:10:34.460 --> 02:10:36.500] get a pediatrician to see your child.
[02:10:37.020 --> 02:10:40.700] If you don't get the shots again, because why the insurance industry will
[02:10:40.700 --> 02:10:44.380] put them out of business and they won't get the bonuses from CMS.
[02:10:44.740 --> 02:10:49.300] So hopefully this kind of structural issue is changing.
[02:10:49.300 --> 02:10:50.620] We can hope that it's going to change.
[02:10:50.620 --> 02:10:52.340] It looks like it's starting to move in that direction.
[02:10:52.660 --> 02:10:53.980]  Hey, it's Ben Ferguson.
[02:10:53.980 --> 02:10:57.380] And I want to be honest with you for a second about how an
[02:10:57.380 --> 02:10:59.500] act of compassion really feels.
[02:10:59.580 --> 02:11:03.900] A couple of years ago, I made the choice to partner with an amazing
[02:11:03.900 --> 02:11:06.420]  organization called Compassion International.
[02:11:06.580 --> 02:11:07.140]  Why?
[02:11:07.420 --> 02:11:10.220]  Because I wanted to sponsor a child in need.
[02:11:10.620 --> 02:11:11.700]  It was a nice idea.
[02:11:11.700 --> 02:11:12.220]  Sure.
[02:11:12.500 --> 02:11:17.900] But I had no idea just how much that simple act would change my life as well.
[02:11:18.340 --> 02:11:23.260] I sponsored Nadia and got to watch her life change right in front of my eyes,
[02:11:23.540 --> 02:11:28.140] going from starving literally alone on the streets to getting the healthcare
[02:11:28.140 --> 02:11:32.700] and education she needs to reach her God given full potential.
[02:11:33.260 --> 02:11:37.580] I got to be a part of that change and the light of that compassion, not
[02:11:37.580 --> 02:11:43.660] only illuminates in her, it illuminates now in me, that is the power of compassion.
[02:11:44.020 --> 02:11:47.220] The light of Christ shines on all of us.
[02:11:47.620 --> 02:11:52.220] Feel it for yourself and change literally a child's life, change the
[02:11:52.220 --> 02:11:54.660] world, and you also change yourself.
[02:11:54.820 --> 02:11:56.580]  You can sponsor a child today.

[02:12:32.860 --> 02:12:41.460] And when we look at other news, you've got, well, I say this is the wrong one here.
[02:12:41.580 --> 02:12:42.100]  Here it is.
[02:12:43.540 --> 02:12:45.060] This headline got my attention.
[02:12:45.620 --> 02:12:46.780]  This is from Newsmax.
[02:12:46.780 --> 02:12:49.100] Again, they're going to be pushing Trump.
[02:12:49.980 --> 02:12:54.580] Trump's credit card cap could give consumers $100 billion in savings.
[02:12:54.580 --> 02:12:56.340] I looked at it and I thought, credit card cap?
[02:12:56.380 --> 02:12:58.060] This is the first I've seen of that.
[02:12:58.060 --> 02:12:59.420] Is he getting ready to do something with that?
[02:13:00.300 --> 02:13:04.380] Because this is something that I have talked about for the longest time.
[02:13:04.380 --> 02:13:09.300] I said, if I ever ran for office again, state or federal, I would make that the
[02:13:09.700 --> 02:13:11.100]  key issue that I run for.
[02:13:11.100 --> 02:13:17.060] I think that more than anything speaks to people about the greed and the
[02:13:17.060 --> 02:13:20.220] corruption of the system that is there.
[02:13:20.740 --> 02:13:23.580] I thought it'd be great news if that's true to go back to restoring the
[02:13:23.580 --> 02:13:27.460]  usury laws, a cap of 10% on credit cards.
[02:13:27.460 --> 02:13:34.500] Because right now the average interest rate on credit card accounts is 22.8%.
[02:13:35.340 --> 02:13:38.540] And this is when the banks are getting the money from the federal reserve.
[02:13:38.540 --> 02:13:40.740] This is federal reserves on things.
[02:13:40.740 --> 02:13:48.860] Federal reserve says, yeah, we, the banks pay us 4% and then they charge you 22.8%.
