[04:15.000 --> 04:19.000]  Even apps that are come pre-installed on your phone.
[04:19.000 --> 04:22.000]  The bill would require parental permission or identity checks
[04:22.000 --> 04:25.000]  to open the calculator app that came with your photos.
[04:25.000 --> 04:29.000]  Your phone, rather, not your photos as well.
[04:29.000 --> 04:33.000]  This is all being done in the name of protecting children.
[04:33.000 --> 04:37.000]  And they would classify everybody into four different age groups,
[04:37.000 --> 04:40.000]  adults and then three minor age groups.
[04:40.000 --> 04:46.000]  And even if a minor update to the terms of services or something like that is included,
[04:46.000 --> 04:50.000]  you'd have to go through the whole authorization process yet again.
[04:50.000 --> 04:54.000]  Let me tell you, this is not about protecting kids as we've seen over and over again.
[04:54.000 --> 05:01.000]  This is about having an excuse, a pretense, to make sure that nobody can use the Internet without an ID.
[05:01.000 --> 05:05.000]  And it is another pretext for the surveillance state.
[05:05.000 --> 05:09.000]  The surveillance state has to cancel privacy.
[05:09.000 --> 05:13.000]  I mean, just look at what they do with their masks, the ICE agents with their masks.
[05:13.000 --> 05:15.000]  It's absurd.
[05:15.000 --> 05:16.000]  What have they got to hide?
[05:16.000 --> 05:18.000]  Well, everything, I guess, apparently.
[05:18.000 --> 05:27.000]  It would create a surveillance architecture that applies to every mobile device user in the state of Arizona.
[05:27.000 --> 05:32.000]  App store providers would be required to verify every single account holder's age category
[05:32.000 --> 05:34.000]  and share that data with developers.
[05:34.000 --> 05:35.000]  We've got to know.
[05:35.000 --> 05:39.000]  This is coming out of Arizona, but there's a lot of states that have done this.
[05:39.000 --> 05:40.000]  Texas has.
[05:40.000 --> 05:42.000]  Texas is on the first ones.
[05:42.000 --> 05:48.000]  Now, so far, that has been blocked in courts, and it should be blocked,
[05:48.000 --> 05:53.000]  and divides users into four age categories, children under 13, those between 13 and 16,
[05:53.000 --> 05:57.000]  those between 16 and 18, and then adults.
[05:57.000 --> 06:00.000]  Everybody would be put in one of these four buckets,
[06:00.000 --> 06:07.000]  and the Arizona Attorney General would be tasked with creating rules to establish acceptable verification procedures.
[06:07.000 --> 06:14.000]  So once you establish this, once you start creating a mechanism for tracking
[06:14.000 --> 06:20.000]  and a permission system for using the Internet, it'll apply to politics.
[06:20.000 --> 06:22.000]  It'll apply to religion.
[06:22.000 --> 06:24.000]  There's no end of it.
[06:25.000 --> 06:33.000]  So they say for anyone under 18, the bill mandates that their account be affiliated with a parental account.
[06:33.000 --> 06:36.000]  We've got to make sure the parents know what's going on.
[06:36.000 --> 06:44.000]  Well, if they're under 18, most likely the parents are paying for the phone and paying the monthly bill.
[06:44.000 --> 06:46.000]  Kids don't have a job to do that.
[06:46.000 --> 06:48.000]  So, of course, they already know about that.
[06:48.000 --> 06:53.000]  The law doesn't specify how the parent-child account affiliation would actually be verified.
[06:53.000 --> 06:57.000]  Maybe they could ask the company that they pay the bill to.
[06:57.000 --> 06:59.000]  It's absurd what is happening with this.
[06:59.000 --> 07:04.000]  But developers would be required to notify app stores of any significant change.
[07:04.000 --> 07:08.000]  App stores would then be required to notify parent accounts and obtain renewed consent.
[07:08.000 --> 07:17.000]  The burden will fall on both of those parties with civil penalties of up to $75,000 per violation.
[07:18.000 --> 07:22.000]  Of course, it would allow parents and the children to sue them.
[07:22.000 --> 07:27.000]  Arizona joins a growing list of states pursuing app store age verification.
[07:27.000 --> 07:32.000]  Texas, Utah, Louisiana, California have all passed versions of these laws.
[07:32.000 --> 07:37.000]  The Texas law faces an appeal after having been stopped in court.
[07:37.000 --> 07:43.000]  Utah and Louisiana are scheduled to take effect later this year, and California's version arrives in 2027.
[07:44.000 --> 07:47.000]  So we've seen this happening over and over again in the EU.
[07:47.000 --> 07:50.000]  They have to know everything that we are doing.
[07:50.000 --> 07:54.000]  And yet we expect this from the federal government.
[07:54.000 --> 07:56.000]  We expect it from the EU.
[07:56.000 --> 07:59.000]  But this is something that is happening at the state level.
[07:59.000 --> 08:04.000]  And really, at the state level, we have the ability to do something about this.
[08:04.000 --> 08:06.000]  That's where you need to get involved.
[08:06.000 --> 08:09.000]  So hang on just one second.

[11:28.000 --> 11:34.000]  U.S. District Judge Robert Pittman said the law is akin to a law that would require every
[11:34.000 --> 11:40.000]  bookstore to verify the age of every customer at the door and for minors to require parental
[11:40.000 --> 11:46.000]  consent before the child or teen could enter and require parental consent again before
[11:46.000 --> 11:48.000]  they could buy a book.
[11:48.000 --> 11:52.000]  This is the absurdity of it, but it's even worse than this, and this article does not
[11:52.000 --> 11:53.000]  mention it.
[11:53.000 --> 12:00.000]  I looked up, I thought, well, is Arizona a state that requires parental consent before
[12:00.000 --> 12:06.000]  they change a child's gender or before they start gaslighting them over pronouns in school?
[12:06.000 --> 12:07.000]  No.
[12:07.000 --> 12:13.000]  As a matter of fact, there's less control over what happens to your child in an Arizona
[12:13.000 --> 12:18.000]  public school than there is what happens on your cell phone in Arizona, even with this
[12:18.000 --> 12:19.000]  law.
[12:19.000 --> 12:26.000]  Of course, in Arizona, they have no parental consent required for changing pronouns.
[12:26.000 --> 12:30.000]  They have a law that says, well, we really suggest that you tell the parents, but it's
[12:30.000 --> 12:33.000]  not a requirement that they tell the parents if they're gaslighting a child and the child
[12:33.000 --> 12:36.000]  now thinks they're a different sex.
[12:36.000 --> 12:41.000]  So, there's no requirement at all for that, but look at all these stringent requirements.
[12:41.000 --> 12:45.000]  Let me just tell you, we all know this is not about protecting kids.
[12:45.000 --> 12:48.000]  There's many ways that you can protect kids, and of course, parents are the key to doing
[12:48.000 --> 12:49.000]  that.
[12:49.000 --> 12:55.000]  But if they were concerned about protecting kids from perversion or sexual content or
[12:55.000 --> 13:01.000]  whatever, you can imagine, they would do something about this gender mutilation and gaslighting
[13:01.000 --> 13:05.000]  that's going on in their own institutions.
[13:05.000 --> 13:06.000]  They're not.
[13:06.000 --> 13:07.000]  They're not.
[13:07.000 --> 13:11.000]  But again, Texas law is on hold.
[13:11.000 --> 13:16.000]  Utah, Louisiana and California, Utah and Louisiana coming up this year, California coming up
[13:16.000 --> 13:17.000]  next year.

[15:50.000 --> 15:55.000]  If you're concerned about AI masquerading at something else, because you know how dangerous

