[01:48.000 --> 01:56.000]  Well, this last weekend we got a clear example of Trump's absolute contempt for the rule of law.
[01:56.000 --> 02:02.000]  In terms of the overthrowing of his tariffs, as well as his egonomics.
[02:02.000 --> 02:07.000]  It's not economics, and it's not geopolitics, it's egopolitics as well.
[02:07.000 --> 02:15.000]  He immediately demonstrates why the founders wisely chose not to give these powers to one person.
[02:15.000 --> 02:20.000]  His knee-jerk reaction is to say, well, I'll do 10% tariffs on the entire world.
[02:20.000 --> 02:23.000]  And then the next day he jumps it to 15%.
[02:24.000 --> 02:31.000]  How does anybody run a business under these kind of chaotic, constantly changing circumstances?
[02:31.000 --> 02:38.000]  And as we see in Mexico, the drug cartels have assumed the military power of states.
[02:38.000 --> 02:43.000]  You might want to keep that in mind as you look at this Iran War.
[02:43.000 --> 02:52.000]  What could an adversary of the United States do with mercenaries like the drug cartels in America?
[02:52.000 --> 02:56.000]  In our country? We'll be right back.
[03:10.000 --> 03:15.000]  Yeah, it truly is amazing when you look at what is happening in Mexico.
[03:15.000 --> 03:20.000]  Big story worldwide, of course, when you have these types of terrorist events happening.
[03:20.000 --> 03:34.000]  They had some guy whose name was Nemesio Cervantes, the nemesis of Cervantes, I guess, the guy who did Don Quixote.