[02:13:50.180 --> 02:13:55.460] During his 2024 presidential campaign, candidate Trump announced that he would
[02:13:55.460 --> 02:14:00.220] cap credit card rates at 10%, but here's the news flash for Newsmax.
[02:14:01.260 --> 02:14:02.940]  President Trump's not talking about this.
[02:14:03.180 --> 02:14:07.700] He's talking about spending money and putting it on the national credit
[02:14:07.700 --> 02:14:10.380] card to have more wars.
[02:14:10.380 --> 02:14:11.460]  That's what he's talking about.
[02:14:11.980 --> 02:14:16.980] Most states ban such excessive interest rates charged to consumers
[02:14:16.980 --> 02:14:19.260]  under so-called usury laws.
[02:14:19.500 --> 02:14:23.620] Again, it's just something that can be done at the state level.
[02:14:24.620 --> 02:14:30.300] Usury laws were removed at the federal level, I think at the federal level, when
[02:14:30.460 --> 02:14:34.780] we had massive inflation at the end of the 1970s.
[02:14:35.500 --> 02:14:39.660] And as I said before, when Karen and I got our first home, we paid 13%
[02:14:39.660 --> 02:14:41.660] fixed interest rate on the home loan mortgage.
[02:14:42.140 --> 02:14:43.340] We were young and stupid.
[02:14:43.940 --> 02:14:51.260] And, but when you look at the fact that for years, they've been charging
[02:14:51.340 --> 02:14:56.100] people 20, 30, 40% or more on credit card rates, and for the longest time,
[02:14:56.100 --> 02:14:57.580]  they weren't even paying 4%.
[02:14:57.580 --> 02:15:04.940] They were getting it at a 0% rate after the 2008 issues that were there.
[02:15:05.540 --> 02:15:10.340] A small number of states, however, like Delaware have made a racket out of
[02:15:10.340 --> 02:15:15.020] giving banks domicile their almost free reign to charge consumers as much as
[02:15:15.020 --> 02:15:15.500]  they want.
[02:15:16.260 --> 02:15:19.980] So that apparently is how they're able to get through this as a loophole.
[02:15:20.620 --> 02:15:25.340] The banks can still make enormous profits if they get it for 4% and
[02:15:25.340 --> 02:15:28.220]  charge people 20 something percent.
[02:15:28.780 --> 02:15:32.220] And it's kind of interesting that you have a couple of bills.
[02:15:32.220 --> 02:15:33.740] This is not coming from Trump.
[02:15:34.380 --> 02:15:37.420] This is coming from people in Congress on the Senate side.
[02:15:37.980 --> 02:15:41.900] The people who have picked it up and run with it are Josh Hawley, Republican,
[02:15:42.300 --> 02:15:48.980] and Bernie Sanders to cap interest rates at 10% for five years.
[02:15:50.460 --> 02:15:51.340]  Why five years?
[02:15:51.340 --> 02:15:55.980] Well, everybody knows inflation is going to come roaring back, and you're going
[02:15:55.980 --> 02:16:01.580] to have a situation just like you did in the late 1970s, framing it as immediate
[02:16:01.580 --> 02:16:03.180]  relief for working Americans.
[02:16:03.740 --> 02:16:11.100] On the House side, you have Republican Anna Polina Luna joining Alexandria
[02:16:11.100 --> 02:16:12.940]  Occasional Cortex, AOC.
[02:16:13.900 --> 02:16:20.300] So you've got the two of the most leftist people of the Democrats, AOC and
[02:16:20.300 --> 02:16:21.900] Bernie Sanders, pick this up.
[02:16:22.540 --> 02:16:24.940] And fortunately, you've got a couple of Republicans doing it.
[02:16:24.940 --> 02:16:31.180] But the issue is why are Republicans, for the most part, abandoning this and
[02:16:31.180 --> 02:16:35.580] letting the Democrats pick up the torch and say we're going to defend people
[02:16:35.580 --> 02:16:37.020] against the exploitation of the banks?
[02:16:37.020 --> 02:16:39.180]  This is clearly exploitation.