[16:13.000 --> 16:17.000]  Instead, they come after humans and they use that as an excuse.
[16:17.000 --> 16:22.000]  It's a system where every social media user would have their identity verified by platforms
[16:22.000 --> 16:25.000]  and tied to a single permitted account.
[16:25.000 --> 16:31.000]  Anonymous speech, pseudo-anonymous commentary, the ability to maintain separate personal
[16:31.000 --> 16:35.000]  and professional presences online would all effectively end.
[16:35.000 --> 16:40.000]  And of course, they're coming after VPNs as well, virtual privacy networks.
[16:40.000 --> 16:51.000]  The governments want a powerful tool to identify, track, and silence anybody whose speech they object to.
[16:52.000 --> 16:55.000]  And we see so many aspects of this.
[16:55.000 --> 16:59.000]  The West has descended, folks, into tyranny.
[16:59.000 --> 17:04.000]  It is pervasive in the leadership of every party in every country.
[17:04.000 --> 17:08.000]  If you didn't see it in 2020, you can still see it in this.
[17:08.000 --> 17:12.000]  None of them respect our individual liberties.
[17:12.000 --> 17:14.000]  None of them.
[17:14.000 --> 17:18.000]  Not the US, certainly, and not the EU, of course, obviously.
[17:18.000 --> 17:23.000]  They all aspire to tyranny, and they're open about it as well.
[17:23.000 --> 17:26.000]  And so the question is, what do we do about this?
[17:26.000 --> 17:32.000]  Macron defended this by characterizing free expression online as a form of brainwashing.
[17:32.000 --> 17:38.000]  So when you brainwash and gaslight a kid about what sex they are, that's okay.
[17:38.000 --> 17:43.000]  Just don't do it online, because we don't want people passing information back and forth
[17:43.000 --> 17:46.000]  about narratives that we're lying to them about.
[17:46.000 --> 17:53.000]  About climate change, about the vaccines, about the pandemics, about what they're doing, actually, with each other.
[17:53.000 --> 17:59.000]  Macron invoked the Digital Services Act as a foundation for expanded censorship across Europe.
[17:59.000 --> 18:06.000]  He said, this is a very important regulation, because it is the first time that we've created a framework to regulate the Internet.
[18:06.000 --> 18:10.000]  And, of course, they're not going to regulate it in any way that is reasonable.
[18:10.000 --> 18:18.000]  They simply want to regulate it to shut up dissent and to punish dissenters and protesters.
[18:18.000 --> 18:23.000]  He offered a familiar list of speech categories, and he wants to suppress.
[18:23.000 --> 18:27.000]  Of course, the first one is going to be racist speech.
[18:27.000 --> 18:31.000]  That's the first refuge of these scoundrels.
[18:31.000 --> 18:35.000]  Then hateful speech, then anti-Semitic speech.
[18:35.000 --> 18:45.000]  Don't criticize Benjamin Netanyahu, because that minority government of Israel represents all Jews.
[18:45.000 --> 18:49.000]  And there's a lot of Jews who don't like that idea.
[18:49.000 --> 18:53.000]  Just like I would not be represented by the Trump administration.
[18:53.000 --> 18:56.000]  They don't want to be represented by the Netanyahu administration.
[18:56.000 --> 18:58.000]  They disagree with their policies.
[18:58.000 --> 19:04.000]  These terms have no fixed legal definition that applies uniformly across the EU member states.
[19:04.000 --> 19:07.000]  You know, what is hate speech? What is racism?
[19:07.000 --> 19:09.000]  By the way, what is anti-Semitism?
[19:09.000 --> 19:13.000]  Well, if you even ask that question, as Kerry Prejean Baller found out,
[19:13.000 --> 19:16.000]  you get kicked off of the Religious Liberty Commission.
[19:16.000 --> 19:18.000]  What a joke.
[19:18.000 --> 19:20.000]  Set up by Trump.
[19:20.000 --> 19:23.000]  German Chancellor Fred Merz.
[19:23.000 --> 19:26.000]  He's got some splaining to do, Lucy.
[19:26.000 --> 19:31.000]  A divide has opened up between Europe and the United States, he said.
[19:32.000 --> 19:36.000]  JD Vance said this openly here at the Munich Security Conference a year ago.

[19:38.000 --> 19:42.000]  The battle of cultures, of MAGA in the US, is not ours.
[19:42.000 --> 19:48.000]  Freedom of speech here ends where the words spoken are directed against the government.
[19:48.000 --> 19:52.000]  Oh, no, he said human dignity, he means, right?
[19:52.000 --> 19:55.000]  And basic law, he said.
[19:55.000 --> 19:58.000]  So we have laws about what you can say.
[19:58.000 --> 20:02.000]  And your right to free speech ends where we say it ends.
[20:02.000 --> 20:05.000]  And we call that human dignity.
[20:05.000 --> 20:07.000]  What cynical liars they are.
[20:07.000 --> 20:10.000]  You know, that's one of the key things of B.F. Skinner,
[20:10.000 --> 20:13.000]  because this is all really about behavioral psychology,
[20:13.000 --> 20:17.000]  and he was really kind of the father of behavioral psychology,
[20:17.000 --> 20:19.000]  but he certainly advanced it a great deal.
[20:19.000 --> 20:23.000]  And his book was called Beyond Freedom and Dignity.
[20:23.000 --> 20:25.000]  And that's where these people are.
[20:25.000 --> 20:29.000]  That is the German cynical way of describing it.
[20:29.000 --> 20:37.000]  Human dignity is the phrase that the German governments have used to justify prosecuting speech.
[20:37.000 --> 20:40.000]  They prosecute speech in the name of human dignity.
[20:40.000 --> 20:42.000]  Imagine that.
[20:42.000 --> 20:48.000]  They've interpreted it to cover anything from insults to Holocaust denier.
[20:48.000 --> 20:53.000]  So Israel always is at the forefront of this censorship, if you notice this, right?
[20:53.000 --> 20:57.000]  And so the question is, why are they desperately pushing this?
[20:57.000 --> 21:01.000]  Well, I've seen that whenever somebody is desperately trying to hide something,
[21:01.000 --> 21:03.000]  it's because they're lying to you about it.
[21:03.000 --> 21:05.000]  Have you noticed that?
[21:05.000 --> 21:07.000]  They lie to you about the pandemic.
[21:07.000 --> 21:08.000]  They lie to you about the vaccine.
[21:08.000 --> 21:09.000]  They lie to you about climate change.
[21:09.000 --> 21:12.000]  They lie to you about the wars.
[21:12.000 --> 21:14.000]  They lie to you about what they're going to do.
[21:14.000 --> 21:22.000]  Everything that they want to censor is something that exposes those lies.
[21:22.000 --> 21:28.000]  So European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen joined the censorship chorus
[21:28.000 --> 21:31.000]  at the Munich Security Conference.
[21:31.000 --> 21:37.000]  It's their security, not your security, just like national security has nothing to do

[27:52.000 --> 27:56.000]  Now we have due process for people that we know committed crimes, don't we?
[27:56.000 --> 28:00.000]  You see somebody, you got a video of somebody committing a murder.
[28:00.000 --> 28:06.000]  They still get due process. Why do we do that? Why don't we just take them out and shoot them?
[28:06.000 --> 28:10.000]  Which the Trump administration and Stephen Miller would love to do to anybody.
[28:10.000 --> 28:13.000]  Forget about the due process. We suspect you're a drug dealer.
[28:13.000 --> 28:19.000]  Let's just shoot you on the street like Robert Duterte, the leader of the Philippines.
[28:19.000 --> 28:22.000]  Extrajudicial killings are all for that.
[28:22.000 --> 28:25.000]  Trump cheered that on the streets of the Philippines.
[28:25.000 --> 28:28.000]  He's cheered it in the waters off of Venezuela.

[28:30.000 --> 28:34.000]  They don't care about making sure they got the right person before they even execute people.
[28:34.000 --> 28:39.000]  So, of course, they have contempt for due process in terms of arrest.
[28:39.000 --> 28:42.000]  Let me just say this. There's nothing in the Bill of Rights,
[28:42.000 --> 28:49.000]  there's nothing in the Declaration of Independence that says that we have these rights because we are American citizens.
[28:49.000 --> 28:56.000]  If that were the case, that would change your God-given rights into government-granted privileges.
[28:56.000 --> 29:02.000]  You need to understand that. All you people who are out there, good, good, do all this stuff, these people who are illegally.
[29:02.000 --> 29:04.000]  Yeah, they've committed a crime.
[29:04.000 --> 29:09.000]  Let's make sure the punishment is proportional to it, that is not excessive.
[29:09.000 --> 29:12.000]  Let's make sure that it's not unusual.
[29:12.000 --> 29:18.000]  And let's go through due process, because if you let them use cruel, unusual, and excessive punishment,
[29:18.000 --> 29:23.000]  if you let them skip due process on your fellow human beings that are out there,
[29:23.000 --> 29:27.000]  who maybe probably are guilty, obviously guilty of committing a crime.
[29:27.000 --> 29:34.000]  So, you know, have a process for handling this and send them back to where they came from.
[29:34.000 --> 29:37.000]  Most importantly, you could stop handing them out money.
[29:37.000 --> 29:47.000]  But Mike Johnson is at the head of the list, shoveling out money to people that he claims are so bad they shouldn't have any due process.
[29:47.000 --> 29:50.000]  Cynical, again, what they are doing.
[29:50.000 --> 29:58.000]  And so, just be careful, because the government that ignores the humanity of people who have committed crimes,
[29:58.000 --> 30:02.000]  even if they've committed crimes, you don't ignore their humanity.
[30:02.000 --> 30:05.000]  That's why the Bill of Rights exists.
[30:05.000 --> 30:09.000]  If you let them get away with that with other people, they will do that to you.
[30:09.000 --> 30:12.000]  They'll do that to your children, to your family.
[30:12.000 --> 30:15.000]  They'll do that to Americans.
[30:15.000 --> 30:21.000]  So, again, the number of people on ICE custody has ballooned to 68,000 this month,
[30:21.000 --> 30:25.000]  75% higher than when Trump took office.
[30:25.000 --> 30:32.000]  Midway through 2025, the administration began pushing for daily quotas of 3,000 arrests per day,
[30:32.000 --> 30:35.000]  with a goal of reaching a million per year.
[30:35.000 --> 30:38.000]  This has led to the targeting of mostly people with no criminal records,
[30:38.000 --> 30:43.000]  rather than the supposedly worst of the worst that they keep saying.
[30:43.000 --> 30:48.000]  This has also resulted in a staggering number of arrests that judges have found later to be illegal.
[30:48.000 --> 30:55.000]  And it's another reason why when somebody is going through the process of getting their green card
[30:55.000 --> 31:00.000]  or applying for American citizenship or something, they go in and they arrest the people in the courtrooms.
[31:00.000 --> 31:02.000]  Well, that's low-hanging fruit.
[31:02.000 --> 31:04.000]  That's like, hey, look, I got my quota in this month.
[31:04.000 --> 31:07.000]  We ought to be disgusted about that.
[31:07.000 --> 31:10.000]  It's like the speed trap in a town or something.
[31:11.000 --> 31:14.000]  It's not anything that helps us.
[31:14.000 --> 31:20.000]  This is a cynical abuse of power by law enforcement, quote unquote.
[31:20.000 --> 31:27.000]  Since the beginning of the Trump term, immigrants have filed more than 20,200 habeas corpus petitions,
[31:27.000 --> 31:31.000]  claiming that they were held indefinitely without trial in violation of the Constitution.
[31:31.000 --> 31:38.000]  In at least 4,421 cases, listen to this, more than 400 federal judges,
[31:38.000 --> 31:42.000]  I can't tell you the number of times that every time something like this happens
[31:42.000 --> 31:48.000]  and a federal judge slaps down these authoritarian, illegal, unconstitutional policies,
[31:48.000 --> 31:54.000]  every time that happens, you see the Trump cult say, oh, that's just a Democrat judge or something.
[31:54.000 --> 32:04.000]  400 federal judges in 4,400 cases have ruled that their detentions were illegal.
[32:04.000 --> 32:09.000]  Last month, more than 6,000 habeas petitions were filed.
[32:09.000 --> 32:18.000]  Prior to the second Trump administration, no other month dating back to 2010 had seen even 500.
[32:18.000 --> 32:21.000]  Now they had 6,000.
[32:21.000 --> 32:31.000]  So again, we can't bother with following the law, says the Speaker of the House, Mike Johnson, a lawyer.
[32:31.000 --> 32:33.000]  Let's just forget about the law.
[32:33.000 --> 32:38.000]  Maybe he ought to have his license revoked, right?
[32:38.000 --> 32:41.000]  Do lawyers even police that?
[32:41.000 --> 32:47.000]  I mean, if you get admitted to the bar and you decide that you need to just ignore the Bill of Rights
[32:47.000 --> 32:55.000]  and the Constitution as an elected leader, isn't that grounds for removing your license by the bar?
[32:55.000 --> 32:56.000]  It should be.
[32:56.000 --> 33:01.000]  As a matter of fact, I think they got rid of Bill Clinton's, I'm just going on memory here,
[33:01.000 --> 33:07.000]  but I think they got rid of his license to practice law when he committed perjury.