[03:37.000 --> 03:46.000]  But when you look at this, and as the U.S. is ramping up the physical aspects of the war on drugs,
[03:46.000 --> 03:50.000]  perhaps this is what it was all about to start with, right?
[03:50.000 --> 03:55.000]  Because there was absolutely no possibility, and we've demonstrated this for 50 years,
[03:55.000 --> 04:00.000]  you can't stop people from using drugs by using the police.
[04:00.000 --> 04:03.000]  It's a spiritual issue.
[04:03.000 --> 04:07.000]  And so we're going to ignore the spiritual war, so we're going to get the real thing, I guess,
[04:07.000 --> 04:10.000]  and we're going to probably get that good and hard here in America.
[04:10.000 --> 04:14.000]  But I want to focus first on the terrorists.
[04:14.000 --> 04:23.000]  And of course, Trump's rage and temper tantrum first at the Supreme Court, then at the entire world.
[04:23.000 --> 04:25.000]  He's going to tax the world, right?
[04:25.000 --> 04:26.000]  And you stop and think about it.
[04:26.000 --> 04:28.000]  How does this make any kind of economic sense?
[04:28.000 --> 04:35.000]  Well, it doesn't, except that the calculus of Trump is not whether or not there is a principle involved.
[04:35.000 --> 04:38.000]  It's not about the rule of law, the Constitution, or anything else.
[04:38.000 --> 04:40.000]  It's not about economics either.
[04:40.000 --> 04:43.000]  It's about loyalty and power.
[04:43.000 --> 04:45.000]  Everything is about that for him.
[04:45.000 --> 04:51.000]  So I call it egonomics and egopolitics, not geopolitics.
[04:51.000 --> 04:56.000]  And so when the Supreme Court says, A, there's not an emergency,
[04:56.000 --> 05:03.000]  and B, you don't have the legal authority even if there was an emergency.
[05:03.000 --> 05:09.000]  Emergency! Everybody to get from the street!
[05:09.000 --> 05:11.000]  Yeah, remember that?
[05:11.000 --> 05:13.000]  Remember that, the emergency?
[05:13.000 --> 05:15.000]  You know, we've got three branches of government, right?
[05:15.000 --> 05:21.000]  We have the legislative, the judicial, and the emergency branch.
[05:21.000 --> 05:27.000]  He claims emergency about everything, and that gives him supposedly the power to do anything that he wants, which is what he said.
[05:27.000 --> 05:29.000]  He said, I can do anything I want.
[05:29.000 --> 05:32.000]  I can destroy a country over there if I want to, right?
[05:32.000 --> 05:40.000]  It's amazing the ego of this guy and how dangerous he is to everyone, but especially to our country.
[05:40.000 --> 05:45.000]  He's made us the pariah of the world, and rightfully so.
[05:45.000 --> 05:53.000]  And so he immediately jumped into his egopolitics, you know, just like he did with the ICE thuggery.
[05:53.000 --> 05:57.000]  There's ways to approach the issues.
[05:57.000 --> 06:08.000]  And by the way, there's a large report that came out from the Heritage Foundation talking about the welfare magnet of schools for illegal aliens.
[06:08.000 --> 06:13.000]  And this goes back to an old Supreme Court decision that was wrongly decided.
[06:13.000 --> 06:19.000]  And it pointed out that, you know, if we were to, it's a tremendous cost.
[06:19.000 --> 06:28.000]  And just in Texas alone, the number of students tripled from 2021 to 2024.
[06:28.000 --> 06:37.000]  In just three years, they tripled the number of students who come in and take English as a second language classes, right?
[06:37.000 --> 06:41.000]  So this is what's happening with it. I said the entire, I mean, I was gone by 2021.
[06:41.000 --> 06:49.000]  I mean, the big explosions happened since I've been gone from Texas, but I could see it happening before that, through the Trump years even.
[06:49.000 --> 06:57.000]  I even said you're not going to have the American dream of owning a home if you're going to give dreamers a free education.
[06:57.000 --> 07:03.000]  And it's the same type of thing that we see in terms of in-state tuition, right?
[07:03.000 --> 07:15.000]  If in-state tuition is not a violation of equal protection, then why can't you charge people who are bringing their kids from a foreign country for free education?
[07:15.000 --> 07:21.000]  Why can't you charge them for tuition? Some states need to test that Supreme Court decision.
[07:21.000 --> 07:28.000]  They've had six of them who have tried to do that, but they have, that legislation has failed at the state level.
[07:28.000 --> 07:35.000]  Tennessee was one of them, and that legislation needs to pass so you can have that Supreme Court decision.
[07:35.000 --> 07:39.000]  It's the welfare. And, you know, they talk about magnet schools all the time.
[07:39.000 --> 07:43.000]  Well, the biggest part of the welfare magnet is the schools.
[07:43.000 --> 07:47.000]  That's a different thing, but it's really what they are. It's the magnet schools.
[07:47.000 --> 07:55.000]  And so when you look at Trump's immediate knee-jerk reaction was to criticize the Supreme Court.
[07:55.000 --> 08:07.000]  As some people pointed out, maybe that's not such a good idea since he's got so many cases coming up before the Supreme Court, since he has tried to ignore the rule of law in so many different ways.
[08:07.000 --> 08:11.000]  Maybe it's not a good idea to antagonize them.
[08:11.000 --> 08:22.000]  However, the people who voted against him, you know, it was a 6-3 decision, and the people who voted to take down the tariffs that he demanded,
[08:22.000 --> 08:27.000]  three of them, of course, were the Democrat women who were put in by Obama and Biden.
[08:27.000 --> 08:32.000]  The other three were Roberts and two Trump appointees.
[08:32.000 --> 08:39.000]  Two of the three Trump appointees voted against him, and I'm surprised that it wasn't 9-0.
[08:39.000 --> 08:50.000]  I was really surprised that, I want to say Scalia, but it was Alito and Clarence Thomas voted to let the president do it.
[08:50.000 --> 08:53.000]  It's like, I thought you guys cared about the Constitution.
[08:53.000 --> 08:55.000]  I thought you originalists.
[08:55.000 --> 09:01.000]  How in the world do you fit this kind of thing into an originalist interpretation of the Constitution?
[09:01.000 --> 09:03.000]  It just isn't possible.
[09:03.000 --> 09:18.000]  As the New American has pointed out, they still haven't gone back and looked at the constitutionality of what is being done in so many different ways of the legislative branch not doing their job.
[09:18.000 --> 09:22.000]  They pass everything over to the emergency branch and do nothing.
[09:22.000 --> 09:26.000]  They pass it over to the bureaucracy, which is all under the emergency branch.
[09:26.000 --> 09:33.000]  And so it's kind of fitting, I think, since Trump has done so much to attack small businesses and destroy them,
[09:33.000 --> 09:40.000]  with the lockdowns and the CARES Act and the payroll protection plan that most of it went to the big businesses,
[09:40.000 --> 09:46.000]  because, of course, Trump redefined what a small business was to include his businesses.
[09:46.000 --> 09:58.000]  And so more than 50% of the money that was earmarked to help small businesses survive is blatantly unconstitutional tyranny of a lockdown.
[09:58.000 --> 10:03.000]  Most of that money, over half of that money went to 5% of the companies.
[10:03.000 --> 10:07.000]  And the people who had small businesses and put that in the past tense,
[10:08.000 --> 10:17.000]  people who had small businesses once upon a time before Trump, they got nothing, basically, little pittance that was there.
[10:17.000 --> 10:23.000]  And then, of course, there's Howard Lutnick, lucky lying Lutnick.
[10:23.000 --> 10:25.000]  And he's at the center of this.
[10:25.000 --> 10:30.000]  He's basically selling shorts on the Trump tariffs as he's pushing the Trump tariffs.
[10:30.000 --> 10:35.000]  Basically, what he was doing was derivatives of hedges of this.
[10:35.000 --> 10:36.000]  So they made an offer.
[10:36.000 --> 10:43.000]  His company, Cantor Fitzgerald, made an offer to a lot of different companies.
[10:43.000 --> 10:48.000]  And, oh, by the way, even though they've come out and denied it, the emails are there.
[10:48.000 --> 10:53.000]  And you got Wired and other publications have shown the emails.
[10:53.000 --> 10:55.000]  That doesn't stop Howard Lutnick.
[10:55.000 --> 11:01.000]  Look at what he did with the Epstein files, even though the emails pointed the finger at him, showed what he was doing.
[11:01.000 --> 11:03.000]  He committed perjury.
[11:03.000 --> 11:04.000]  He lied under oath.
[11:04.000 --> 11:09.000]  Even with the emails there, he continues to lie.
[11:09.000 --> 11:17.000]  And so you can discount what they said about this, because we've got the emails to show this, just like with the Epstein stuff.
[11:17.000 --> 11:26.000]  So what they did was they went around the companies and said, you know, you've paid a fortune in these Trump tariffs because it's American companies that are paying it.
[11:26.000 --> 11:31.000]  So American companies are going to either go out of business or they're going to pass those costs along with customers.
[11:31.000 --> 11:33.000]  That's the way it works, folks.
[11:33.000 --> 11:39.000]  Just like with minimum wage and other things like you either pass those costs along or you go out of business.
[11:39.000 --> 11:44.000]  Anyway, he goes to them and says, yeah, these tariffs are really big, but there's a Supreme Court case out there.
[11:44.000 --> 11:48.000]  Now, you know, if you think you're going to win the Supreme Court case, then go for it.
[11:48.000 --> 11:53.000]  And then you can go through the process of trying to get your money out of this.
[11:54.000 --> 12:05.000]  Or I'll give you 20 to 30 percent of your potential refund and I'll bet that these things get overturned.
[12:05.000 --> 12:08.000]  That's what Lutnick and his company were doing, Cantor Fitzgerald.
[12:08.000 --> 12:17.000]  They're betting that the tariffs that Lutnick was pushing as being vital to American interests, they're betting they're going to be overturned.
[12:17.000 --> 12:19.000]  And now they get overturned.
[12:19.000 --> 12:26.000]  They can go through and collect these things and get 70 to 80 percent of the tariffs that have been paid.
[12:26.000 --> 12:30.000]  We're talking over 200 billion, I think.
[12:30.000 --> 12:33.000]  The Trump administration has thrown out figures of 600 billion or whatever.
[12:33.000 --> 12:36.000]  But now as I see it, they lie about everything.
[12:36.000 --> 12:46.000]  As I see it now, most people are putting the figure at around 200 billion in terms of tariffs that have been paid and now need to be refunded.
[12:46.000 --> 12:55.000]  And so Cantor Fitzgerald has set themselves up to take 70 or 80 percent of that from the people, the emails with them.
[12:55.000 --> 13:01.000]  And there are letters and emails that show it and still the Lutnick people lie.
[13:01.000 --> 13:05.000]  Of course, he says, just like Trump does, that's my family that's doing it.
[13:05.000 --> 13:08.000]  It's not me. I have nothing to do with my family business.
[13:08.000 --> 13:10.000]  It's my sons who are doing it.
[13:10.000 --> 13:17.000]  Hey, it's Ben Ferguson and I want you to pause what you're doing for just one minute and I want you to hear about Alejandra.