[02:16:40.140 --> 02:16:44.700] We should be against it when it happens from corporations or banks, just like
[02:16:44.700 --> 02:16:47.740] we should be against it when the government does evil things.
[02:16:47.740 --> 02:16:52.380] But again, that is part of the bipartisan divide has been for a long time.
[02:16:52.940 --> 02:16:56.060] Luna said, for too long, credit card companies have abused working class
[02:16:56.060 --> 02:17:01.820] Americans with absurd interest rates, trapping them in an almost insurmountable
[02:17:01.820 --> 02:17:02.700]  amount of debt.
[02:17:03.820 --> 02:17:06.860] This is always a hallmark of organized crime.
[02:17:06.940 --> 02:17:08.780] Loan sharking is what they called it.
[02:17:09.820 --> 02:17:12.140] And it was something that only the mafia did.
[02:17:13.020 --> 02:17:15.500] Now the banks have become the mafia.
[02:17:16.460 --> 02:17:22.700] And so as a matter of fact, the Bank Policy Institute, which represents the
[02:17:22.700 --> 02:17:27.260] big banks, argued that such a cap would reduce access to credit for the very
[02:17:27.260 --> 02:17:30.620] consumers most likely to revolve their balances.
[02:17:30.620 --> 02:17:32.540] In other words, you know, we've got a lot of poor people out there.
[02:17:32.540 --> 02:17:34.220] They need to have access to credit.
[02:17:34.860 --> 02:17:38.540] And so to give them access to credit, we're going to charge them 20, 30, 40, 50%.
[02:17:40.300 --> 02:17:41.260]  That's going to help them.
[02:17:42.540 --> 02:17:46.060] I mean, what kind of perverted logic is that?
[02:17:47.500 --> 02:17:54.540] You know, remember Godfather, the clip that I played about drugs being a dirty
[02:17:54.540 --> 02:17:54.860]  business.
[02:17:55.420 --> 02:17:58.620] I played that when Trump was selling the vaccine stuff.
[02:17:59.740 --> 02:18:03.340] And in it, you got the Godfather, Marlon Brando.
[02:18:03.980 --> 02:18:05.900] And the meeting of all the different mafia families.
[02:18:05.900 --> 02:18:07.420] He goes, yeah, we got gambling.
[02:18:08.540 --> 02:18:09.660]  We got loans.
[02:18:09.660 --> 02:18:11.260]  We got prostitution.
[02:18:11.260 --> 02:18:12.140]  Not doing drugs.
[02:18:12.140 --> 02:18:13.660]  Drugs is a dirty business, right?
[02:18:15.100 --> 02:18:18.220] But yeah, we have these other things, prostitution, gambling, and loan
[02:18:18.220 --> 02:18:18.540]  sharking.
[02:18:18.540 --> 02:18:19.420] We got all those things.
[02:18:19.420 --> 02:18:20.060]  Those are fine.
[02:18:20.700 --> 02:18:26.540] And those have all been embraced now by the politicians and the banks.
[02:18:26.540 --> 02:18:28.060] They have absolutely embraced that.
[02:18:29.020 --> 02:18:33.340] Well, I'm going to jump over here since we just got a couple of minutes left.
[02:18:34.060 --> 02:18:40.140] And I want to say real quickly, when you look at Scott Adams battling terminal cancer,
[02:18:41.100 --> 02:18:43.500] this has been picked up by a lot of different organizations.
[02:18:44.300 --> 02:18:47.260] And he said, you know, I've had a lot of people talking to me about becoming
[02:18:47.260 --> 02:18:47.580]  Christian.
[02:18:47.580 --> 02:18:50.300] He said, I don't want to argue with people about that.
[02:18:50.300 --> 02:18:52.940]  He says, I promise you, I will convert.
[02:18:52.940 --> 02:18:55.260] But I probably won't spend much time in that phase.
[02:18:55.260 --> 02:18:57.180] So don't expect it to happen today, OK?
[02:18:57.820 --> 02:19:01.020] So he's looking at it and saying, yeah, I guess I need to do something about that.