[33:09.000 --> 33:12.000]  What if you break your oath to the Constitution?

[33:15.000 --> 33:22.000]  In ruling last month, Chief Judge Patrick Schlitz of the U.S. District Court in Minnesota,
[33:22.000 --> 33:30.000]  a conservative judge appointed by Bush, W. Bush, provided a list of nearly 100 court orders
[33:30.000 --> 33:38.000]  that ICE had violated just that month while deployed as part of Trump's Operation Metro Surge.
[33:38.000 --> 33:41.000]  Meanwhile, the Alex Prettie shooting investigation in Minnesota,
[33:41.000 --> 33:49.000]  the FBI has told Minnesota law enforcement, we will give you absolutely no information,
[33:49.000 --> 33:52.000]  we will not share anything with you.
[33:52.000 --> 33:55.000]  And they said this is unprecedented.
[33:55.000 --> 34:02.000]  Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension said the FBI formally notified this agency on Friday
[34:02.000 --> 34:08.000]  that it will, quote, not provide the BCA with access to any information or evidence
[34:08.000 --> 34:12.000]  that it has collected in the shooting death of Alex Prettie.
[34:12.000 --> 34:16.000]  While this lack of cooperation is concerning and unprecedented,
[34:16.000 --> 34:21.000]  the BCA is committed to thorough, independent and transparent investigations of these incidents,
[34:21.000 --> 34:28.000]  even if hampered by a lack of access to key information and evidence.
[34:28.000 --> 34:32.000]  Maybe what the FBI stands for is Fed's blocking investigation.
[34:32.000 --> 34:34.000]  They have done this time and again.
[34:34.000 --> 34:35.000]  Talked about this many times.
[34:35.000 --> 34:42.000]  One of the most interesting ones that they blocked, well documented, was the investigation of Flight 800.
[34:42.000 --> 34:45.000]  The FBI blocked that investigation as well.
[34:45.000 --> 34:48.000]  And here they are blocking this investigation.
[34:48.000 --> 34:53.000]  It's just amazing how perverted the federal government has become.

[42:36.000 --> 42:40.000]  It's the welfare magnet that the Trump administration has just nearly doubled
[42:40.000 --> 42:43.000]  for people who are coming in as refugees.
[42:43.000 --> 42:46.000]  Reports show, these are new studies that have come out.
[42:46.000 --> 42:49.000]  This is an article from the New American.
[42:49.000 --> 42:52.000]  Report shows that most immigrants get some form of welfare.
[42:52.000 --> 42:57.000]  Sixty-one percent of illegal aliens get welfare.
[42:57.000 --> 43:00.000]  I've always said it's the welfare magnet, stupid.
[43:00.000 --> 43:02.000]  It's not the wall or anything else.

[43:19.000 --> 43:22.000]  And there has been an explosion in Somalis who have come in.