[15:46.000 --> 15:55.000]  How much is enough when you have billions of dollars that you couldn't spend in a hundred lifetimes of lavish living?
[15:55.000 --> 15:58.000]  How much is enough? And what are you really after?
[15:58.000 --> 16:01.000]  You're not after money anymore.
[16:01.000 --> 16:05.000]  You're after power and control.
[16:05.000 --> 16:07.000]  That's what's enough.
[16:07.000 --> 16:09.000]  That's what these people all want.
[16:09.000 --> 16:20.000]  And so, again, the Trump boys are out there saying, even portraying themselves as victims as they're trying to become the rulers of the world.
[16:20.000 --> 16:24.000]  Let's understand Trump and his family are not anti-globalists.
[16:24.000 --> 16:32.000]  They don't like the people who are in charge right now, the people who are high up in globalism, because they want to replace them.
[16:32.000 --> 16:38.000]  Just like they don't like the Democrats because they want to replace the Democrats, but they're just like the Democrats.
[16:38.000 --> 16:44.000]  You know, the Trumps want to be not end the globalism.
[16:44.000 --> 16:50.000]  They want to be the global kings, the global tyrants.
[16:50.000 --> 16:52.000]  That's really what they're after.
[16:52.000 --> 16:59.000]  And so let's take a look at what the Supreme Court did with this with this emergency emergency.
[16:59.000 --> 17:05.000]  Again, three branches of government, legislative, judicial and emergency.
[17:06.000 --> 17:12.000]  That's we need to redo the schoolhouse rock and how law is made.
[17:12.000 --> 17:14.000]  And they don't make laws anymore.
[17:14.000 --> 17:19.000]  They do regulations that are passed on the by the bureaucracy under the emergency branch.
[17:19.000 --> 17:24.000]  So the Supreme Court throughout most of Trump's tariffs.
[17:24.000 --> 17:27.000]  But, of course, Trump had been doing that to himself.
[17:27.000 --> 17:34.000]  Trump always changing orders, I think, is a better way to put the taco thing that they say Trump always chickens out.
[17:34.000 --> 17:38.000]  I think it's not always Trump always changing orders.
[17:38.000 --> 17:43.000]  You know, those executive orders based on emergencies.
[17:43.000 --> 17:46.000]  It's vital that I do this. I've got to do this because it's emergency.
[17:46.000 --> 17:48.000]  And then the next day says, well, I'm going to change it.
[17:48.000 --> 17:52.000]  Did the emergency change? No, there never was an emergency.
[17:52.000 --> 18:02.000]  So, again, as a 6-3 decision, which is really crazy to see Clarence Thomas and Alito, usually the best guys on the bench.
[18:02.000 --> 18:05.000]  This was a slam dunk.
[18:05.000 --> 18:12.000]  It should have been a nine to zero thing because the this is clearly not an emergency.
[18:12.000 --> 18:19.000]  And if it were an emergency, they would still have to prove that this IEPA act gave him the power to do this.
[18:19.000 --> 18:25.000]  So there's two questions here, but they don't even get really up to bat because it's not an emergency.
[18:25.000 --> 18:31.000]  There's nothing different about the trade deficit than we've had for my entire lifetime.
[18:31.000 --> 18:33.000]  It's not like it is suddenly surged.
[18:33.000 --> 18:40.000]  I saw that happen once with when OPEC flexed its muscle, but that's not what happened with us.
[18:40.000 --> 18:47.000]  And so there clearly isn't anything that's unusual and certainly not anything that's an emergency.
[18:47.000 --> 18:51.000]  And so the foundation of it was a lie.
[18:51.000 --> 19:05.000]  And then the fact that he is the only president in 50 years that has attempted to do this with the Emergency Powers Act, IEPA, the Emergency Economic Powers Act.
[19:05.000 --> 19:08.000]  Again, it's not about economics. It's about ergonomics.
[19:08.000 --> 19:18.000]  A 1970s-era law that allows the president to, quote, regulate imports when necessary to respond to national emergencies that pose an unusual and extraordinary threat.
[19:18.000 --> 19:26.000]  And I think that's really looking more at sanctions than it is at tariffs that are there.
[19:26.000 --> 19:31.000]  And so Justice Roberts wrote the opinion for the majority.
[19:31.000 --> 19:35.000]  He said, we claim no special competence in matters of economics or foreign affairs.
[19:35.000 --> 19:45.000]  However, we claim, as we must, the limited role assigned to us by Article 3 of the Constitution fulfilling that role we hold that IEPA does not authorize the president to impose tariffs.
[19:45.000 --> 20:01.000]  In other words, what he's saying is that—and again, I don't think that the Supreme Court should have the Marbury v. Madison decision that gave them the power to review all laws for constitutionality.
[20:01.000 --> 20:05.000]  They can certainly issue an opinion on that, but that should not be the final word.
[20:05.000 --> 20:13.000]  I think if you've got one branch that says yes, another branch that says no to something, you ought to have the third branch as a tiebreaker, don't you think?
[20:13.000 --> 20:17.000]  Except the emergency branches seems to be prevailing in most of these cases.
[20:17.000 --> 20:22.000]  So he says, again, they point out he's the first one to use this in the 50 years it's existed.
[20:22.000 --> 20:31.000]  So the emergencies were adjusted constantly in response to the so-called emergencies.
[20:31.000 --> 20:35.000]  And it began with fentanyl tariffs imposed on Canada.
[20:35.000 --> 20:40.000]  Everything Trump does is a lie, isn't it? It's just amazing.
[20:41.000 --> 20:51.000]  So the Trump sector-specific tariffs that rely on separate authorities like those on steel, aluminum, and copper were not an issue, and they remain in effect.
[20:51.000 --> 20:57.000]  And they are crippling our domestic manufacturers in many different ways.
[20:57.000 --> 21:04.000]  How are you going to domestically manufacture something if we have to pay more for steel than somebody else?
[21:04.000 --> 21:10.000]  And of course, we don't do much domestic production of steel, aluminum, and copper.
[21:10.000 --> 21:20.000]  And so that just increases their costs, makes their products more expensive domestically, and makes them absolutely noncompetitive internationally.
[21:20.000 --> 21:32.000]  So Kavanaugh, Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito said, despite the vigorous policy debates spurred by the Trump's tariffs, those debates are not for the courts to resolve.
[21:32.000 --> 21:37.000]  That's right. And again, it is not about economics. It's about constitutional powers.
[21:37.000 --> 21:41.000]  And those powers are not there.
[21:41.000 --> 21:49.000]  The Supreme Court strikes them down, but it doesn't do anything about Congress abdicating its power.
[21:49.000 --> 21:54.000]  It doesn't say anything about that, of course, and that is the real issue at hand.
[21:54.000 --> 22:00.000]  Congress has abdicated its power, and it is a strategy of avoiding accountability.
[22:01.000 --> 22:05.000]  You see, when Congress is, again, I go back to it over and over again.
[22:05.000 --> 22:11.000]  People said, Nancy Pelosi, when we talked about Obamacare, she said, we've got to pass it so we can find out what's in it.
[22:11.000 --> 22:19.000]  What an idiot. Maybe if she didn't put out this massive bill of thousands of pages, they'd know what's in it before they vote.
[22:19.000 --> 22:21.000]  Well, that's only part of it.
[22:21.000 --> 22:28.000]  The other part of it is that they create these broad sweeping programs and bureaucracies on the other side,
[22:28.000 --> 22:32.000]  and they throw it over to them and they say, you fill in the details.
[22:32.000 --> 22:35.000]  And that's the way that government works.
[22:35.000 --> 22:38.000]  She was actually telling the truth.
[22:38.000 --> 22:42.000]  And I know it sounded crazy, but she was actually telling the truth.
[22:42.000 --> 22:48.000]  You pass this new bit of legislation, maybe you create a new bureaucracy on the other side as well.
[22:48.000 --> 22:55.000]  But you either create a new bureaucracy or you create this new agenda and you kick it over to the bureaucracy,