[02:19:01.740 --> 02:19:04.380] I've been given, you know, everything he says.
[02:19:04.380 --> 02:19:10.460] He says, I don't think there's going to be any recovering from any of this.
[02:19:10.460 --> 02:19:12.460] I'll give you an update if any of that stuff happens.
[02:19:12.460 --> 02:19:14.220]  But I don't think I'm going to recover.
[02:19:14.220 --> 02:19:17.660] And yet still, hang off a second, because I want to talk a little bit about this
[02:19:17.660 --> 02:19:18.380]  before we do that.
[02:19:19.580 --> 02:19:22.060] He still is kicking this can down the road.
[02:19:23.420 --> 02:19:26.620] And I got to say, make sure that you're not someone like that.
[02:19:27.980 --> 02:19:30.300] Tomorrow is not promised to any of us.
[02:19:31.340 --> 02:19:34.700] And we need to understand what our relationship is with God.
[02:19:34.700 --> 02:19:36.620]  He's focused on everything except that.
[02:19:37.660 --> 02:19:39.260] And so many of us are.
[02:19:39.980 --> 02:19:41.500] He said, yeah, probably this summer.
[02:19:41.500 --> 02:19:44.780] When he found out about it in May last year, he said, yeah, probably this summer
[02:19:44.780 --> 02:19:45.980]  I'll be checking it out.
[02:19:45.980 --> 02:19:47.260]  He still hasn't checked it out.
[02:19:48.220 --> 02:19:50.380] As a matter of fact, he says, I'm not an atheist.
[02:19:51.500 --> 02:19:52.940]  They operate from certainty.
[02:19:52.940 --> 02:19:54.540]  So he says, yeah, I don't really know.
[02:19:54.540 --> 02:19:58.060] A lot of people boast about the fact that they are agnostic.
[02:19:58.060 --> 02:19:58.860] And what does that mean?
[02:19:58.860 --> 02:20:03.660] That's a Greek word, gnosis, just like diagnosis or whatever.
[02:20:03.660 --> 02:20:05.100] That means that you know something.
[02:20:05.820 --> 02:20:10.140] When you put an A in front of it, that means you don't know, right?
[02:20:10.860 --> 02:20:12.860]  So agnostic is Greek.
[02:20:13.420 --> 02:20:17.020] And if you were to say it in Latin, it would be ignoramus.
[02:20:18.860 --> 02:20:23.900] People don't like to boast about being an ignoramus, but they boast about being agnostic
[02:20:23.980 --> 02:20:26.060] as if that is some kind of a virtue.
[02:20:27.260 --> 02:20:28.620]  He says he's not been a believer.
[02:20:28.620 --> 02:20:33.660] He said, I usually just let that sit there when Christians talk to me about Christianity.
[02:20:34.220 --> 02:20:36.540] He said, because that's not an argument that I want to have.
[02:20:37.820 --> 02:20:38.780]  Well, it's not an argument.
[02:20:39.340 --> 02:20:40.940]  It's a simple declaration.
[02:20:41.660 --> 02:20:44.300]  And that's really what evangelicalism means.
[02:20:44.300 --> 02:20:46.780] You know, we're not there to debate people.
[02:20:46.780 --> 02:20:49.020]  We're just there to make a declaration.
[02:20:49.660 --> 02:20:52.060] You can accept it or you can reject it.
[02:20:52.940 --> 02:20:54.300] But you need to think about it.
[02:20:54.300 --> 02:20:55.820]  It's not a club that you're joining.
[02:20:55.820 --> 02:21:00.780] It's not like you're changing your voter registration from agnostic to Christian
[02:21:00.780 --> 02:21:01.740]  or something like that.
[02:21:02.780 --> 02:21:05.660] It is something that is far deeper and fundamental.
[02:21:06.540 --> 02:21:13.980] And it's not something that he would do in order to impress and to make amends with other people,
[02:21:13.980 --> 02:21:17.100] other Christians, to join their club.
[02:21:17.980 --> 02:21:22.060] This is about his relationship with God, who he is about to meet.
[02:21:22.940 --> 02:21:26.220] And at which point it will be too late for him to do anything else.