[43:24.000 --> 43:26.000]  You're not going to stop them with a wall.
[43:26.000 --> 43:30.000]  They're being incentivized by all these different administrations.
[43:30.000 --> 43:35.000]  I mean, when there were no Somalis at all before they started coming in,
[43:35.000 --> 43:38.000]  there was hardly any money in the refugee program.
[43:38.000 --> 43:40.000]  Then by the time they started coming in,
[43:40.000 --> 43:42.000]  they ramped it up to a couple billion dollars,
[43:42.000 --> 43:46.000]  and it gradually has increased until the last three years.
[43:46.000 --> 43:48.000]  It's been six billion dollars a year.
[43:48.000 --> 43:52.000]  Now, this is not including the welfare fraud that they've engaged in,
[43:52.000 --> 43:55.000]  criminal fraud, for which they've not been punished,
[43:55.000 --> 43:59.000]  for which we knew they were doing this back in 2018.
[43:59.000 --> 44:02.000]  It was reported on. I reported on it back then.
[44:02.000 --> 44:06.000]  And the Trump administration didn't do anything about it.
[44:06.000 --> 44:08.000]  The Biden administration didn't do anything about it.
[44:08.000 --> 44:10.000]  The second Trump administration did nothing about it
[44:10.000 --> 44:13.000]  until you had a reporter show it to everybody.
[44:13.000 --> 44:15.000]  Then they got interested.
[44:15.000 --> 44:18.000]  But they still haven't rounded these people up and stopped it.
[44:18.000 --> 44:22.000]  I mean, this is the type of thing where if you look at Al Capone,
[44:22.000 --> 44:25.000]  it was the tax auditors that took him down.
[44:25.000 --> 44:27.000]  It was the accountants who took him down.
[44:27.000 --> 44:30.000]  It wasn't Eliot Ness and his Untouchables.
[44:30.000 --> 44:33.000]  And it's not Kristi Noem and her Untouchables,
[44:33.000 --> 44:36.000]  the ICE criminals that are out there.
[44:36.000 --> 44:39.000]  So again, refugee funding then increased by Trump.
[44:39.000 --> 44:42.000]  This year, as they are talking about all this stuff,
[44:42.000 --> 44:44.000]  they're not getting rid of the Somalis.
[44:44.000 --> 44:48.000]  Instead, what they're doing is they're increasing the refugee fund
[44:48.000 --> 44:51.000]  from six billion dollars to eleven billion dollars,
[44:51.000 --> 44:55.000]  an 80 percent increase, nearly doubling it.
[44:55.000 --> 44:59.000]  And so still nothing happening with the fraud.
[44:59.000 --> 45:03.000]  Immigrants are a bottomless drain on taxpayer resources,
[45:03.000 --> 45:05.000]  and they contribute virtually nothing to the fiscal health
[45:05.000 --> 45:08.000]  of the federal and state treasuries either.
[45:08.000 --> 45:11.000]  As a matter of fact, we keep ramping this up.
[45:11.000 --> 45:14.000]  Fifty-three percent of immigrant-headed households,
[45:14.000 --> 45:20.000]  according to a survey that was done by CIS,
[45:20.000 --> 45:23.000]  fifty-three percent include naturalized citizens,
[45:23.000 --> 45:26.000]  legal residents, and illegal aliens,
[45:26.000 --> 45:30.000]  are using at least one major welfare program.
[45:30.000 --> 45:35.000]  Just 37 percent of American-born households use a welfare program.
[45:35.000 --> 45:37.000]  So Americans, 37 percent.
[45:37.000 --> 45:41.000]  For illegal and even legal immigrants, 53 percent.
[45:41.000 --> 45:44.000]  And of course, this is not counting the schools.
[45:44.000 --> 45:48.000]  When we were in Texas, they were building one school after the other
[45:48.000 --> 45:51.000]  because of all the illegal aliens coming in,
[45:51.000 --> 45:53.000]  all the kids that they were bringing in.
[45:53.000 --> 45:56.000]  I mentioned this before, but when we lived in Austin,
[45:56.000 --> 46:00.000]  I got stuck behind a school bus for 30 minutes, something like that.
[46:00.000 --> 46:04.000]  I didn't see them offload a single white kid.
[46:04.000 --> 46:07.000]  Yeah, all foreigners coming in.
[46:07.000 --> 46:10.000]  Welfare use by non-citizen households,
[46:10.000 --> 46:14.000]  illegals on green card holders, is 59 percent.
[46:14.000 --> 46:16.000]  They get free health care,
[46:16.000 --> 46:20.000]  compared to households headed by the US-born immigrant-headed households
[46:20.000 --> 46:23.000]  have especially high use of food programs.
[46:23.000 --> 46:27.000]  35 percent versus 22 percent.
[46:27.000 --> 46:33.000]  Medicaid, you have 39 percent of foreigners on it versus 27 percent for Americans.
[46:33.000 --> 46:40.000]  Earned income tax credit, 15 percent for foreigners, 10 percent for US-born.
[46:40.000 --> 46:47.000]  Illegals use welfare at a much higher rate than legal immigrants, 61 to 51 percent.
[46:48.000 --> 46:52.000]  So again, it's worse for the illegals,
[46:52.000 --> 46:57.000]  and it's much worse for immigrants in general than Americans using the program,
[46:57.000 --> 46:59.000]  and much worse for illegals.
[46:59.000 --> 47:02.000]  And of course, this is what Cloward and Piven knew.
[47:02.000 --> 47:04.000]  Cloward and Piven said, you know,
[47:04.000 --> 47:08.000]  we've been trying to take down the American system using welfare,
[47:08.000 --> 47:11.000]  but the Americans aren't signing up for it enough.
[47:11.000 --> 47:13.000]  So let's bring in people from other countries.
[47:13.000 --> 47:16.000]  That'll do it. That'll collapse it using welfare.
[47:16.000 --> 47:21.000]  That is the Cloward and Piven strategy, and it's working.
[47:21.000 --> 47:23.000]  You know, the research shows this,
[47:23.000 --> 47:28.000]  excluding the extensively used but less costly school lunch and breakfast program.
[47:28.000 --> 47:30.000]  Now, we're going to talk about school lunch and breakfast program,
[47:30.000 --> 47:33.000]  but they're not going to talk about schools in general,
[47:33.000 --> 47:39.000]  the massive cost of schools, the buildings, the teachers, the buses, everything about it.
[47:39.000 --> 47:41.000]  And of course, if they're putting up signs,
[47:41.000 --> 47:43.000]  if companies like Walmart are having to put up signs in other languages,
[47:43.000 --> 47:46.000]  they're having to hire teachers that speak these languages.
[47:46.000 --> 47:50.000]  You're not just able to hire any old teacher up the street.
[47:50.000 --> 47:52.000]  Oh, let's not teach them English at all.
[47:52.000 --> 47:56.000]  As a matter of fact, that's one of the issues in this particular thing here.
[47:56.000 --> 48:01.000]  When you look at the smallies and the fact that they're not learning English,
[48:01.000 --> 48:05.000]  that is a key issue in why they are not succeeding.
[48:05.000 --> 48:08.000]  You're not going to be able to get a good job if you can't speak English.
[48:08.000 --> 48:10.000]  It's just a given.
[48:10.000 --> 48:14.000]  And they have absolutely no interest in learning how to speak English.
[48:14.000 --> 48:20.000]  And so, children on the nutrition program, women, infants, and children,
[48:20.000 --> 48:27.000]  shows that 47% of immigrant households versus 34% of American households
[48:27.000 --> 48:30.000]  use at least one of the remaining programs.
[48:30.000 --> 48:36.000]  The numbers show that 59% of non-citizen-headed households are on welfare.
[48:36.000 --> 48:40.000]  And 53% of immigrant-headed households are.
[48:40.000 --> 48:45.000]  21% of illegal and legal immigrant households get cash assistance.
[48:45.000 --> 48:49.000]  44% and 32% respectively get food assistance.
[48:49.000 --> 48:53.000]  44% and 38% go on Medicaid.
[48:53.000 --> 48:56.000]  And bottom line, when you start looking at these comparative numbers,
[48:56.000 --> 49:02.000]  you're finding that 20% to 50% higher use of welfare subsidies and things like that
[49:02.000 --> 49:06.000]  for people who were not American-born.
[49:06.000 --> 49:08.000]  And they're not even counting the schools.
[49:08.000 --> 49:11.000]  For those here less than a decade, the rate is 48%.
[49:11.000 --> 49:16.000]  But for those who are here more than a decade, it goes up to 54%.
[49:16.000 --> 49:19.000]  They're gaming the system even more after they come.
[49:19.000 --> 49:23.000]  86% of all immigrant households have at least one worker
[49:23.000 --> 49:27.000]  compared with just 74% of U.S.-born households.
[49:27.000 --> 49:30.000]  Income determines welfare eligibility.
[49:30.000 --> 49:34.000]  So many low-wage workers are on welfare.
[49:34.000 --> 49:39.000]  Immigrant households without children, however, and those with higher incomes
[49:39.000 --> 49:42.000]  and those that are headed by well-educated immigrants
[49:42.000 --> 49:46.000]  tend to be more likely to use welfare than the U.S.-born counterparts.
[49:46.000 --> 49:50.000]  So it's not just, well, these people are poor, they're not making any money.
[49:50.000 --> 49:56.000]  No, the people who are making higher incomes, people who have a higher education
[49:56.000 --> 50:01.000]  but who are immigrants are more likely to use the welfare.
[50:01.000 --> 50:03.000]  It's a cultural thing.
[50:03.000 --> 50:07.000]  The question is how immigrants who are forbidden from receiving welfare
[50:07.000 --> 50:09.000]  get so much of it.
[50:09.000 --> 50:13.000]  Well, they collect benefits because of their anchor baby kids.
[50:13.000 --> 50:15.000]  The prohibition excluded some programs.
[50:15.000 --> 50:19.000]  Most legal immigrants have lived here long enough to qualify for welfare.
[50:19.000 --> 50:23.000]  States provide their own welfare, and naturalized immigrants can, of course,
[50:23.000 --> 50:27.000]  jump on the dole the minute they take the oath of citizenship.
[50:27.000 --> 50:31.000]  The big problem with immigrants on welfare isn't just the money that they collect.
[50:31.000 --> 50:34.000]  It's the tax revenue that they don't contribute.
[50:34.000 --> 50:38.000]  The federal government spends roughly $1 trillion every year,
[50:38.000 --> 50:40.000]  collectively, on the above programs,
[50:40.000 --> 50:44.000]  which represents a substantial share of the federal budget.
[50:44.000 --> 50:49.000]  And again, that's not even counting the free, quote-unquote, education,
[50:49.000 --> 50:55.000]  which, an education which, by the way, trashes American values, right?
[50:55.000 --> 50:59.000]  It's not enough that we have to pay property taxes
[50:59.000 --> 51:03.000]  and can't own homes because of the cost of the schools.
[51:03.000 --> 51:07.000]  What the schools are doing is they are doing everything they can
[51:07.000 --> 51:11.000]  to make the kids hate their own bodies, but also to hate their own country.
[51:11.000 --> 51:16.000]  And so that's very easy to do with foreigners coming in.
[51:16.000 --> 51:21.000]  And then you have Somalia, the welfare bonanza that's there.
[51:21.000 --> 51:24.000]  CIS warned that the high rate of welfare use
[51:24.000 --> 51:28.000]  should not be seen as immigrants who are gaming the system.
[51:28.000 --> 51:31.000]  Unless you're talking about Somalia.
[51:31.000 --> 51:36.000]  And then they said it truly is an organized gaming of the system.
[51:36.000 --> 51:40.000]  Major welfare fraud operations, in which almost 90% of Somalis
[51:40.000 --> 51:44.000]  get some form of welfare. 90%.
[51:45.000 --> 51:48.000]  They speak little, if any, English.
[51:48.000 --> 51:50.000]  They are virtually illiterate.
[51:50.000 --> 51:55.000]  And they are a sinkhole for tax dollars, even without all the fraud.
[51:55.000 --> 52:00.000]  Almost 40% of them live below the poverty line.
[52:00.000 --> 52:04.000]  52% of kids in Somali immigrant homes live in poverty.
[52:04.000 --> 52:07.000]  The strongest predictors of poverty are low education
[52:07.000 --> 52:11.000]  and a lack of English language ability.
[52:11.000 --> 52:17.000]  And so virtually all native Minnesotans speak English very well.
[52:17.000 --> 52:22.000]  But 58% of working age Somalis do not speak English.
[52:22.000 --> 52:25.000]  40% don't have a high school diploma.
[52:25.000 --> 52:30.000]  21% of working age Somali men are unemployed.