[44:12.000 --> 44:21.000]  Yeah, there's no when you've got a dishonest executive who is bound and determined to do whatever he wishes.
[44:21.000 --> 44:23.000]  And that's what he said. I can do whatever I want.
[44:23.000 --> 44:25.000]  I can punish a country that I don't like.
[44:25.000 --> 44:27.000]  I can reward another country.
[44:27.000 --> 44:29.000]  I can destroy a country if I want.
[44:29.000 --> 44:31.000]  And he doesn't mean that just economically.
[44:31.000 --> 44:33.000]  He means that militarily.
[44:33.000 --> 44:42.000]  As we've seen with Venezuela, as we're about to see with Iran, although I think he's going to find out that it's harder to destroy Iran than Venezuela.
[44:42.000 --> 44:55.000]  But he said like these as he adds a 10 percent tariffs in the course of the next day, taking up to 15 percent because Trump always changes orders.
[44:55.000 --> 45:02.000]  They come on top of the levies that remain intact following the high court's decision, which invalidated the tariffs.
[45:02.000 --> 45:15.000]  And again, the 10 percent global tariffs could mean lower US tariff rates for some of the countries that had either struck deals with the Trump administration or were in ongoing trade talks.
[45:15.000 --> 45:24.000]  So I guess the negotiations didn't really apply and we're going to just tax the entire world as a temper tantrum.
[45:25.000 --> 45:31.000]  The European Union, for example, had agreed to a 15 percent tariff as part of its trade deal with the US.
[45:31.000 --> 45:34.000]  So that's what they're going to get now.
[45:34.000 --> 45:37.000]  Anyway, after the tantrum, this article was written on Friday.
[45:37.000 --> 45:41.000]  So they were saying, well, the US tariff, they'd already agreed to 15 percent.
[45:41.000 --> 45:44.000]  Now Trump is going to say, well, I'm going to do 10 percent.
[45:44.000 --> 45:53.000]  Now he then he upped it 15 percent when asked at Friday's press conference why he didn't want to work with a legislative branch, he said, I don't have to.
[45:53.000 --> 45:56.000]  I have the right to do tariffs.
[45:56.000 --> 45:59.000]  Those is that I can do anything I want.
[45:59.000 --> 46:03.000]  That's the problem that he thinks that.
[46:03.000 --> 46:14.000]  And the problem is, is that that I think is the reality because of the passivity of the people should be holding him to account, including his own voters.
[46:14.000 --> 46:24.000]  The Trump administration is also wielding Section 301 to launch several investigations into possible unfair trade practices, which could result in additional new tariffs.
[46:24.000 --> 46:28.000]  So we'll take in more money, he said, and we'll be a lot stronger for it.
[46:28.000 --> 46:31.000]  We're going to tax our way to prosperity.
[46:31.000 --> 46:37.000]  Have you ever noticed how Trump sounds just like Bernie Sanders?
[46:38.000 --> 46:46.000]  Remember when they were talking tax income tax reduction and Bernie Sanders said, the loot in the treasury.
[46:46.000 --> 46:50.000]  Right. All he cared about was money and power to the government.
[46:50.000 --> 46:54.000]  He doesn't want you to have control over money.
[46:54.000 --> 46:57.000]  He wants the government to have all the money.
[46:57.000 --> 47:06.000]  The government doesn't even need the money because the government has got a 40 trillion dollar credit card that's out there and they have no intention of paying it back.
[47:06.000 --> 47:21.000]  And if the debt and the deficit don't matter, the real debt and deficit, not the trade deficit, but the annual, the budget deficit, if that doesn't matter, why do we need any taxes for that matter?

[47:22.000 --> 47:29.000]  They're not coming anywhere close to meeting ends, you know, 40 trillion dollars.
[47:29.000 --> 47:32.000]  How do you even get your head around a number that large?
[47:32.000 --> 47:35.000]  And so it's essentially saying we don't need to pay our debts.
[47:35.000 --> 47:37.000]  We don't need to pay off the credit card.
[47:37.000 --> 47:39.000]  So why do they tax us?
[47:39.000 --> 47:42.000]  Well, because they want the all the money.
[47:42.000 --> 47:51.000]  They don't want us to have the money because if we have money, we can make economic decisions and they don't have as much control and power over us.
[47:51.000 --> 47:54.000]  That's the purpose of these federal taxes.
[47:54.000 --> 47:56.000]  It's not to balance the budget.
[47:56.000 --> 48:02.000]  It's to make sure that we don't have a budget personally, that our families don't have a budget.
[48:02.000 --> 48:15.000]  And so as he rants about destroying countries and it's like it's like that quote from the Oppenheimer, you know, when I become the destroyer of worlds and everything.
[48:15.000 --> 48:22.000]  But yeah, Trump is the guy who rebels and all of that.
[48:22.000 --> 48:27.000]  Well, Besson has called on US trade partners to honor the tariff agreement.
[48:27.000 --> 48:36.000]  So, you know, we'll see which ones which of the many emergency orders should we honor with all this?
[48:36.000 --> 48:43.000]  And so, again, he attacks everybody who he sees as his enemy.

[55:38.000 --> 55:44.000]  And they had been stewards for so long, they thought of themselves as king.
[55:45.000 --> 55:51.000]  And that's the way our president and so forth, supposed president, that's the way he is.
[55:51.000 --> 56:01.000]  These people take that office and set in the Oval Office, think of themselves now as the king rather than as a steward.
[56:01.000 --> 56:07.000]  And so it's time for us to bring back the Constitution, to bind them down with the chains of the Constitution.