[02:21:26.220 --> 02:21:31.580] He says, I also have respect for any Christian who goes out of their way to try to convert me,
[02:21:31.580 --> 02:21:34.940] because how would I believe you, believe your own religion,
[02:21:35.500 --> 02:21:36.940] if you're not trying to convert me?
[02:21:38.540 --> 02:21:45.260] Which is what I say about people like Mike Huckabee and his first name is John Hagee,
[02:21:45.820 --> 02:21:47.660] Hagee, the guy that's in San Antonio.
[02:21:47.660 --> 02:21:51.660] These Zionists who go out there and say, wow, I think Paul White's in the same category.
[02:21:51.660 --> 02:21:53.340]  I don't want to talk to Jews about Christ.
[02:21:53.980 --> 02:21:54.460]  They're Jews.
[02:21:54.460 --> 02:21:55.580]  I don't need to talk to them about that.
[02:21:56.220 --> 02:21:56.540]  Really?
[02:21:56.540 --> 02:21:57.900]  You don't believe your own faith.
[02:21:57.900 --> 02:22:02.780] You don't believe that there is no way to the Father except through me,
[02:22:02.780 --> 02:22:04.380] which is what Christ said.
[02:22:04.380 --> 02:22:05.900]  He said, I am the way.
[02:22:06.780 --> 02:22:08.300] There is no other way.
[02:22:09.340 --> 02:22:13.180] So then he talked about the Plasticales Wager.
[02:22:13.900 --> 02:22:18.620] So he says, I still have time, but my understanding is that you're never too late.
[02:22:19.580 --> 02:22:23.020] Well, yeah, there is a point at which it is too late for you.
[02:22:23.020 --> 02:22:28.460] As a matter of fact, I looked at this because we just had one of my best friends from high school.
[02:22:29.660 --> 02:22:31.260] His wife just died suddenly.
[02:22:31.260 --> 02:22:33.420] She's been battling cancer for quite some time,
[02:22:33.420 --> 02:22:37.820] but she was actually looking pretty good and doing pretty good at this moment in time.
[02:22:37.820 --> 02:22:38.620]  It was terminal.
[02:22:39.340 --> 02:22:43.420] They went on a trip and she died in her sleep.
[02:22:44.300 --> 02:22:49.180] And so she's doing much better actually than Scott Adams is doing.
[02:22:49.180 --> 02:22:51.500] You never know if you've got time or not.
[02:22:52.060 --> 02:22:56.460] He said, my skepticism I have about reality would certainly be instantly answered
[02:22:57.020 --> 02:22:58.140]  if I wake up in heaven.
[02:22:59.100 --> 02:23:01.820] I do believe that the dominant Christian theory
[02:23:02.620 --> 02:23:06.140] is that I would wake up in heaven if I have a good life.
[02:23:06.940 --> 02:23:09.180] No, that is not Christianity at all.
[02:23:10.700 --> 02:23:11.740]  That's not it at all.
[02:23:13.100 --> 02:23:14.860] We don't get there through our works.
[02:23:14.860 --> 02:23:17.100] We don't get there through pleading our works.
[02:23:18.140 --> 02:23:20.940] You know, as a matter of fact, just like Christ set up the standard,
[02:23:20.940 --> 02:23:24.780]  he said you've heard you're not committed adultery.
[02:23:24.780 --> 02:23:27.420] Because if you look at another person's wife with lust,
[02:23:28.460 --> 02:23:29.900] that is adultery in your heart.
[02:23:30.780 --> 02:23:33.420] Or thou shalt not kill, but if you're angry with somebody,
[02:23:34.300 --> 02:23:36.460]  that's murder in your heart.
[02:23:36.460 --> 02:23:37.740]  It's a much higher standard.
[02:23:39.420 --> 02:23:42.140] And the reality is, excuse me,
[02:23:42.860 --> 02:23:45.900] the reality is that our standards of what is good
[02:23:46.860 --> 02:23:51.020] and our understanding of what we have done in terms of rebellion to God
[02:23:51.980 --> 02:23:55.580] are so skewed that we don't really understand that.