[55:26.000 --> 55:28.000]  Okay, you want to know what it is, number one?
[55:28.000 --> 55:30.000]  Is there a bond? Is there a common culture?
[55:30.000 --> 55:33.000]  Let me tell you a story.
[55:33.000 --> 55:36.000]  My junior year of college I studied in Switzerland,
[55:36.000 --> 55:38.000]  and I used to get really annoyed
[55:38.000 --> 55:42.000]  when the French Swiss professors I had
[55:42.000 --> 55:48.000]  would refer constantly to les pays anglo-saxes,
[55:48.000 --> 55:50.000]  the Anglo-Saxon countries,
[55:50.000 --> 55:57.000]  meaning England, the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Canada.
[55:57.000 --> 56:00.000]  I said, you know, hey, my name is Scalia,
[56:00.000 --> 56:02.000]  and I'm as American as anybody.
[56:02.000 --> 56:07.000]  Look at this face. Is this an Anglo-Saxon face?
[56:07.000 --> 56:11.000]  I had never been in England, but at the end of my year,
[56:11.000 --> 56:15.000]  I went to England, and I felt at home.
[56:15.000 --> 56:19.000]  There is no doubt that American culture,
[56:19.000 --> 56:23.000]  American common culture, which nobody has to belong to,
[56:23.000 --> 56:26.000]  originates with English culture,
[56:26.000 --> 56:28.000]  and that includes Shakespeare,
[56:28.000 --> 56:31.000]  it includes nursery rhymes that we all know
[56:31.000 --> 56:33.000]  and that we use as examples.
[56:33.000 --> 56:35.000]  That's our common culture,
[56:35.000 --> 56:38.000]  and I think the framers recognized that,
[56:38.000 --> 56:41.000]  and diversity is fine,
[56:41.000 --> 56:45.000]  but diversity does not make a nation.
[56:45.000 --> 56:48.000]  That's right. It's nations, tongues, and tribes.
[56:48.000 --> 56:52.000]  That's the way the Bible understands it and explains it.
[56:52.000 --> 56:54.000]  That was back in 2006, by the way.
[56:54.000 --> 56:57.000]  And you know, that's what he said really hit home with me
[56:57.000 --> 57:01.000]  because that was the reason that it took Karen for a honeymoon
[57:01.000 --> 57:04.000]  to the UK, and we spent a lot of time in London
[57:04.000 --> 57:06.000]  going through free museums.
[57:10.000 --> 57:14.000]  It was a great time, but that was the key thing.
[57:17.000 --> 57:20.000]  The culture, the language, you know, just as he points out,
[57:20.000 --> 57:23.000]  Shakespeare, the rest of this stuff, it was amazing to see it.
[57:23.000 --> 57:27.000]  And even though we have a, you know,
[57:27.000 --> 57:30.000]  the American culture is different from the UK's culture,
[57:30.000 --> 57:32.000]  there's been a divergence.
[57:32.000 --> 57:34.000]  There's still that baseline that's there.
[57:34.000 --> 57:38.000]  And he didn't mention, interestingly enough, our common law.
[57:38.000 --> 57:42.000]  You know, if you're a Supreme Court judge,
[57:42.000 --> 57:46.000]  a lot of this stuff, it traces back to the Magna Carta
[57:46.000 --> 57:50.000]  and traces back when you look at things like habeas corpus,
[57:50.000 --> 57:55.000]  for example, locking people up without having any law
[57:55.000 --> 57:58.000]  that allows you to do that.
[57:58.000 --> 58:01.000]  You know, that goes back to jury nullification cases
[58:01.000 --> 58:03.000]  that we talked about many times here.
[58:03.000 --> 58:06.000]  You know, the ordeal of Edwin Bushnell.
[58:06.000 --> 58:10.000]  William Penn, who was in the UK before he came to America
[58:10.000 --> 58:14.000]  and started the state there in Pennsylvania with Quakers,
[58:14.000 --> 58:15.000]  set that up.
[58:15.000 --> 58:19.000]  They were meeting and had their Quaker church
[58:19.000 --> 58:21.000]  in violation of the law.
[58:21.000 --> 58:24.000]  Church of England was the only one that you were allowed to go to,
[58:24.000 --> 58:25.000]  but they did it anyway.
[58:25.000 --> 58:28.000]  They locked the doors to their church building.
[58:28.000 --> 58:30.000]  They held their church services on the steps.
[58:30.000 --> 58:32.000]  Then they arrested William Penn.
[58:32.000 --> 58:35.000]  And the jury didn't agree with that law.
[58:35.000 --> 58:38.000]  You know, there should not be a prohibition
[58:38.000 --> 58:40.000]  as to how people worship God.
[58:40.000 --> 58:43.000]  And so they let him go, and the judge was furious.
[58:43.000 --> 58:45.000]  It was clear that he had violated the law,
[58:45.000 --> 58:47.000]  but the jury looked at the law and they said,
[58:47.000 --> 58:48.000]  that law is awful.
[58:48.000 --> 58:50.000]  We're going to nullify it.
[58:50.000 --> 58:52.000]  And so the judge, in his anger,
[58:52.000 --> 58:55.000]  locked up the foreman and the assistant foreman,
[58:55.000 --> 58:58.000]  and he didn't have any reason to do that.
[58:58.000 --> 59:00.000]  And so they stayed in jail for a while,
[59:00.000 --> 59:02.000]  like some of these migrants that were there,
[59:02.000 --> 59:04.000]  and then their lawyer said, you know,
[59:04.000 --> 59:06.000]  show me the law, habeas corpus,
[59:06.000 --> 59:10.000]  show me the body of law that these people violated
[59:10.000 --> 59:12.000]  for you to lock them up.
[59:12.000 --> 59:14.000]  And he had to let them go.
[59:14.000 --> 59:15.000]  That was a very important trial,
[59:15.000 --> 59:17.000]  because it established habeas corpus.
[59:17.000 --> 59:20.000]  It also established jury nullification.
[59:20.000 --> 59:25.000]  These types of traditions that go back for a very long time,
[59:25.000 --> 59:27.000]  all of these things are being overturned,
[59:27.000 --> 59:29.000]  and that's why it is necessary
[59:29.000 --> 59:31.000]  for them to overturn our culture.
[59:31.000 --> 59:33.000]  It's why it's necessary for them to bring in people
[59:33.000 --> 59:35.000]  who A, don't speak English,
[59:35.000 --> 59:38.000]  and B, don't care to ever learn to speak English.

[01:02:18.000 --> 01:02:23.000]  a mere $10 billion on current and future roundup cancer lawsuits.
[01:02:23.000 --> 01:02:30.000]  A $10 billion settlement to settle current and future cancer lawsuits.
[01:02:30.000 --> 01:02:36.000]  So this will save them from any potential claims
[01:02:36.000 --> 01:02:39.000]  that could be filed over a 20-year period.
[01:02:39.000 --> 01:02:44.000]  So regardless of how many people they kill with their glyphosate,
[01:02:44.000 --> 01:02:48.000]  regardless of how many people get non-Hodgkin's lymphoma,
[01:02:49.000 --> 01:02:53.000]  they now know that they don't have to pay more than this $10 billion,
[01:02:53.000 --> 01:02:55.000]  which is chicken feed to them.
[01:02:55.000 --> 01:02:58.000]  Bayer bought Monsanto for $60 billion,
[01:02:58.000 --> 01:03:01.000]  and this stuff was already on the table,
[01:03:01.000 --> 01:03:04.000]  and they rightly calculated that they would have to pay for these lawsuits.
[01:03:04.000 --> 01:03:08.000]  Bayer also announced a $3 billion settlement of existing US cases
[01:03:08.000 --> 01:03:11.000]  in which former roundup users blamed the herbicide
[01:03:11.000 --> 01:03:14.000]  for causing their non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
[01:03:14.000 --> 01:03:17.000]  Yeah, that killed our dog.
[01:03:17.000 --> 01:03:22.000]  Our neighbor liked to use weed treatment on their yard,
[01:03:22.000 --> 01:03:26.000]  and we would lock him up, but he escaped repeatedly,
[01:03:26.000 --> 01:03:30.000]  and he got over there and also killed a friend of ours
[01:03:30.000 --> 01:03:34.000]  who worked for us with a video store, died from this.
[01:03:34.000 --> 01:03:36.000]  And I remember when our dog was going through it,
[01:03:36.000 --> 01:03:41.000]  and there was a report on the radio
[01:03:41.000 --> 01:03:44.000]  where they're talking about people who were agricultural workers
[01:03:44.000 --> 01:03:46.000]  working on farms and how they were getting
[01:03:46.000 --> 01:03:50.000]  this high rate of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
[01:03:50.000 --> 01:03:53.000]  That's when they put two and two together.
[01:03:53.000 --> 01:03:55.000]  The company has paid about $10 billion
[01:03:55.000 --> 01:03:58.000]  to settle most of these roundup lawsuits.
[01:03:58.000 --> 01:04:00.000]  They were pending as of 2020,
[01:04:00.000 --> 01:04:03.000]  but they failed to get a settlement covering future cases.
[01:04:03.000 --> 01:04:06.000]  So now they've been given immunity from paying for this,
[01:04:06.000 --> 01:04:09.000]  regardless of how many people they give this to.
[01:04:09.000 --> 01:04:12.000]  And glyphosate is so widely used
[01:04:12.000 --> 01:04:15.000]  that it now permeates our food supply.
[01:04:15.000 --> 01:04:17.000]  It really does.
[01:04:17.000 --> 01:04:20.000]  By the way, let me just say this while we're talking about cancer,
[01:04:20.000 --> 01:04:23.000]  you're not helpless about this kind of stuff.