[56:10.000 --> 56:14.000]  It says they'll coin it in gold and silver.
[56:14.000 --> 56:18.000]  And that happened in 1792, as they point out in this article.
[56:18.000 --> 56:24.000]  And kind of interesting because the petrodollar garbage that we've got right now,
[56:24.000 --> 56:30.000]  that was concocted by Henry Kissinger and Richard Nixon over 1971 and 1973.
[56:30.000 --> 56:36.000]  Why? Because the government had become so dishonest that they needed to come up with a new system
[56:36.000 --> 56:40.000]  to deceive people for another 50, 60 years.
[56:40.000 --> 56:44.000]  And so 1971, 1973 is when they're putting that together.
[56:44.000 --> 56:47.000]  So pick the midpoint of that, 1972.
[56:47.000 --> 56:52.000]  And it's like the dollar existed from 1792 to 1972.
[56:52.000 --> 56:54.000]  Interesting, isn't it?
[56:54.000 --> 56:58.000]  Just kind of switch those two middle numbers around.
[56:58.000 --> 57:00.000]  But it's still a fraud.
[57:00.000 --> 57:04.000]  Trump and his family began to market an alternative to the dollar last year.
[57:04.000 --> 57:08.000]  They dubbed it USD1.
[57:08.000 --> 57:17.000]  On Wednesday, Eric and Don Jr. held a crypto conference at Mar-a-Lago.
[57:17.000 --> 57:22.000]  They told CNBC on the sidelines of a day-long crypto event that they hosted.
[57:22.000 --> 57:25.000]  Why? They thought that this should all change.
[57:25.000 --> 57:30.000]  And he said the Trump's company, World Liberty Financial,
[57:30.000 --> 57:32.000]  folks, this is not about world liberty.
[57:32.000 --> 57:36.000]  It is about globalism, and it's about tyranny.
[57:36.000 --> 57:39.000]  Interesting they call it World Liberty Financial.
[57:39.000 --> 57:43.000]  It's about global tyrannical financial.
[57:43.000 --> 57:48.000]  They tout USD1 as an improvement on official U.S. currency.
[57:48.000 --> 57:55.000]  On their website, they call their crypto stablecoin the dollar upgraded,
[57:55.000 --> 57:59.000]  still the U.S. dollar, but for a new era.
[57:59.000 --> 58:03.000]  I should say a new era, E-R-R-O-R.
[58:03.000 --> 58:06.000]  Because we had the petrodollar era.
[58:06.000 --> 58:08.000]  Now we're going to have the...
[58:08.000 --> 58:10.000]  And it's going to be a stablecoin.
[58:10.000 --> 58:13.000]  This is why I believe they brought in Lutnik
[58:13.000 --> 58:18.000]  because of his experience with the biggest stablecoin company.
[58:18.000 --> 58:23.000]  His company, Cantor Fitzgerald, very intimately involved with Tether,
[58:23.000 --> 58:27.000]  one of the largest stockholders then, if not the largest.
[58:27.000 --> 58:33.000]  And of course they helped Tether to accumulate treasury bills
[58:33.000 --> 58:35.000]  and make a profit for that.
[58:35.000 --> 58:37.000]  So that's his expertise.
[58:37.000 --> 58:41.000]  And I'm sure that he could help them to set up their own stablecoin.
[58:41.000 --> 58:45.000]  And these stablecoins, as I said before, it's like CBDC,
[58:45.000 --> 58:49.000]  Central Bank Digital Currency, that everybody on the conservative side hates
[58:49.000 --> 58:53.000]  because they understand the control and surveillance that it brings.
[58:53.000 --> 58:57.000]  And yet, the left still likes it.
[58:57.000 --> 59:00.000]  In Europe, they're still going to call it the Central Bank Digital Currency
[59:00.000 --> 59:02.000]  and they're going to have it run by central banks
[59:02.000 --> 59:05.000]  because those people are just blindfolded in tyranny right now.
[59:05.000 --> 59:07.000]  They're going to walk straight into it.
[59:07.000 --> 59:09.000]  And so they're not even bothering to rebrand it.
[59:09.000 --> 59:11.000]  Here, however, because there's been a lot of pushback,
[59:11.000 --> 59:13.000]  especially on the Republican side,
[59:13.000 --> 59:17.000]  they've got a Republican officeholder, a president,
[59:17.000 --> 59:20.000]  who is going to tell them, no, no, we're not going to do CBDC.
[59:20.000 --> 59:23.000]  And you've got people like DeSantis and Republicans in Florida say,
[59:23.000 --> 59:25.000]  no, no, no, no, no, no CBDC.
[59:25.000 --> 59:33.000]  And yet, they're going to be open to a crony capitalist version of digital currency.
[59:33.000 --> 59:36.000]  As I said before, they're going to change the CBDC.
[59:36.000 --> 59:43.000]  They're going to upgrade it to CCDC, crony capitalist digital currency.
[59:43.000 --> 59:45.000]  That's really what they're going to do.
[59:45.000 --> 59:49.000]  And as they're talking about this with CNBC, of course, these are Democrats.
[59:49.000 --> 59:52.000]  They want the government running all this.
[59:52.000 --> 59:56.000]  And again, the government shouldn't be creating a dollar or doing anything else.
[59:56.000 --> 01:00:02.000]  Instead, the dollar should just be the government is there simply to coin real money,
[01:00:02.000 --> 01:00:05.000]  which is real money is gold and silver.
[01:00:05.000 --> 01:00:07.000]  They weren't creating a dollar.
[01:00:07.000 --> 01:00:14.000]  They were doing that in competition to the Spanish dollar that was out there.
[01:00:14.000 --> 01:00:19.000]  And again, that was not something that was backed up by the Spanish Treasury.
[01:00:19.000 --> 01:00:22.000]  That was just them stamping that dollar.
[01:00:22.000 --> 01:00:29.000]  And so as CNBC is interviewing the Trump brothers,
[01:00:29.000 --> 01:00:34.000]  they are clutching their pearls and saying, wait a minute, we're going to have the,
[01:00:34.000 --> 01:00:39.000]  this is the president and his family is going to now do the dollar.
[01:00:39.000 --> 01:00:44.000]  They're now going to create the dollar, which the federal government should be doing that.
[01:00:44.000 --> 01:00:47.000]  Well, the federal government doesn't have the authority to do that.
[01:00:47.000 --> 01:00:54.000]  And certainly these crony criminals in the White House don't have the authority to do it.
[01:00:54.000 --> 01:00:58.000]  So World Liberty backers argue that the new cryptocurrency that they're building
[01:00:58.000 --> 01:01:00.000]  is not a threat to the dollar at all,
[01:01:00.000 --> 01:01:05.000]  but will help to ensure that the dollar remains dominant in the global crypto finance
[01:01:05.000 --> 01:01:08.000]  because USD1's value is pegged to it.
[01:01:08.000 --> 01:01:10.000]  Well, then don't call it stable.
[01:01:10.000 --> 01:01:13.000]  And it's not a coin.
[01:01:13.000 --> 01:01:17.000]  The coin is something that you stamp out of real money, gold and silver.
[01:01:17.000 --> 01:01:21.000]  But one big question is why, if the dollar needs modernizing,
[01:01:21.000 --> 01:01:24.000]  why should it be done by the private sector?
[01:01:24.000 --> 01:01:26.000]  That's CNBC's take on it.
[01:01:26.000 --> 01:01:29.000]  So they're fine with changing the dollar.
[01:01:29.000 --> 01:01:32.000]  They're fine with the surveillance and control aspect of it.
[01:01:32.000 --> 01:01:34.000]  CNBC has no problem with that.
[01:01:34.000 --> 01:01:38.000]  They just have a problem with the fact that the Trumps are going to make all the money off of it.