[02:23:55.580 --> 02:23:58.380] We've got a lot of religions that all have a different way
[02:23:58.380 --> 02:24:01.180] that we can earn our way to God.
[02:24:01.980 --> 02:24:05.500] Christian religion is that God came to us.
[02:24:07.020 --> 02:24:12.140] He paid the price in mercy, paid for our sins.
[02:24:13.020 --> 02:24:16.060] And he says, and so to my Christian friends, he said, yes, it is coming.
[02:24:16.700 --> 02:24:18.620] So you don't need to talk me into it.
[02:24:18.620 --> 02:24:23.340] I am now convinced that the risk reward is completely smart.
[02:24:24.140 --> 02:24:27.100] If it turns out that there's nothing there, I've lost nothing.
[02:24:27.820 --> 02:24:33.180] But I've respected your wishes, and I like doing that.
[02:24:33.900 --> 02:24:35.660] And if it turns out that there is something there,
[02:24:35.660 --> 02:24:38.700] the Christian model is the closest to it, then I win.
[02:24:40.620 --> 02:24:43.900] This is the kind of thing where he looked at
[02:24:43.900 --> 02:24:46.220] what was happening with the vaccine stuff and everything.
[02:24:46.220 --> 02:24:47.980] And he said, okay, so you guys win.
[02:24:47.980 --> 02:24:48.940] You made the right decision.
[02:24:48.940 --> 02:24:51.580] I got the vaccine and it wasn't the right decision.
[02:24:51.580 --> 02:24:55.100] And perhaps, I don't know, perhaps that's why he has cancer now,
[02:24:55.820 --> 02:24:56.700]  the turbo cancer.
[02:24:56.700 --> 02:25:00.540] But he said, you just lucked into that position
[02:25:01.340 --> 02:25:05.100] because your bias is to resist what the government does.
[02:25:05.100 --> 02:25:05.980]  So you got lucky.
[02:25:06.540 --> 02:25:07.580]  It's like, no, we didn't.
[02:25:07.580 --> 02:25:09.180] There was actually evidence for that.
[02:25:09.180 --> 02:25:10.780]  And there's evidence for Christ.
[02:25:11.500 --> 02:25:12.540]  There's evidence for God.
[02:25:12.540 --> 02:25:13.740]  There's evidence for the Bible.
[02:25:14.620 --> 02:25:20.060] And so, again, I say this because we can all learn from this.
[02:25:22.460 --> 02:25:23.740] And he still needs your prayer
[02:25:24.460 --> 02:25:29.260] because that is the guy really doesn't know what's going on with that.
[02:25:30.060 --> 02:25:37.500] But we just, again, I hope that you can do something with this to help other people.
[02:25:38.700 --> 02:25:40.540] Dilbert has headlined another place.
[02:25:40.540 --> 02:25:44.940] Dilbert, comic creator, says that he'll convert to Christianity someday.
[02:25:46.060 --> 02:25:49.580] Well, it would be comical if it was not so tragic.
[02:25:51.660 --> 02:25:53.020] So keep him in your prayers.
[02:25:53.020 --> 02:25:54.780]  And I hope that you have a nice day.
[02:25:54.780 --> 02:25:55.820] Thank you for joining us.
[02:25:56.540 --> 02:25:57.980] All right, Travis, you can play us out.
[02:26:23.500 --> 02:26:25.020]  And the communist future.
[02:26:26.460 --> 02:26:30.220] They see the common man as simple, unsophisticated, ordinary.
[02:26:31.180 --> 02:26:35.660] But each of us has worth and dignity created in the image of God.
[02:26:37.820 --> 02:26:39.260] That is what we have in common.
[02:26:39.820 --> 02:26:41.500] That is what they want to take away.
[02:26:42.300 --> 02:26:46.700] Their most powerful weapons are isolation, deception, intimidation.
[02:26:47.420 --> 02:26:51.980] They desire to know everything about us while they hide everything from us.
[02:26:53.020 --> 02:26:56.620] It's time to turn that around and expose what they want to hide.
[02:26:57.900 --> 02:27:02.620] Please share the information and links you'll find at TheDavidNightShow.com.