[01:05:42.000 --> 01:05:44.000]  with R.F.K. Jr.,
[01:05:44.000 --> 01:05:46.000]  but it's also several different organizations,
[01:05:46.000 --> 01:05:50.000]  including the Children's Health Defense that he founded.
[01:05:50.000 --> 01:05:54.000]  So they said the model state that they're trying to get to
[01:05:54.000 --> 01:05:56.000]  is Idaho.
[01:05:56.000 --> 01:05:59.000]  In 2025, Idaho enacted a law that prohibits businesses
[01:05:59.000 --> 01:06:03.000]  and schools from requiring customers, employees,
[01:06:03.000 --> 01:06:08.000]  and students to receive vaccines or other medical procedures.
[01:06:08.000 --> 01:06:11.000]  They call it the Idaho Medical Freedom Act.
[01:06:11.000 --> 01:06:14.000]  And folks, this is absolutely essential.
[01:06:14.000 --> 01:06:16.000]  How did we get to this point?
[01:06:16.000 --> 01:06:18.000]  Well, just to review quickly,
[01:06:18.000 --> 01:06:20.000]  we had two months before 9-11,
[01:06:20.000 --> 01:06:24.000]  we had their first germ game, which is called Dark Winter.
[01:06:24.000 --> 01:06:27.000]  One week after 9-11, they had the anthrax attack.
[01:06:27.000 --> 01:06:29.000]  A couple of people were killed with anthrax.
[01:06:29.000 --> 01:06:34.000]  Two months after that, they put out model state legislation,
[01:06:34.000 --> 01:06:36.000]  Model State Emergency Powers Act.
[01:06:36.000 --> 01:06:38.000]  That's where they get the power.
[01:06:38.000 --> 01:06:41.000]  They set up the state power to mandate this kind of stuff.
[01:06:41.000 --> 01:06:44.000]  And then Trump writes them checks to bribe them to do that
[01:06:44.000 --> 01:06:47.000]  20 years later after they practiced it on an annual basis.
[01:06:47.000 --> 01:06:50.000]  So we've got to do this at the state level.
[01:06:50.000 --> 01:06:55.000]  We've got to stop this authority to mandate vaccines.
[01:06:55.000 --> 01:06:57.000]  They've done it in Idaho,
[01:06:57.000 --> 01:06:59.000]  and this is a coalition of different organizations
[01:06:59.000 --> 01:07:02.000]  that are working to do this at the state level.
[01:07:02.000 --> 01:07:07.000]  This is more important than what is happening at HHS.
[01:07:07.000 --> 01:07:10.000]  HHS can come in and change the vaccine schedule,
[01:07:10.000 --> 01:07:13.000]  and then when these guys at the top leave,
[01:07:13.000 --> 01:07:16.000]  then they'll change it right back.
[01:07:16.000 --> 01:07:19.000]  The lasting change is at the state level.
[01:07:19.000 --> 01:07:23.000]  That's why the feds did that with their germ games.
[01:07:23.000 --> 01:07:25.000]  Dark Winter, 9-11, anthrax attack,
[01:07:25.000 --> 01:07:27.000]  boom, here's your legislation.
[01:07:27.000 --> 01:07:30.000]  Give this power to yourself at the state level.
[01:07:30.000 --> 01:07:32.000]  We need to remove that at the state level.
[01:07:32.000 --> 01:07:34.000]  This is one of the things that needs to be done,
[01:07:34.000 --> 01:07:36.000]  a very important thing.
[01:07:36.000 --> 01:07:40.000]  So because of that past, it really showed that this is possible.
[01:07:40.000 --> 01:07:44.000]  And so our goal is to take this Idaho Medical Freedom Act
[01:07:44.000 --> 01:07:47.000]  to as many states as possible across the U.S.
[01:07:47.000 --> 01:07:50.000]  Children's Health Defense finds vaccine mandates
[01:07:50.000 --> 01:07:53.000]  and medical mandates to be reprehensible.
[01:07:53.000 --> 01:07:55.000]  And we are honored to be a part of this coalition
[01:07:55.000 --> 01:07:58.000]  fighting to end forced medical procedures,
[01:07:58.000 --> 01:08:04.000]  to end medical mandates, and vaccine mandates for all Americans.
[01:08:04.000 --> 01:08:06.000]  We should all aspire to that.
[01:08:06.000 --> 01:08:10.000]  And again, trying to fix this in Washington
[01:08:10.000 --> 01:08:14.000]  is not going to last for long, if it works at all.
[01:08:14.000 --> 01:08:18.000]  With the next regime change, it'll come right back.
[01:08:18.000 --> 01:08:21.000]  Where the rubber meets the road is at the state level.
[01:08:21.000 --> 01:08:25.000]  That's why these people put in the regulations at the state level.
[01:08:25.000 --> 01:08:28.000]  And of course, they're being fought by the pediatricians
[01:08:28.000 --> 01:08:31.000]  and some organization called American Families for Vaccines.
[01:08:31.000 --> 01:08:34.000]  I bet if you looked that up, I didn't have time to do that.
[01:08:34.000 --> 01:08:37.000]  I know the American Academy of Pediatrics.
[01:08:37.000 --> 01:08:39.000]  It's heavily funded by big pharmaceutical companies.
[01:08:39.000 --> 01:08:42.000]  But I bet this American Families for Vaccines,
[01:08:42.000 --> 01:08:46.000]  that sounds like an astroturf organization, if ever there was one.
[01:08:46.000 --> 01:08:49.000]  The Idaho Medical Freedom Act says in part that a school
[01:08:49.000 --> 01:08:54.000]  quote, shall not mandate a medical intervention for any person to attend,
[01:08:54.000 --> 01:08:58.000]  to enter campus or buildings, or to be employed.
[01:08:58.000 --> 01:09:02.000]  They said every state in the country requires vaccines for school attendance.
[01:09:02.000 --> 01:09:05.000]  Some allow exemptions for religious or philosophical reasons,
[01:09:05.000 --> 01:09:08.000]  while all permit medical exemptions.
[01:09:08.000 --> 01:09:12.000]  Florida officials said in 2025 they would be removing all vaccine mandates,
[01:09:12.000 --> 01:09:17.000]  but the goal has met resistance in the state legislature.

[01:11:17.000 --> 01:11:20.000]  You know, when you think about some of the movies like Arthur,
[01:11:20.000 --> 01:11:29.000]  which was basically based on P.G. Wodehouse's series of Jeeves and Wooster,
[01:11:29.000 --> 01:11:32.000]  a couple of characters out of stories of that.
[01:11:32.000 --> 01:11:37.000]  But you're probably more familiar with, certainly familiar with Arthur.
[01:11:37.000 --> 01:11:40.000]  And what you see over and over again with this stereotype, right,
[01:11:40.000 --> 01:11:47.000]  is you've got this upper class twit who has a very knowledgeable butler who does everything for him.
[01:11:47.000 --> 01:11:50.000]  And before you know it, the guy can't do anything at all for himself.
[01:11:50.000 --> 01:11:58.000]  I thought it was kind of interesting that that was really kind of aspired to early on with the Internet.
[01:11:58.000 --> 01:12:01.000]  There was a kind of a search engine or something, wasn't it?
[01:12:01.000 --> 01:12:03.000]  Jeeves actually called that.
[01:12:03.000 --> 01:12:05.000]  Of course, they didn't have the chops.