[01:01:45.000 --> 01:01:49.000]  People talk about, well, the source code is out there for Bitcoin

[01:01:52.000 --> 01:01:58.000]  And this is open corruption, this crypto stuff.
[01:01:58.000 --> 01:02:00.000]  And that's what these guys are doing.
[01:02:00.000 --> 01:02:06.000]  In fact, a year ago in one of these Arab countries where they were holding one of these conferences
[01:02:06.000 --> 01:02:10.000]  and Eric was talking at the time, he said, the banks are just awful.
[01:02:10.000 --> 01:02:12.000]  We don't like banks. We want to replace the banks.
[01:02:12.000 --> 01:02:16.000]  In 10 years, our stable coin is going to be a replacement for the banks.
[01:02:16.000 --> 01:02:18.000]  And that's what he's saying throughout all this stuff.
[01:02:18.000 --> 01:02:20.000]  He's talking about this interview with CNBC.
[01:02:20.000 --> 01:02:24.000]  He's talking about JP Morgan and all these other banks and Wall Street companies.
[01:02:24.000 --> 01:02:26.000]  Yeah, we can replace all them.
[01:02:27.000 --> 01:02:30.000]  The Trump family wants to replace all Wall Street.
[01:02:30.000 --> 01:02:32.000]  They want to replace all the banks.
[01:02:32.000 --> 01:02:37.000]  They want to replace the dollar with their cryptocurrency.
[01:02:37.000 --> 01:02:39.000]  Why do they call it world liberty?
[01:02:39.000 --> 01:02:42.000]  This is about world tyranny. It's about globalism.
[01:02:42.000 --> 01:02:45.000]  That's really what this is about. And corruption.
[01:02:45.000 --> 01:02:50.000]  Corruption on a scale that has never been seen before.
[01:02:50.000 --> 01:02:55.000]  CNBC says, why should the venture be in the private hands of a president and his family

[01:03:08.000 --> 01:03:11.000]  I don't think the money should be in the hands of the U.S. Treasury.
[01:03:11.000 --> 01:03:14.000]  That's why we focus on gold and silver.
[01:03:14.000 --> 01:03:19.000]  And the lies that have established this whole fiat system,
[01:03:19.000 --> 01:03:25.000]  as this fiat system is everybody's wising up to the lies and the corruption of the system,

[01:35:28.000 --> 01:35:34.000]  This hiker, an American boyfriend, she had already hiked in the Pacific coast

[01:35:36.000 --> 01:35:41.000]  She was separated from her boyfriend, her American boyfriend, held an
[01:35:41.000 --> 01:35:44.000]  internment for quite some time.

[01:35:53.000 --> 01:35:57.000]  tourists who were hitchhiking around the world, not hitchhiking, but

[01:36:19.000 --> 01:36:22.000]  They put them in prison clothing and they didn't know what was going to happen
[01:36:22.000 --> 01:36:24.000]  to them and they were stuck there for 24 hours.

[01:36:27.000 --> 01:36:30.000]  And when you look at how they're treating people who come into this country,