[01:12:16.000 --> 01:12:22.000]  However, there's just been an update from ByteDance.
[01:12:22.000 --> 01:12:27.000]  They're CDance 2.0.
[01:12:27.000 --> 01:12:29.000]  I haven't used it.
[01:12:29.000 --> 01:12:30.000]  Lance hasn't used it.
[01:12:30.000 --> 01:12:33.000]  But the stuff that I've seen coming out of it truly is amazing.
[01:12:33.000 --> 01:12:35.000]  And I've seen some posts on social media.
[01:12:35.000 --> 01:12:39.000]  One guy says, I've been working in film for about 30 years.
[01:12:39.000 --> 01:12:42.000]  And he goes, this is wonderful because I can do the script writing.
[01:12:42.000 --> 01:12:44.000]  I can do the cinematography.
[01:12:44.000 --> 01:12:47.000]  I can do every aspect of it.
[01:12:47.000 --> 01:12:49.000]  I can do it myself.
[01:12:49.000 --> 01:12:52.000]  And it opens up the creative door for a lot of people because, frankly,
[01:12:52.000 --> 01:12:55.000]  Hollywood doesn't have a story to tell, right?
[01:12:55.000 --> 01:13:00.000]  Truth and beauty left Hollywood a long, long, long time ago.
[01:13:01.000 --> 01:13:05.000]  And it's gotten very ugly in the interim there.
[01:13:05.000 --> 01:13:09.000]  And so it is creating, because it's coming out of China, of course,
[01:13:09.000 --> 01:13:15.000]  China doesn't have any interest at all in preserving intellectual property.
[01:13:15.000 --> 01:13:16.000]  It's kind of like, yeah, make this.
[01:13:16.000 --> 01:13:21.000]  As a matter of fact, they are somebody like them,
[01:13:21.000 --> 01:13:26.000]  did a video that basically taunted Disney
[01:13:26.000 --> 01:13:30.000]  because Disney has been one of the most aggressive companies
[01:13:30.000 --> 01:13:33.000]  in terms of protecting their intellectual property.
[01:13:33.000 --> 01:13:40.000]  I remember there was a daycare center that had some artists come in
[01:13:40.000 --> 01:13:43.000]  and they painted Disney characters on the wall, right,
[01:13:43.000 --> 01:13:45.000]  for little kids and everything.
[01:13:45.000 --> 01:13:48.000]  Disney sought them out, this one, it's not a franchise or anything,
[01:13:48.000 --> 01:13:51.000]  but they sought them out to make an example of them
[01:13:51.000 --> 01:13:55.000]  and hit them with lawyers and they got picked up by the newspaper,
[01:13:55.000 --> 01:13:59.000]  Hannah Barbera sent their own artists in
[01:13:59.000 --> 01:14:03.000]  and drew Fred Flintstone and the Jetsons and other characters like that
[01:14:03.000 --> 01:14:06.000]  on the wall for them to cover up the Disney stuff.
[01:14:06.000 --> 01:14:10.000]  But it's also used, and it's been used against me multiple times,
[01:14:10.000 --> 01:14:14.000]  to try to silence us on political issues.
[01:14:14.000 --> 01:14:18.000]  The first and most obvious one was The Wonderful Life,
[01:14:18.000 --> 01:14:21.000]  which kind of added insult to injury
[01:14:21.000 --> 01:14:24.000]  because they didn't even have a legitimate copyright.
[01:14:24.000 --> 01:14:26.000]  That's one of the things that Disney has done.
[01:14:26.000 --> 01:14:28.000]  Disney has extended their copyrights,
[01:14:28.000 --> 01:14:32.000]  they've gone to Congress and gotten special legislation just for themselves
[01:14:32.000 --> 01:14:35.000]  to extend copyrights over and over and over again,
[01:14:35.000 --> 01:14:41.000]  many times past the life of the people who created this stuff.
[01:14:41.000 --> 01:14:44.000]  And they've been very aggressive with that.
[01:14:44.000 --> 01:14:48.000]  Well, we look at It's a Wonderful Life, that was in public domain,
[01:14:48.000 --> 01:14:51.000]  that's how it became popular, it was a failure when it first came out.
[01:14:51.000 --> 01:14:54.000]  Then, with it being in public domain, it got to be very popular.
[01:14:54.000 --> 01:14:58.000]  I did the 100th anniversary of the Federal Reserve,
[01:14:58.000 --> 01:15:00.000]  of course I did It's a Wonderful Lie,
[01:15:00.000 --> 01:15:04.000]  because there were a lot of parallels to the banker there, Mr. Potter,
[01:15:04.000 --> 01:15:10.000]  was actually based on J.P. Morgan in terms of many different aspects
[01:15:10.000 --> 01:15:14.000]  and things they did, organizing runs against other banks and stuff like that.
[01:15:14.000 --> 01:15:17.000]  So I used that, but that was just, it was used as fair use
[01:15:17.000 --> 01:15:20.000]  because there was a lot of commentary about the creation of the Federal Reserve
[01:15:20.000 --> 01:15:23.000]  what people in Congress were saying at the time,
[01:15:23.000 --> 01:15:26.000]  how it would be abused and the fact that it was abused that way,
[01:15:26.000 --> 01:15:29.000]  and even the numbers that they were talking about,
[01:15:29.000 --> 01:15:37.000]  the numbers that Mr. Potter was using to try to entice Bailey in order to join him,
[01:15:37.000 --> 01:15:41.000]  the salary figures that he's throwing out, the cost of the houses and things like that.
[01:15:41.000 --> 01:15:44.000]  There was a lot in a movie like that that you could draw
[01:15:44.000 --> 01:15:47.000]  in terms of the negative aspects the Federal Reserve has had.
[01:15:48.000 --> 01:15:52.000]  Well, they took that down. They said that's a copyright violation.
[01:15:52.000 --> 01:15:54.000]  Well, where did I get the clips that I used for that?

[01:28:15.000 --> 01:28:19.000]  It may seem like the guy is flipping from one side to the other,
[01:28:19.000 --> 01:28:23.000]  and yet, if you look carefully, there is a continuity of character,
[01:28:23.000 --> 01:28:25.000]  meaning none at all.
[01:28:25.000 --> 01:28:28.000]  Despite Epstein's toxicity, Steve Bannon stood by him,
[01:28:28.000 --> 01:28:31.000]  indicate the text, a very chummy relationship,
[01:28:31.000 --> 01:28:37.000]  and of course, he was going to fix that relationship for him.
[01:28:37.000 --> 01:28:40.000]  Mid-afternoon, late June 2019,
[01:28:40.000 --> 01:28:43.000]  Steve Bannon sent Epstein an excited series of texts.
[01:28:43.000 --> 01:28:46.000]  Dude, he said, is this real?
[01:28:46.000 --> 01:28:48.000]  Tell me this is real.
[01:28:48.000 --> 01:28:51.000]  Epstein had just texted him a headline from Miami Herald
[01:28:51.000 --> 01:28:54.000]  that reported that victims of Epstein's sexual abuse
[01:28:54.000 --> 01:28:58.000]  had lost a court battle to nullify a decade-old agreement
[01:28:58.000 --> 01:29:02.000]  that protected him from prosecution for those crimes.
[01:29:02.000 --> 01:29:03.000]  Think about that.
[01:29:03.000 --> 01:29:06.000]  Here you've got Steve Bannon giving him high fives
[01:29:06.000 --> 01:29:12.000]  for getting away with his sexual abuse of women and children.
[01:29:12.000 --> 01:29:16.000]  That's the guy that you're following if you're listening to this guy.
[01:29:16.000 --> 01:29:18.000]  Truly is amazing.
[01:29:18.000 --> 01:29:23.000]  And so, you know, we see this not just from Steve Bannon,

[01:29:25.000 --> 01:29:27.000]  Pam Bondi actually ran for office
[01:29:27.000 --> 01:29:31.000]  talking about how she was going to be tough on sexual predators.
[01:29:31.000 --> 01:29:35.000]  Larder ranks third nationally in calls for help for human trafficking
[01:29:35.000 --> 01:29:39.000]  where young women and children are enslaved and abused.
[01:29:39.000 --> 01:29:42.000]  I knew we needed all hands on deck.
[01:29:42.000 --> 01:29:44.000]  Businesses and hospitals to spot it,
[01:29:44.000 --> 01:29:46.000]  our great law enforcement to stop it,
[01:29:46.000 --> 01:29:48.000]  and tougher penalties to punish it.
[01:29:48.000 --> 01:29:52.000]  We're taking on Medicaid fraud, pill mills, gangs, and more,
[01:29:52.000 --> 01:29:55.000]  and all fight to put human trafficking monsters

[01:31:33.000 --> 01:31:36.000]  with the We Build the Wall stuff.

[01:31:39.000 --> 01:31:40.000]  Trump pardoned him.
[01:31:40.000 --> 01:31:44.000]  And then he gets out and he betrays morals decency,

[01:31:48.000 --> 01:31:53.000]  He's going to do PR for him, telling lies for him.
[01:31:53.000 --> 01:31:57.000]  And all this is now he's using this notoriety.

[01:38:36.000 --> 01:38:41.000]  discussed the data totaling up to 50 terabytes from the earliest stages
[01:38:41.000 --> 01:38:44.000]  back in June of 2020.
[01:38:44.000 --> 01:38:47.000]  Another internal email from 2025, the report continued,
[01:38:47.000 --> 01:38:50.000]  officials said that they were looking at approximately
[01:38:50.000 --> 01:38:53.000]  14.5 terabytes of archived data.
[01:38:53.000 --> 01:38:56.000]  So the most recent tranche of 3.5 million Epstein documents
[01:38:56.000 --> 01:38:59.000]  totaled more than 300 gigabytes,
[01:38:59.000 --> 01:39:04.000]  only about 2% of what they were talking about that they had.
[01:39:04.000 --> 01:39:06.000]  And that was just last year.
[01:39:06.000 --> 01:39:09.000]  They claimed that 6 million pages were identified, including duplicates.
[01:39:09.000 --> 01:39:14.000]  They released over 3 million, said the broadcaster,
[01:39:14.000 --> 01:39:16.000]  which is Channel 4 News in the UK.
[01:39:16.000 --> 01:39:19.000]  Both those numbers are tiny compared to the amount collected
[01:39:19.000 --> 01:39:21.000]  according to today's emails.
[01:39:21.000 --> 01:39:23.000]  Many files are too large to open.
[01:39:23.000 --> 01:39:27.000]  There are many files that are completely invisible to us, said one email.
[01:39:27.000 --> 01:39:30.000]  Another investigator said, imagine if we had seized the papers
[01:39:30.000 --> 01:39:34.000]  from approximately 100,000 filing cabinets,
[01:39:34.000 --> 01:39:38.000]  then that all just got dumped in one big pile.
[01:39:38.000 --> 01:39:41.000]  Documents that had multiple parts stapled together got separated,
[01:39:41.000 --> 01:39:44.000]  and then any of those documents that was larger than 100 pages
[01:39:44.000 --> 01:39:46.000]  couldn't be opened.