[01:58:33.000 --> 01:58:45.000]  They had an outreach program where they put up the Nolan chart that, first of all, it showed a political ideology map, if you will, that was not just left and right, but it was two dimensional.
[01:58:45.000 --> 01:58:51.000]  And so they'd ask you some questions about economic liberty, some questions about civil liberty, and then they would plot you on the space.
[01:58:51.000 --> 01:58:56.000]  And so they they basically came up a left, right, authoritarian, libertarian and things like that.
[01:58:56.000 --> 01:59:02.000]  And the one question that I always disagreed with on them was open borders.
[01:59:02.000 --> 01:59:05.000]  I said, you can't have open borders and a welfare state.
[01:59:05.000 --> 01:59:07.000]  You've got to end the welfare state first.
[01:59:07.000 --> 01:59:15.000]  And I've been talking about the welfare magnet and the role of immigration since the 1980s and all of that.
[01:59:15.000 --> 01:59:19.000]  And so now what they're saying is they did a new report.
[01:59:19.000 --> 01:59:24.000]  The title report is Every State Should Challenge Plyler versus Doe.
[01:59:24.000 --> 01:59:30.000]  It's time to end free education for illegal alien K through 12 students.
[01:59:30.000 --> 01:59:37.000]  They argue that the 1982 Supreme Court case Plyler versus Doe should be overturned.
[01:59:37.000 --> 01:59:46.000]  It presents model state legislation to allow schools to charge tuition for students who are here illegally.
[01:59:46.000 --> 01:59:48.000]  In the Supreme Court case, they ruled five to four.
[01:59:48.000 --> 01:59:56.000]  The school district could not charge tuition to illegal alien students because it would violate the Equal Protection Clause, the 14th Amendment.
[01:59:56.000 --> 02:00:01.000]  The clause requires states to treat all residents as equal under the law.
[02:00:01.000 --> 02:00:03.000]  That's not true, by the way.
[02:00:03.000 --> 02:00:11.000]  When we look at the 14th Amendment, they keep mapping different things.
[02:00:11.000 --> 02:00:15.000]  The 14th Amendment was there because we had newly freed slaves.
[02:00:15.000 --> 02:00:17.000]  And they were saying, what do we do with them?
[02:00:17.000 --> 02:00:21.000]  Do we treat them as citizens or what?
[02:00:21.000 --> 02:00:28.000]  And they said, well, if they were born here subject to the jurisdiction, they need to be treated as citizens.
[02:00:28.000 --> 02:00:34.000]  That wasn't to say that anybody who, you know, they've extended that now to include anchor babies.
[02:00:34.000 --> 02:00:37.000]  And that's not what the 14th Amendment is about at all.
[02:00:37.000 --> 02:00:39.000]  Context matters.
[02:00:39.000 --> 02:00:47.000]  And so, again, even when we look at the anchor baby thing, like I said before, when Trump comes in,
[02:00:47.000 --> 02:00:53.000]  even if he's right on a particular issue like ending the anchor baby situation with the 14th Amendment,
[02:00:53.000 --> 02:01:01.000]  he does it in such an odious and stupid way that he poisons it in order to be able to fix that situation.
[02:01:01.000 --> 02:01:08.000]  And it certainly does not require, it was never in mind that there would be a welfare state,
[02:01:08.000 --> 02:01:12.000]  certainly not a public school education system.
[02:01:12.000 --> 02:01:15.000]  None of that was in view with the 14th Amendment.
[02:01:15.000 --> 02:01:18.000]  So this is misapplying all of that stuff.
[02:01:19.000 --> 02:01:23.000]  Charging tuition, they said, to K through 12 students.
[02:01:23.000 --> 02:01:29.000]  It's very similar to the policies of state colleges and universities that charge out-of-state students higher tuition.
[02:01:29.000 --> 02:01:34.000]  But what they don't say in this, I don't know if they say it in the Heritage Report,
[02:01:34.000 --> 02:01:42.000]  but they don't say it in this article here from WND, is that illegal aliens get, you know, the DREAMers or whatever,
[02:01:42.000 --> 02:01:46.000]  get in-state tuition wherever they're going to go.
[02:01:46.000 --> 02:01:51.000]  So how is that equal protection for American citizens, right?
[02:01:51.000 --> 02:01:57.000]  I think in-state tuition, recognizing that the parents are residents and have been for a particular period of time,
[02:01:57.000 --> 02:02:02.000]  paying taxes in that state and giving them an in-state tuition break, I think that's perfectly legit.
[02:02:02.000 --> 02:02:12.000]  And as they point out, there's been a lot of situations in states where if you decide that you want to go to a different school district,
[02:02:12.000 --> 02:02:15.000]  some states will let you do that if you pay a fee.
[02:02:15.000 --> 02:02:20.000]  Let's say when you look at the distinction between in-state and out-of-state tuition for colleges,
[02:02:20.000 --> 02:02:26.000]  if you look at the situation of school districts where if you elect to go to a different school district, you can,
[02:02:26.000 --> 02:02:31.000]  but you have to pay different taxes because you haven't been taxed in that district,
[02:02:31.000 --> 02:02:36.000]  then why not do that for people who come here from another country illegally?
[02:02:36.000 --> 02:02:40.000]  And I would say exactly right. And it doesn't even have to be about illegal.
[02:02:40.000 --> 02:02:44.000]  It should be about the legal immigration as well.
[02:02:45.000 --> 02:02:50.000]  So if you're charging tuition for a U.S. citizen and lawful permanent resident student from outside the school district
[02:02:50.000 --> 02:02:54.000]  to attend a school district, but you're not charging illegal alien students,
[02:02:54.000 --> 02:03:01.000]  then you're treating U.S. citizens and permanent residents worse.
[02:03:01.000 --> 02:03:04.000]  And so it's not equal protection. Absolutely.
[02:03:04.000 --> 02:03:09.000]  The 34-page report points out limited resources of most school districts
[02:03:09.000 --> 02:03:13.000]  and the challenges that arise when an illegal alien student arrives at a school
[02:03:13.000 --> 02:03:20.000]  and requires additional attention or specialized resources due to language barriers, for example.
[02:03:20.000 --> 02:03:24.000]  And again, this should have been the number one priority.

[02:05:42.000 --> 02:05:45.000]  So again, three years of Biden and it more than tripled.
[02:05:45.000 --> 02:05:49.000]  And I talked about that at the top of the program. I thought that was Texas, but that was California.
[02:05:49.000 --> 02:05:57.000]  In 2025, six states, Tennessee, Texas, Idaho, Indiana, Oklahoma, and New Jersey,
[02:05:57.000 --> 02:06:06.000]  introduced measures to either charge illegal aliens tuition or to report on students unlawfully present in the United States.

[02:06:09.000 --> 02:06:17.000]  And so again, folks, the answers to these issues are typically going to come from the state, not from the federal government.

[02:06:20.000 --> 02:06:26.000]  But what this shows you is that even though you've got six states, Tennessee, Texas, Idaho, Indiana, Oklahoma, New Jersey,
[02:06:26.000 --> 02:06:32.000]  even though you've got six states to try to do this, none of them succeeded.
[02:06:32.000 --> 02:06:39.000]  I say that to say that these problems are going to be solved at the state level if they can be solved.
[02:06:39.000 --> 02:06:43.000]  It's not going to be easy, but it's not going to happen at the federal level.
[02:06:43.000 --> 02:06:49.000]  Yet everyone is focused almost exclusively on what the federal government is doing.
[02:06:49.000 --> 02:06:54.000]  If a state does succeed in passing legislation to charge tuition to illegal immigrant children,
[02:06:54.000 --> 02:06:59.000]  of course they will be sued and then Plyler should be overturned.
[02:06:59.000 --> 02:07:06.000]  So what they're saying is pass this legislation, make it a court case, and let's get that Supreme Court case overturned.
[02:07:06.000 --> 02:07:14.000]  Well, the states are spending the welfare cash that they're getting from the federal government in really strange and crazy ways.
[02:07:14.000 --> 02:07:17.000]  Again, they say, well, we need to have this for poor families.
[02:07:18.000 --> 02:07:21.000]  Yet when you look at the amount of money, here's some of the examples.
[02:07:21.000 --> 02:07:27.000]  This program is called the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families.
[02:07:27.000 --> 02:07:33.000]  They said a 2020 audit found that Mississippi spent $5 million that it got from the federal government
[02:07:33.000 --> 02:07:39.000]  and these TANF funds on a new volleyball stadium, and they paid NFL quarterback Brett Favre.
[02:07:39.000 --> 02:07:42.000]  Is it Favre? Favre?
[02:07:42.000 --> 02:07:44.000]  I think it's Favre.
[02:07:44.000 --> 02:07:48.000]  Favre? Yeah, you can tell I follow football a lot.
[02:07:48.000 --> 02:07:50.000]  I kind of heard this name somewhere.
[02:07:50.000 --> 02:07:57.000]  Anyway, they were going to pay this football player a million dollars to speak, and he didn't even show up.
[02:07:57.000 --> 02:08:04.000]  And then later he gave that money back, but they paid $5 million for money that was supposed to go to needy families to help them buy food.
[02:08:04.000 --> 02:08:07.000]  They spent it on a new volleyball stadium.
[02:08:07.000 --> 02:08:16.000]  2025 audit in Louisiana found that for 13 years, the state didn't properly track whether the TANF recipients were working
[02:08:16.000 --> 02:08:20.000]  at least 30 hours a week as required by federal law and on and on.
[02:08:20.000 --> 02:08:31.000]  This is, it's like all these federal programs, you know, the worst possible people that you could have to do these charity programs
[02:08:31.000 --> 02:08:35.000]  or the federal government, of course, they hate for you to call it charity.
[02:08:35.000 --> 02:08:38.000]  Charity is something that should be done.
[02:08:38.000 --> 02:08:39.000]  It's needed.
[02:08:39.000 --> 02:08:47.000]  But these people want these socialists want to present it as I'm entitled to get that money and it should be coming from the federal government.
[02:08:47.000 --> 02:08:51.000]  And they push it to the federal government because they know the federal government isn't going to know what it's doing.
[02:08:51.000 --> 02:08:52.000]  It doesn't even care.
[02:08:52.000 --> 02:08:55.000]  It throws money out to people for everything.
[02:08:55.000 --> 02:09:03.000]  So Wall Street Journal analysts noted that both red and blue states are guilty of misusing their money.
[02:09:03.000 --> 02:09:10.000]  And we go back to the Cares Act and the Payroll Protection Plan and things like that to see how that works out when Trump does it.
[02:09:10.000 --> 02:09:17.000]  He is saying we're going to pull back some of this money, but he's only focusing on the the Democrat controlled states
[02:09:17.000 --> 02:09:21.000]  because they're going to do this partisan red blue nonsense again.