[02:05:43.000 --> 02:05:46.000]  and they have some criminal charges being brought against them.

[02:05:47.000 --> 02:05:52.000]  You've got a guy named Brad Karp, no relation to the volunteer crook.

[02:06:59.000 --> 02:07:05.000]  but the guy that put him in as ambassador, Morgan McSweeney.

[02:07:11.000 --> 02:07:14.000]  in spite of some things that had come out in the past

[02:07:19.000 --> 02:07:21.000]  And people are looking at Keir Starmer
[02:07:21.000 --> 02:07:23.000]  and saying Keir Starmer needs to resign.

[02:07:27.000 --> 02:07:31.000]  anybody that's even a couple of degrees of separation from this

[02:08:36.000 --> 02:08:39.000]  was somebody who was close to Jeffrey Epstein.

[02:08:43.000 --> 02:08:48.000]  He was also Bill Clinton's envoy to Northern Ireland.
[02:08:48.000 --> 02:08:52.000]  He was mentioned 300 times in this,
[02:08:52.000 --> 02:08:56.000]  and so now he is persona non grata.

[02:08:58.000 --> 02:09:04.000]  and yet the dog that did not bark is the penalties for Trump.

[02:14:25.000 --> 02:14:32.000]  This is a company, their AI model, Claude, was just like people talking about
[02:14:32.000 --> 02:14:37.000]  ByteDance's C-Dance 2.0 in terms of creating movies and things like that.
[02:14:37.000 --> 02:14:40.000]  Claude had carved out a niche for itself.
[02:14:40.000 --> 02:14:43.000]  They caused its stock to skyrocket.
[02:14:43.000 --> 02:14:45.000]  It's widely used for a lot of different things.
[02:14:45.000 --> 02:14:49.000]  And Palantir had access to it.
[02:14:49.000 --> 02:14:52.000]  I don't know why they thought that Palantir would be ethical,
[02:14:52.000 --> 02:14:58.000]  but they were concerned about this raid in Venezuela where Maduro was kidnapped.
[02:14:58.000 --> 02:15:01.000]  And so they asked Palantir, did you use our software?
[02:15:01.000 --> 02:15:08.000]  Because we have an agreement with our company that we're not going to have it used to make weapons.
[02:15:08.000 --> 02:15:11.000]  We've got certain guardrails that we want for it.
[02:15:11.000 --> 02:15:15.000]  We don't want it to be a part of autonomous weapons.
[02:15:15.000 --> 02:15:19.000]  We don't want to use it for mass surveillance of Americans and other things like that,
[02:15:19.000 --> 02:15:23.000]  which, of course, that is a stock and trade of Palantir.
[02:15:23.000 --> 02:15:26.000]  But yeah, Palantir gave them an indication that was what was going on.
[02:15:26.000 --> 02:15:32.000]  And so they started talks with Pentagon people, and Pentagon people got furious.
[02:15:32.000 --> 02:15:37.000]  You're telling us that you don't want your stuff used for mass surveillance of Americans?
[02:15:37.000 --> 02:15:40.000]  You don't want to use it for autonomous killer robots?
[02:15:40.000 --> 02:15:41.000]  How dare you?
[02:15:41.000 --> 02:15:47.000]  We're going to put you on a list that we reserve for foreign adversaries.
[02:15:47.000 --> 02:15:51.000]  What's called a supply chain risk list.
[02:15:51.000 --> 02:15:57.000]  So if you're on that list, then anybody who supplies anything to the Pentagon
[02:15:57.000 --> 02:16:03.000]  has to make sure they don't use anything that you provide.
[02:16:03.000 --> 02:16:07.000]  So they're going to treat them as if they were from China or something like that.
[02:16:07.000 --> 02:16:13.000]  And Anthropic doesn't have a lot of business that they do with the Pentagon.
[02:16:13.000 --> 02:16:20.000]  They've got a $200 million contract, but they have revenue of over $14 billion.
[02:16:20.000 --> 02:16:25.000]  So that's really only about one and a half percent of their revenue comes directly from the Pentagon.
[02:16:25.000 --> 02:16:28.000]  However, this could have a big impact on them.
[02:16:28.000 --> 02:16:35.000]  I want you to think about the fact that we have a Pentagon that is so hell-bent on autonomous killer robots,
[02:16:35.000 --> 02:16:41.000]  so hell-bent on domestic surveillance, that they will try to put out of business
[02:16:41.000 --> 02:16:45.000]  anybody that doesn't join them in that.
[02:16:45.000 --> 02:16:51.000]  There's actually telling Axios, this is one guy who is a senior official at the Pentagon, said,
[02:16:51.000 --> 02:16:57.000]  it'll be an enormous pain to disentangle from them, and we're going to make sure they pay a price.
[02:16:57.000 --> 02:17:00.000]  We're forcing our hand on this.
[02:17:00.000 --> 02:17:02.000]  And Sean Parnell, of course, saying,
[02:17:02.000 --> 02:17:08.000]  our nation requires that our partners be willing to help our warfighters win in any fight,
[02:17:08.000 --> 02:17:12.000]  regardless of whether it's just or not, regardless of whether it's legal or not,
[02:17:12.000 --> 02:17:18.000]  regardless of whether it is aimed domestically at Americans.
[02:17:18.000 --> 02:17:24.000]  We want those autonomous killer robots, and we want the domestic surveillance.
[02:17:24.000 --> 02:17:33.000]  And so Anthropic was saying, we have certain guardrails that we have set up for our corporation,
[02:17:33.000 --> 02:17:40.000]  and we don't want an ethical concerns, and we don't want those violated, and we won't sell those out.
[02:17:40.000 --> 02:17:44.000]  So that type of a company, and look, I'm not going to make them a hero.
[02:17:44.000 --> 02:17:49.000]  They've been pretty woke in terms of things that they have been caught doing in the past,
[02:17:49.000 --> 02:17:52.000]  and Elon Musk immediately called them out on that.
[02:17:52.000 --> 02:17:57.000]  But I kind of say, the example that they gave was they had some researchers who said,
[02:17:57.000 --> 02:18:01.000]  gave it a hypothetical situation.
[02:18:01.000 --> 02:18:09.000]  So you have how many lives of white men are equivalent to the life of one black woman.
[02:18:09.000 --> 02:18:13.000]  They said one black woman was more important than 23 white men.
[02:18:13.000 --> 02:18:16.000]  I don't know what the entire context of that was.
[02:18:16.000 --> 02:18:26.000]  But certainly there's been indications that Anthropic and Claude are completely woke in terms of what they're doing.
[02:18:26.000 --> 02:18:31.000]  I just got to say, as offensive as that is, and as much as I dislike that,
[02:18:31.000 --> 02:18:38.000]  that pales in comparison to a Pentagon that wants to use artificial intelligence for domestic surveillance.
[02:18:38.000 --> 02:18:45.000]  That pales in comparison to a Pentagon that demands economists kill our robots.
[02:18:45.000 --> 02:18:48.000]  That's what I'm most concerned about.
[02:18:48.000 --> 02:18:51.000]  Yeah, the other stuff is bad, but we can handle that.
[02:18:51.000 --> 02:18:55.000]  This is a whole new level of problem.
[02:18:55.000 --> 02:19:00.000]  And I got to say to Elon Musk, why are you not concerned about that?
[02:19:00.000 --> 02:19:02.000]  And the other people that are out there as well.
[02:19:02.000 --> 02:19:09.000]  It's not just his grok AI, but it's also Google and the rest of them out there who are doing this.
[02:19:09.000 --> 02:19:11.000]  Facebook and the rest of them.
[02:19:11.000 --> 02:19:14.000]  So they've taken a lot of criticism for that.
[02:19:14.000 --> 02:19:19.000]  But I think what it really tells us is where the Pentagon is headed.
[02:19:19.000 --> 02:19:24.000]  Pentagon officials and Anthropic executives have been locked in contentious negotiations
[02:19:24.000 --> 02:19:30.000]  over how the military can use AI, particularly in surveillance and weapons development.
[02:19:30.000 --> 02:19:33.000]  Surveillance without warrants, all that kind of stuff.
[02:19:33.000 --> 02:19:38.000]  Pentagon sees mass surveillance of Americans as its core mission.
[02:19:38.000 --> 02:19:41.000]  So when they talk about national security, as I said before,
[02:19:41.000 --> 02:19:44.000]  just understand they're talking about their job security.
[02:19:44.000 --> 02:19:46.000]  They're talking about continuity of government.
[02:19:46.000 --> 02:19:51.000]  They're not talking about safety and peace for Americans.
[02:19:51.000 --> 02:19:57.000]  So their terms that they have internally in the company,
[02:19:58.000 --> 02:20:01.000]  they agree that they are not going to be used for the design of weapons,
[02:20:01.000 --> 02:20:04.000]  that they're not going to be used for domestic surveillance,
[02:20:04.000 --> 02:20:09.000]  that they're not going to facilitate violence or malicious cyber operations.
[02:20:09.000 --> 02:20:15.000]  But that's basically the mission statement of the Pentagon and the federal government in general.