[02:09:46.000 --> 02:09:56.000]  I guess the only requirement putting the special in special agent, I guess the only requirement is blind loyalty to Trump and Cash Patel.

[02:09:59.000 --> 02:10:09.000]  I remember years ago there was a a lawsuit brought by a cop in one of the New England states like New Jersey or New York or something like that or Massachusetts.

[02:10:14.000 --> 02:10:16.000]  They said his IQ was too high.
[02:10:16.000 --> 02:10:23.000]  Turned out he had average IQ of around 100, but they wanted people who were below average IQ for the police.

[02:10:25.000 --> 02:10:28.000]  And they actually fought that in court and all that stuff came out in court.
[02:10:28.000 --> 02:10:32.000]  No, our policy is we only hire people of below average intelligence.
[02:10:32.000 --> 02:10:39.000]  And he was fighting because he's I guess he was trying to prove that he had below average intelligence by fighting them for that.

[02:10:45.000 --> 02:10:49.000]  But he wants to reshape the bureau, Cash Patel.

[02:11:02.000 --> 02:11:15.000]  Now that's going to be eliminated because I guess Cash Patel is worried that if you got somebody who has life experience, who can speak in public and has critical thinking, he'd be out of a job.

[02:15:45.000 --> 02:15:52.000]  Children were being trafficked by the thousands, and they knew who was doing it, but they couldn't catch them because of how it was being done.
[02:15:52.000 --> 02:16:01.000]  So you see all this stuff about all the cover-up of Epstein and the minds of the QAnon people and the Trump MAGA cult.

[02:17:06.000 --> 02:17:16.000]  They said, but what if the entire MAGA movement turned on Trump right now and demanded justice for the children that he has been part of raping and torturing?
[02:17:16.000 --> 02:17:28.000]  But they won't, because most of them are also Zionists who literally worship Israel, and they think Trump is their savior, while they give lip service to Jesus as Christians.

[02:18:48.000 --> 02:18:58.000]  the deal that they struck with the courts to say, well, we've got, you know, we've had tens of thousands of lawsuits of people who got non-Hodgkin's lymphoma,

[02:19:02.000 --> 02:19:06.000]  And so it's kind of like the vaccine stuff in so many different ways.
[02:19:06.000 --> 02:19:13.000]  They gave liability protection to the vaccine companies because they said, well, the vaccines are inherently unsafe.

[02:19:42.000 --> 02:19:50.000]  And then Trump comes in and he says, well, we're going to use the Defense Act in order to compel the manufacture of glyphosate.
[02:19:50.000 --> 02:19:55.000]  And we're going to give them legal immunity as well, just like the vaccine companies.
[02:19:55.000 --> 02:19:59.000]  And the Republicans are cheering it in Congress because of Big Ag.

[02:20:02.000 --> 02:20:06.000]  When you look at what is happening, why are Republicans and Big Ag doing this?
[02:20:06.000 --> 02:20:09.000]  Because you've got a lot of farmers who are not happy about glyphosate.
[02:20:09.000 --> 02:20:12.000]  They're not happy about other chemicals like this, like dicamba.
[02:20:12.000 --> 02:20:14.000]  They talk about the dicamba drift.
[02:20:14.000 --> 02:20:18.000]  They're trying to grow organic food or food without chemicals.
[02:20:18.000 --> 02:20:24.000]  And yet this stuff drifts onto their property and contaminates their land.
[02:20:24.000 --> 02:20:32.000]  And it poisons the land, because the big part of this business model that Monsanto had,
[02:20:32.000 --> 02:20:40.000]  and they drove a lot of farmers in India into suicide because they got them to use glyphosate on their land,
[02:20:40.000 --> 02:20:46.000]  and then they couldn't grow anything unless it was a GMO seed from Monsanto.
[02:20:46.000 --> 02:20:51.000]  So you put this poison on your land, and not only is it unhealthy for us when it gets into the food,
[02:20:51.000 --> 02:20:55.000]  but it poisons the land so that you can't grow real food on it,
[02:20:55.000 --> 02:21:01.000]  only the genetically modified product from Monsanto that you've got to buy every year.
[02:21:01.000 --> 02:21:05.000]  And that's an issue, and that's why they've been losing these lawsuits
[02:21:05.000 --> 02:21:11.000]  when they would prohibit the use of glyphosate in certain areas,
[02:21:11.000 --> 02:21:15.000]  and Monsanto spent $8 million in one local election and still lost,
[02:21:15.000 --> 02:21:18.000]  because the people were farmers and they understood what the issue was.
[02:21:18.000 --> 02:21:21.000]  And so what they did was they took the issue to Washington.
[02:21:21.000 --> 02:21:26.000]  If you take it to Washington, you can get these corrupt politicians to do anything.
[02:21:26.000 --> 02:21:30.000]  You pay them, and they say, we're going to stop this patchwork quilt of regulations,
